The seat was dirty i had to brush bits of food off but the tables were clean. The menu has TONS of options and the portions are huge! I had the one plus which came with hash browns, a sausage patty and a blueberry pancake. The hash browns were great they were perfectly browned not burned. The sausage was a little over seasoned but still amazing. Pancake was good but the biscuit and gravy was amazing! Love this place cant wait to come back again!

The table I was seated had a picture of a swastika ....i mentioned to the waitress and she stated that the owners know about it ....i felt very uncomfortable and I won't ever dine there again!!!!

The eternal brunch quest... The two of us walked in, it was busy ... but I think being under the Parker Hotel may have helped. You could tell it is a chain by the decorative farsted vibe, but it was ok We were greeted and told to it would be fifteen minutes. Others walked by, they were given the option of sitting at the bar, I was a little miffed on that since we would have gladly sat there but was not an option. After a few minutes, we were seated and gave our orders, pretty smooth so far . Food came out, again, this is the problem with corporate chains...flavor is so neutra so as to not offend it's almost bland. I had the "LilHillbilly". It was okay. No seasoning of the potatoes, eggs, or gravy. The biscuit and bacon stole the show however. She had the Sharon omelette, the top part of the hash browns were real good, the underside however was not cooked, very limp potatoes. Omelette was so so... She loved the Strawberry and English muffin however. It was okay, we have had better in Parker....but this was good for an easy brunch. We wouldn't hurry back however.

Great food and service! The diner has an excellent vibe and staff. The portion sizes were in line with cost and was very fresh.

The food was delicious, service was quick and friendly, and you can tell the staff cares about what they're doing -- something that's hard to find in the restaurant industry. Some of the negative reviews feel like they come from people who don't understand how busy breakfast/brunch spots operate. This is a lovely, casual spot with great flavor and a welcoming vibe. I'd definitely come back and recommend it to friends looking for a tasty breakfast or lunch.

Seeing Zero on the App wait list, we arrived at 9:30am, with just a few people in the lobby area, we thought we'll be stared soon. They asked us to wait for a table to be ready. Over the next 1/2 hr, the lobby stared to fill up and we watched tables of 2 and 3 go right past us, one after another. By 10:20am, we were standing next to a few newly arrived parties of 5 and 6. Hungry and frustrated, we asked if they could push 2, tables together to seat us, we were promptly told No. But they can separate us. By 10:30, we were hopeful, but a bit 'hangry', then they seated a table of 5 that entered around 10:10... we walked out after an hour of waiting. My wife was upset and crying in the car. We decided to go home to make breakfast. Before the kids leave the next day, we'd try again at a different restaurant. The food and service have always been great here! I can understand having new, inexperienced staff at a busy restaurant can be challenging, but unfortunately, this experience will leave a bad taste for a while.

(ours was less than 10 minutes) It's worth the wait!! Heritage Cafe has a large menu with a variety of options to choose from. They have boozy brunch cocktails as well if you are so inclined- I was and ordered a Bloody Maria. This was delicious as was the strip of bacon that came with the drink. Yum! We also gave their cinnamon roll a shot, and were very pleased with the gooey, deliciousness of this baked good! I tried the chilaquiles for my main entree and was pleasantly impressed. I did order my eggs sunny side up, and well, they tried but they came out a little over cooked-no biggie though. Our server was very nice and kept tabs on us frequently throughout our meal- this was very much appreciated!

This is Waffle House so it is not the same as Original Pancake House or other more expensive breakfast places. I paid $20 before tip for a full meal with coffee and that's fantastic especially with the rising cost of everything including food. The coffee is good not amazing. It gets the job done and my server topped it off several times during my meal. I tried the all star special which comes with two eggs cooked to order, hashbrowns or grits, breakfast meat and toast. I asked for over medium eggs and they were cooked perfectly with plenty of runny yolk. I asked for bacon crispy and it was with 3 pieces to the order. I had sourdough toast. On the hashbrowns I ordered all the way which is all the optional toppings. It's a lot. I liked the mushrooms, onions, hickory smoked ham, diced and grilled tomatoes, and sausage gravy. I could probably have left off the melted cheese and jalapenos. For next time I know. But wait there's also the waffle which I got with chocolate chips and they were very generous with the chocolate chips. If you're looking for hearty diner food check out Waffle House in Parker. I'll definitely be back.

We were acknowledged when we entered and chose to sit at the counter. Despite being the only guests seated there, no staff member approached us at any point during the twenty minutes we waited. During this time, employees seated and served other customers, yet we remained completely unattended. It was clear we were visible, and the lack of service was both disappointing and unacceptable. After waiting without any acknowledgment or assistance, we chose to leave. This experience reflected poorly on the customer service at this location, and unfortunately, it has discouraged us from returning.
