Wasn't too crazy about the fish, it was super soggy. I wish we were in town longer to give it another chance but just wasn't for me!

It is the same folks inside, the same food, and the same experience... which is excellence. This place has become a local favorite, and there is a vibe of familiarity between the staff and the customers that you don't see in chain restaurants. If you are looking for a local place that caters to the region, this should definitely be on your list!

I went with a friend and funny enough this time I went with the same friend. I noticed their menu changed in a good way and they have some great offerings. The menu has a great variety, and I went with the regular Korean breakfast (Korean rice platter). It choose bulgogi as my protein, and it came with rice, a perfectly cooked egg, a fresh side salad, and even a small chicken wing. The flavors were spot on, especially the bulgogi, which was tender and well-seasoned. I split it with my friend and got hash browns and an extra egg for her. It was enough to fill us both granted we also had matcha on the way there. Generous portion for sure for us. Service was friendly and efficient, though the small space can fill up quickly, so plan accordingly. Overall, a great place for a hearty, flavorful meal. Would definitely come back!

She was very kind and gave us a breakdown on the menu. We ordered at the counter and waited outside for our meal to be ready. FYI, this location is more of a to-go diner. They do have a few chairs outside, which worked fine for the two of us, but if you have a larger party you should anticipate ordering it to-go. Our food was brought out to us quickly by the same owner that took our order. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel with a side of potatoes. It was delicious and fresh...like a home cooked breakfast with all fresh ingredients. The potatoes were great because they tasted like they were just chopped up, not like a bag of frozen potatoes. They were seasoned really well, too. We will definitely be back! They also have a menu for a meal service where you can order meals and they will cook them ahead of time for you. That menu looked really good as well. They are also in the process of getting their ice cream bar up and running. SN: this is a family owned establishment. It's a husband and wife running this store and they recently moved here. The wife was very sweet and the husband was singing in the back when he was cooking. Seems like a really great place. My boyfriend got a cappuccino with strawberry syrup but we didn't really taste the strawberry in his. Regardless, it was delicious. We also got one of their biscotti which seemed like they made in house but I'm not sure. It was yummy, but definitely was not a very traditional recipe. It tasted more like a short bread than a biscotti but still very yummy. We walked out to the food truck to get some vegan bites and they definitely met expectations. The crabby patty was delicious with a great texture, and my boyfriends patty melt was also super good. We shared a mac and cheese and honestly I was full before we even got to that. The Mac and cheese was great but did taste a lot like coconut so if you're not into that then maybe veer away. The ambience was a mixed bag. The initial shop that you order the coffee in had a very cozy vibe with great decor. If you walk past the patio into the overflow seating the vibe changes a ton. The decor felt very uncanny valley, back rooms, like very odd. I think they need to work on that side of the property a little bit and make it more cozy. Maybe it's a work in progress or maybe they like it that way, I'm not sure, but it wasn't the sort of vibe that made me want to stick around. Overall great experience though! Will be coming back & hopefully I can get seating in the main shop ;)

I came with a friend for dinner and we got food from the food truck, where all of the menu options are 100% plant-based. I got the mojo tacos and for my chosen protein I went with the fried fishless filet. The two tacos came on corn tortillas with pico de gallo, queso fresco, pickled red onion, mojo sauce, and lime. Each bite was so refreshing! The lime gave a citrus kick to the sweet pickled red onions. The fried fishless fish was tender and flaky like real white fish. I was thoroughly impressed with Curia and think it's one of the most unique places in Gainesville. Check it out!

Chocolate Cake wasn't bad, butbwhat i believe to pineapple cake or something was very dry no flavor. I dont go to buffets for the deserts, so..the chicken an the rest of the food made up for the issue. A closer to home buffet , they did have a sign up for all you can eat crab legs on Sat 3-7pm.

The desserts were on a table in the back and were pre cut so I imagine they were dried out. I found an empty pan where there was supposed to have been a hot cobbler but it was not filled while we were there. The waitress was friendly and attentive. When I went up the first time there was no shrimp and I was very disappointed. I tried the fried chicken but it wasn't that good. The veggies I tried were good. Some were fresh and some were not. The second time I went up there was shrimp so I felt a lot better about the dinner. The shrimp were done well and the sauce I found was good. The atmosphere is homey/country and nothing fancy. I only saw tables but there was another room that I didn't go in so it might have had some other kind of seating. It's as expensive as the larger buffet's , even with a senior discount, which was a surprise. Tea is an extra charge, so I can't comment on that. I would give it another try if in the area again.
