I absolutely love the type of pizza they make! The fluffy crust and personal size isn't easy to find and it tastes SO GOOD! The only caveat is that the pizza could use a little more time in the oven to add that nice crunch to the bottom of the pie. Also, I personally got the 4 Cheese White Pizza primarily because I wanted White Pizza. It was way too cheesy for me and I was actually pulling the cheese off But I love bread and doughy pizza. Gainesville has a new pizza place! Bring on the parade! So I went here recently to try them out... I waited until after they had gotten through at least some of their initial opening problems that always seem to crop up with a freshly opened restaurant. It is located in what used to be Gainesville's best ice cream parlor (which in turn was previously a Starbucks before they moved down the road and became Gainesville's biggest traffic problem for 13th). Given this pedigree, I had high hopes. Sadly, I don't think they are going to last. Entering, the place is decorated decently. Figuring out how the place works takes a couple seconds of standing there and looking around, but eventually it becomes clear that they will either do counter ordering or you can order through electronic kiosks. I went with the kiosk since there was a family in front of me that was ordering at the counter. Looking through the menu, I found that they have only one size of pizza, the 11". This is fine if you are one or two people, but if you are a family you are going to be ordering more than one. This is kind of the reason why I think they are doomed. While the pizza toppings are the full variety, the fact that you only have one choice in size and that is the only thing on the menu for food (no wings, no breadsticks, etc. All they have is pizza) means that your choices are fairly narrow. Combine that with being located a fair distance from the university campus, which means that the clientele are coming in from the suburbs, and this appears to me to be a recipe for disaster. Don't get me wrong... the pizza is good. The problem here is not the quality of the product, nor the staffing or even the decor. The problem is a combination of the lack of variety combined with proximity to a customer base that will support a single-product enterprise. If they were located on University Ave across the street from UF, they might have a chance assuming they could balance their sales against the cost of a lease along there, or if they offered a wider variety of food options at their current location, I think they could make a proper go of it, but as it stands now, I (sadly) am expecting to see something new in that location in a year or two. read more

I had been waiting for this place to open up since I met the owners at my job at Home Depot, making paint for them. Very clean.It is during soft opening right now. A lot of people were there eating, which is good. While I was standing waiting for my food, I spoke with a gentleman from new jersey who said he loves the pizza. Perfect size pizza for 1 person.We ordered three pies to try we got takeout.We did not eat in. They have self service kiosks or you can order with a human at the counter. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The taste of the pizza was ok, nothing to go crazy over, they had ample toppings, were not very hot. Hopefully with this being a soft opening they can improve on these things. They only have bottled drinks right now, hopefully in the future they get a fountain drink station, they have plenty of room for it. Went in and tried this new place. I'm a piece of freak so let me start out with Pizza's pretty damn good you walk in there's three screens on the left to order menus Limited to build your own pizza there half a dozen or so specialty pizzas, but they did have NFL network running on the TV and they had plenty of beautiful seating place was very clean and very slow when I went there at five minutes to noon on a Thursday. Very friendly staff. And since it was slow, I had my pizza in about 10 minutes flat and it was delicious. I will go back. read more

This place was great, and let me tell you, I mean it. Went in alone, and was instantly greeted by a friendly employee, Gavin, asking what I'd like, if I had any questions, and really just all the right questions concerning my visit. The place was clean and well maintained, and it's a fairly new place, so all good to go there. There was a mother with her two daughters already there, and the employees took very good care of them also, refilling drinks and ensuring we had what we need. Prices were very fair, a personal pizza and drink for $16 isn't bad at all in this economy. Overall, I would recommend and will be back! read more

Food is ok, nothing to write home about. Service was awful!! It took them 40min to make a personal pizza. Do not order or eat inside. They give priority to the online orders. They had a bunch of young guys helping but you could tell they did not know what they were doing. First time there and last. Everyone enjoyed their pizza. One of the better ones in Gainesville. Bowie has a good variety of pizza to choose from. The prices are very reasonable. It did not take long to receive the pizza's once ordered. The staff was friendly. First time here, had high hopes. Walked up to the counter to order and they pointed to the wall for the menu where the self order kiosks are. So even if I wanted to order from a person it would make it hard since there is no menu to look at apart from standing directly in front of the kiosks. Call me old school but kiosks are so impersonal. The one item on the menu that I did want to try wasn't showing up on the kiosk (the pear Gorgonzola) So when I asked about it I was told they are out of that item due to the season. We went ahead and ordered four different pizzas and drinks (all canned or bottled items priced at $3 or more per drink). Then when they called our name for the order to hand us our drinks from their fridge they told me that they were out of my drink (a Sprite Zero). My only other option for a drink was a water since I didn't want anything with sugar or caffeinated. I was already irritated that both items I wanted were unavailable but was hopeful based on other reviews that maybe the pizza would taste great and make up for the disappointment. I tried a bite of all 4 pizzas that we ordered. Didn't love any of them. The bread and crust was definitely good and the cheese they used were great quality, but the tomato sauce tastes like tomato paste out a can. My pizza had the ricotta cheese which just further tamed down the spices of the already lackluster sauce. This pizza crust really is delicious though so my recommendation to this business would be to capitalize on that and offer breadsticks, work on a better tomato sauce recipe and add an Alfredo or white sauce option as well. Also after a few mins the pizza cools down really fast and then becomes flimsy and soggy. This is a brand new business so I hope they can make changes that will ensure having a good repeat customer base. The space was nice and the customer service was friendly. There were no other customers there except for us. Maybe just because it is a Sunday afternoon but made me sad for them. I also had a bit of their dessert pizza ( a chocolate ricotta concoction), but due to how the crust is cooked it had a burnt flavor to it. Not what you would expect when you are eating dessert. Reminded me of camping and eating smores with burnt marshmallows. I'll pass. read more
