Big menu with plenty of Italian dishes to explore. They have a great weekday specials which my colleagues and I get together to go eat when we want a break from the office. Food is good and the portion sizes are good. You get complimentary bread so be sure not to fill up quick. We all got pizza and salads which were good. The staff is friendly and the kitchen is quick so if you work nearby it's a great place to go for an hour lunch.

Years later, we are still coming back and have tried almost everything on the menu! Staff are always so kind and the ambiance is never too noisy. What else can I say, it just feels like home.

Specialty pie Chicken Breast Marsala Has very little chicken I would not order again

For dining in for dinner place is good. Soup and salad was tasty No lunch specials No lunch menu was a huge negative at lunch time parking lot is always full from the neighboring gym I had a specialty chicken pizza had very little to no chicken I would not order again

Homemade Cannoli,
Miral M.

Wanted to rate them above 5 but no option lol. The food was beyond amazing!! We are from India and we crave the taste here in America but it was just perfectly savory! Vegetarian plus non vegetarian both!! Everything was just so tasty!! We got pasta and pizza!!!! And then cannoli was also great!! One plate serves 2 people, so order accordingly, we wasted a lot of food!!

Great Pizza! Free medium cheese pizza if you buy an Extra Large. Smells like a real NY Italian restaurant when you walk in

The pizza here tastes good , but its not worth the belly ache i always get afterwards and dealing with the snarky wait staff.

Had a delicious chicken parm and spaghetti dinner there. Followed up with a pizza two days later.

Best Pizza in Alachua! Lunch buffet isn't to bad either. Not to far from 75. Stop in and grab a slice.

Our appetizer and drink orders taken, we set to decide whether to try the Greek offerings or the Italian! Both looked delicious and the reviews I read previously really set my mouth watering for pizza AND the souvlaki! Unfortunately, my husband got his good old standby, Chicken Parmesan. We both tried different medium pizzas and we ordered Calamari Fritta (but asked for the peppers to not be included) as our appetizer. Have you ever had super fresh REAL calamari? Sliced fresh and hand breaded and then served to you? I had one other time in Tarpon Springs, and this was just as incredibly dished up for us! Marinara sauce and a spicy sweet sauce like a Mae Ploy was also served with them and two nice lemon slices. Stupendous! Our drinks? Perfectly done-- considering our excellent waiter, AJ, didn't know what an Arnold Palmer even was! What a surprising, talented young man! My souvlaki! Absolutely to die for! Wowza! The side I got was the garlic broccolini and YUMMMMM! My husband's chicken parm was so good that he devoured it BEFORE I could even snap a picture! LOL Our pizzas were some of the best we've ever had. The crust is so delicious and they sure don't hold back on the toppings. I consumed half of mine without even realizing it. Wow. I got the Lil' Sicily that has pepperoni, sausage, ricotta, basil and oregano. The hubby chose the Scoula pie that has pepperoni, Italian sausage, ground beef, mushrooms, onions and green peppers. Both were out of this WORLD! Needless to say, I think we just found our newest favorite spot for dinner. So many Greek dishes to keep me happy and plenty of Italian ones to keep the husband happy too! Don't know why we hadn't stopped in before now to try this place!! They are truly a wonderful restaurant and anyone would be hard pressed to find anything wrong with good food at good prices!

In my previous reviews I Utilized a Good, Bad, and Ugly rating scale. I really like most everything about Superette. The staff are very eclectic and nice, outdoor dining is relaxing and invigorating. There are not many things better than sitting outside under oak trees while eating delicious savory food and enjoying a good wine or cocktails. Replaying last night's dinner in my head has me planning my next visit to Superette. Sunday brunch this weekend is calling my name. Oh,'one more thing, Superette is also the place to go where you will only run into the people you like. The folks you don't care for are not going to be there. Just my observation.

The sweet potato soup had a puréed, baby‑food texture, but the flavor itself was surprisingly rich and comforting. The star for me was the Tunisian casse‑croûte. The flavors were incredible; the albacore was tender and seasoned just right, the salata mechouia added this smoky, roasted pepper depth, and the pickled egg brought the perfect tangy brightness. The arugula gave it a fresh, peppery lift, and the harissa aioli tied everything together with a warm, subtle heat. The fries on top added the best crunchy contrast. Every bite was layered, bold, and so satisfying.
