It was the chopped salad and very good. There are a lot of crust, sauces, cheeses, and toppings you can choose from to add to your personal pizza. There are some pre-designed pizzas you can choose from if making your own feels overwhelming. Servers and staff were all friendly and helpful. Location was clean. First time going here on Wednesday 8/5 around 6pm. We were hungry after getting a tire repair done across the street and Blaze Pizza was nearby, so we figured why not try a new pizza spot. It was super busy (about 7 people in line for take out orders) and the restaurant side had around 5 groups eating in. We were getting 2 pizzas to go so my husband decided on a deep dish garlic cheese and I got the pesto cheese pizza. He got mushrooms and olives on his, then asked for a splash of balsamic vinegar sauce. I didn't get any extra toppings and just asked for it to be well-done. Waiting for our order took about 10 minutes. While we were waiting, we noticed the double glass doors didn't close entirely so hot air kept blowing in from outside even when no one was using the doors. There were more people getting into the line to order pizza and a few kids running around barefoot from the dine-in tables. The service seemed fast but the whole ordering line was a bit of a clustermess. The place is also not as clean as I would expect a food service location to be (sticky floors, wrappers/tissues oj the ground, tables with crumbs) but it was quite busy so maybe they just hadn't had time to tidy up. Anyway, after a bit of waiting, we picked up our order and left to eat in the car. Turns out they mixed up the topping and I had the balsamic vinegar on my pesto pizza and my husband didn't have any on his. Either way, even with that hiccup, my pizza still tasted good - reminded me of a soft bread stick consistency with the dough. My husband's pizza tasted better, maybe since he went classic (cheese, tomato sauce) and mine was more of a white pizza. Order with tip was about $35. Bry at the cashier area was really friendly and sweet so she made the food wait tolerable. Overall, we might not go back since the food line workers did not have hair or beard nets and one of the workers was pretty loud / obnoxious to his co-workers. Parking situation was also not great since the free lot does not have enough room for larger vehicles which makes double-parking a problem. read more

Blaze pizza will always be an option for us. While traveling we found a near by location and decided to have dinner after a super long day. We ordered our usual ( carnivore pizza , meatball and Greek salads ) and enjoyed a nice cold beer. This location has indoor and outdoor seating areas which made it nice . Service was ok not great. They never asked us which pizza we wanted and assumed and then added salad dressing to our salad before asking us which we preferred which was annoying but they offered to remake the salad which made it alittle better. read more

We pulled up and noticed it was pretty full inside with people enjoying their food (which was a good sign) and we finally found a place to park and walked inside. If we hadn't felt so rushed through the process, I think we would've enjoyed ourselves more because I simply didn't hear it when they told my husband that the build your own pizza was whatever toppings for the same price. I thought we had to keep them to only 3 and therefore didn't get what I really wanted on my pizza... I would recommend this being rectified by them telling the person ordering (each one) that the build your own pizza was unlimited toppings --whichever ones you want! Also, the tiny placards stating what was what were difficult to see...not old person friendly... Next time, I'll know and get what I'd like on my darn pizza! The drinks were limited and I'd also recommend them getting a Freestyle machine so there's a much better choice in drinks. I don't drink dark soda (ones with caramel coloring) and there weren't any options in zero sugar other than that, much to my disappointment... The pizza was pretty good, it was kinda clean, but I think we just beat the dinner rush because as we cleaned up after ourselves and turned to leave, the line was queing up past the door! We didn't get a chance to try the salads or anything else unfortunately, but next time should be better. read more

Well, after several years, I'm bumping this up to five stars. I've been eating at this place since it's open and it's my favorite pizza place in town. I grew up eating genuine, New York City pizza and that has been my gold standard when evaluating any pizza joint. All this still isn't up to that level, it's still the best pizza I've had in Florida. Andrew was the gentleman who took our order, he was so friendly and full of charisma. I ordered a build your own gluten free pizza with a glove change, and my boyfriend a regular build your own. My boyfriend noticed that the one associate who was pulling my pizza bread out did not change gloves and spoke up, Andrew clarified to him before it was too late thankfully. I hope this is corrected in the future as I am someone who would have an actual allergic reaction to gluten contamination. Troy assisted in building our foods, who changed gloves immediately for me and also pulled my toppings from underneath to ensure no cross contamination which I appreciated SO much! He was also very pleasant to speak with and very friendly! Shout out to those boys! Overall the entire restaurant needs to be thoroughly cleaned and maintained throughout the day as well. It was very dirty on the floor, food and trash all over and also the topping bar was very dirty as well. We have been to multiple Blaze Pizza's and this one by far both times we've come here is the absolute dirtiest of them. The remainder of the team was sorta in cahoots, the Lutz location has it down pat if they need some help with team operations/organizations. So I have heard of this place and passed by many of them so finally decided to give it a try. I am a New Yorker and love our pizza, I have tried many other "fast food" pizza places and they never seem to make the grade. As you walk in you are greeted by what looks like a sald bar but is actually the pizza bar with all the fresh toppings. They have pre-designed pizzas or you can design your own. I started with a traditional cheese pizza and a order of pesto garlic bread. The pesto garlic bread is baked and the cheese is melted on to a nice texture with pockets of golden brown pieces. The pesto sauce is drizzled on to provide that robust flavor with a hint of garlic. Now the pizza. A thin crust wood fired pizza. Everything is measured out to provide a standard flavor for each piece. The sauce has a little flavor that does not overpower the cheese and we all know the cheese is what makes a pizza, lol.
