If you count the flight, there's only 6 spots but you do get 7 sodas

This was one of our favorite spots of the day - Great pizza ! The crust was sooo good! The decor was top notch, getting you to walk around to every nook and cranny you can (don't forget the toy shop in the back bar. Itll bring you back to your retro roots!) Although they were busy, the pizza came up quickly and we got a large pizza (15 mins max) Definitely worth a try!

After seeing bumper stickers everywhere we decided to check out Satchel's. If there was an award for most fascinating and eclectic restaurant, they would win hands down!!! We showed up on graduation day so our wait was about 45 minutes. With so much to look at we didn't mind. I was so intrigued. I couldn't help but take so many photos. I wanted to explore it all! The place was packed, elbow to elbow. I had so much fun walking around and seeing all the art. I had a blast on the swing. There was so much to see. In one of the bathrooms, the walls were covered with children's games. And you won't have to worry about running out of toilet paper because there were a bunch of holders. We got seated outside. Our server came quick but gave us enough time to order. I ordered a pesto pizza with extra sausage and tomatoes. It took about 30 minutes to get our pizza but we knew it would take longer because of how busy it was. When I got my pizza it was piping hot. Pulled a slice off and it was loaded with sausage. A meat pizza! Impressive!!! It was delicious. The right amount of sauce. The slices were large. I liked it a lot. When we finished eating pizza the server brought the dessert menu. The coolest menu ever: it was a viewfinder!!!!! I had to order dessert just because of the menu. I got the chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting. It was a huge piece, moist, and the frosting had the right amount of sweet. It was worth every calorie. I was so excited about my food I forgot to take pictures. Oops! I can't wait to go back. Next time I'll be sure to get photos of my pizza! If you're looking for unique I suggest Satchel's. It should be a landmark for Gainesville.

Pizza was very good, super thin in the middle with an inch high of crust on the outside ring. Very Pricy though...$30 for a medium 14 inch pie. They did have real sugar soda which is exceptional! The decor was outstanding, service was great! Gluten free brownie was good but the apple caramel cheesecake was hard as a rock.

Had lunch here on a Friday around noon. Busy place but has plenty of seating indoors and out. Great pizza and great salads! We had the thin crust pizza but the thick crust looked awesome. Great service and interesting place - quirky for sure and very cool! Only thing that could be improved is the parking..... Will definitely return!

Fun eclectic pizza place. We were seated right away. The staff was very friendly. Loved that they offered a gluten-free crust made from millet & flax and vegan cheese. They have over 30 toppings to choose from - lots of vegetables. The dough was thick, fluffy, and soft. Food was served quickly. We had the Satch salad was large enough for 3-4 people. It has cucumbers, apples, tomato, sunflower seeds, almonds, pecans, walnuts, and house dressing The dough was thick, fluffy, and soft... the best texture. Slices were huge! You definitely have to try this spot if you're in the area. Loved the ginger ale.

This is the coolest college restaurant! If you have kids, this is the place to go! They have many play areas and climbing aparattuses! They also have the best pizza I've ever had. Typically, the crust is the worst part, but here it's the best! It's basically a giant garlic bread. Everything was so delicious and this place is so eclectic it will keep your eyes busy for hours!

As a New Yorker, I am very picky about my pizza but this slice was divine! I got artichokes, sundried tomatoes, and bacon on it. The bacon was so Smokey and delicious. I ordered another slice to go! The salad was also one of the better salads I e had in a long time. I'm definitely coming back! The staff was great and the atmosphere is fun and artsy.

Definitely worth a visit if you're on the Eastside of Town. All ambiance, with "okay" pizza. The service is good and there's a wide selections of toppings, as well as beers. PRO TIP: good for a family out or a large group.

A lovely fun place food was good nothing too crazy but the ambiance definitely added to the experience. Service was awesome everyone was very kind and there was vegan cheese options which I loved!

Had a quick stop at satchels today for a pizza. A very funky restaurant with fun decor, a decommissioned jeep out front that doubles as a dining table, and homemade craft sodas. We got a large pepperoni and ricotta pizza. The crust was crisp and buttery and the pizza itself was fantastic. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you're in the area looking for a fun pizza joint.

I had the best vegan pizza tonight from Satchel's. I ordered the millet and flax pizza with vegan cheese with lot of veggie toppings. The crust was perfect, I heated in my toaster oven which gave some crunch. I also ordered a large satch salad which is super fresh and was enough for at least 4 people. It was super busy being that it was Saturday night but my order was ready at the promised time. Will definitely order again.

Hands down one of the absolute coolest places we have been to eat. You can eat in a van for goodness sakes. So many areas for the kids to play including a plane! There are so many incredible spaces. The pizza was absolutely delicious. The service was good. She was attentive and got us anything we needed. Absolutely sit outside if possible!

I often went to SquareHouse Pizza thinking it would be like when they first opened, but it makes…read moresense after they separated from Satchels it would never be the same. I have come time and time again disappointed with the pizza size and the time it took to make it. Size: Pizza used to come in the size of their box! As you can see in my picture, that is no longer the case. It is no longer an actual square like its namesake but a rectangle. It reminds me of "all squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares." And while it makes me chuckle to think how SquareHouse should know that. I am still disappointed in paying for that much of a pizza when I could get a larger one to share with friends at the same price point elsewhere. Service: Now I understand they can get busy but one time I waited 25 minutes with only one person ahead of me for my food -- a before anyone says anything. I ordered their waffles. Another time, they never called my name. They have a speaker but don't use it. It is a food park with tables everywhere. If you don't use the speaker system and know folks sit further than you can scream, then I think they should give a beeper. Ambience: It's at the food park which is great as long as it's not raining bc spaces to sit under covered areas are limited. And bc it was previously partnered with Satchels it has the same vibe. Overall, go once if you haven't but just be ready for disappointment Update since writing to address the comments of the business owner: 1) When I say first opened, I meant when it was called SatchSquared. 2) Size of the pizza: You're right I looked at pictures and updated. They aren't squares but from one years ago. They definitely filled the box more. 3) I sincerely don't appreciate being told about waiting or orders ahead and phone calls. I have come here more than 20 times and my experiences are always the same. I've come at opening, during high traffic times, and etc. And I am not someone to review after one instance of a place, I like to give them chances. I have lived in Gainesville for 17 years, and I'm very well aware of being polite to residents. I have definitely sat in the tables in the covered area close to the pick up window and have had to ask if my food was ready bc my name was not called and just to find out it was ready. I gave a suggestion about using beepers like the other places. I'm sorry my review caused some upset feeling but I stand by it. Service is not great. If you wanted to discuss via email then you could've politely said that. I won't be returning. Thanks!

While my favorite is the Mariah Curry with chicken -- a fun name for a tasty curry pizza with just the right amount of spice -- I also recommend checking out the specials sign by the register, as there are usually some hidden gems. Also love that this is part of 4th Ave Food Park, a great place to go with friends, pups and/or kids.

Nonetheless there was a ton of options for: - pizza - different sandwiches - appetizers - salads - soups We ended up getting two different pizzas and some garlic sticks. The pizzas were nice and thin and crispy and full of flavor. The garlic sticks were very, very garlicky, very tasty, very doughy. In general we just had a great meal and we definitely enjoyed it. There were quite a lot of people there too so I'm getting the impression that a lot of other people enjoy Piesano's as well. Very much do recommend this pizza and the garlic sticks.
