Bogo!
Angeline R.

Have been wanting to try Double Zero for awhile now and we finally made it. Mondays are BOGO!! We ordered a large combo and a large pepperoni. For your BOGO pizza, you get a free cheese or you can add toppings and just pay the difference. We only had to pay $4 for the pepperoni. The pizza was so good! The crust was thin and crispy with toppings spread throughout. They have a big pizza oven they cook the pizzas in! They have TVs all over with sports on and have several beers on tap! The service is very friendly and quick as well. They don't only have pizzas, they have burgers, fries, and salads too! I'm glad we were finally able to try Double Zero. The whole family loved it. May be my new fav pizza spot on the westside!

When a certain manager or owner is on... don't know what he actually is... everything is phenomenal! The pizza is always great! However, this is how the 3rd time I have left with no food for dine in while the entire staff hung out around the counter. A server came by and even cleaned the table next to me. Would never leave a bad review on a one time experience, however, this is a trend. I would give it 5/5 on take out (never done take out), and 2/5 on dine in. Tonight was the 3rd time I walked out and Went to either Addys or QDOBA for dinner after waiting 15 mins with no greet. 2 tables in the entire place were seated.

This place was very yummy. We picked up some pizza for the husker game and it's refreshing to have some pizza that isn't drowning in grease. They definitely use a pizza oven. Nice crunchy crust. Good toppings. On time for pickup so that was great service! The restaurant is a nice place and we enjoyed it lots. Overall would recommend for people to try. It's just nice having solid pizza around that's not going to make your stomach hurt the rest of the day.

Tonight I convinced my daughter to branch out and try something new! We haven't been to double zero before, but had been to the previous pizza spot there so expected the walk up ordering. We were able to find a seat right away, and got there about 7:30-ish on a Saturday night. It was nice to see they serve you at your seats now, instead of the walk up and order style! We were taken care of by every staff there, and they all seemed to enjoy their work and were helpful! We started with the garlic fries, they were really yummy! The bottom of the bowl was a little soupy with the garlic topping settling there, so some of the fries towards the bottom were too much to eat, but it didn't bother us! My daughter had the kids cheese pizza, and was so excited about how big it was! The taste was great, she had no complaints and asked when we could go back. I tried the Italian calzone. It was good, I'll be honest though, I was expecting a little more toppings besides just meat in the calzone. It did look like maybe diced onions may have been in there, but I couldn't taste them. I still enjoyed the calzone, and would order it again, just would probably ask for some other toppings inside in the future! Overall, a great Saturday night dinner!

Are you looking for a great deal with quality pizza on a Monday. Stop in just like I did today. Buy a large pizza and get a large cheese FREE. For my wife and I it's always the dilemma we want a good quality pizza with all the toppings but the kids only want cheese. Mondays allow you to get both with out the extra cost. The restaurant is clean with flat screens available for the big game. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Added some pictures of the menu so if your not in the mood for pizza you can see what else they have to offer.

Breakfast pizza, buffalo chicken pizza

My family and I stopped here for some pizza last week that we were carrying out on our way to my sister's house. The online ordering system is pretty efficient and easy to use. At first it looks a little overwhelming because they have every pizza and every size there, rather than drop downs. But I was able to place the order in a couple minutes and set it for pickup later in the day. When I got to the restaurant, I was immediately helped at the counter and my order was waiting for me. While I was picking up, the manager chatted with me for a short time, and it's clear that he really enjoys his work and is interested in the success of the business. For the food, we got the buffalo chicken pizza, the breakfast pizza and a personal combination pizza, with a side of cheese sticks. I'm sorry that I forgot to take pictures before we started eating it, but the pizza was calling my name by the time I got to my sister's place. The pizzas were thin crust, thick enough to hold all the toppings but still thin with a crispy buttery edge. There was a pretty hefty amount of toppings on each pizza. I was pretty satisfied with each of the items that we got. Pizza's here are a little bit pricier than other standard fast places, but for sit down eateries and especially wood fired pizzas, the pricing was very reasonable in the food is well worth what you pay for it. The cheese sticks are absolutely huge for the price. I'm looking forward to coming back here again and trying some of the other flavors that they have, and I would recommend this place to anyone else. One thing to note is that your hands will have a bit of char after you are done. Pretty standard with wood fire pizza, but it took a couple days to get it off my fingers.

After I ordered I saw 10 other people with order numbers in their hand so that was an indication of the wait we were about to endure. We had to stand for a bit before a table was available. It took 45 minutes before the food arrived. Now the food. It was good enough to say I'll try it again. If it wasn't for the generous portion of fries I would have left hungry. I'd be happy to pay $18 for two sliders and half the amount of fries. Fries were good but most likely a premade frozen fry nothing unique. The size of the burger was honestly comparable to the McBurger not the Big Mac (smaller and less meat). Couldn't have been more than 1/4 lb. Very thin. Yes I know it's a smash burger but paper thin and didn't pour out of an already tiny bun. I ordered the heat burger. It came with pepper jack cheese jalapeños and aïoli sauce. I dipped it in ketchup b/c it seemed dry. The 9 year old ordered the classic with added bacon. I'd say add the 3rd patty for $3 to make the meat to bun ratio closer to equal.

Weekends can get busy, so we made a reservation and were seated right away. Our server was great, and our food and drinks came out quickly. I ordered the Crispy Shrimp Bowl for the first time and loved it! The shrimp were perfectly crispy, the sauce was delicious, and the bowl was so colorful with all the veggies. My husband tried the Chicken Tacos for the first time and the portion was way bigger than he expected! They also came with a side of chips and salsa. Can't wait to come back. I had the burger with bacon and bleu cheese, and the waitress was nice enough to note my request for lighter amounts of bleu cheese - it goes exceptionally well with bacon but has a strong enough flavor to not need an excessive amount. It seemed like there was none at all on there, so perhaps that was my mistake for asking. I feel like it is normally piled on there but I did still want *some.* The Nashville sandwich was nothing special, but the coleslaw was good. 6/10. The new honey chicken sandwich was good, 8.5/10. The truffle cheesesteak had noticeable truffle, even a little much, which you don't always get, and maybe not enough cheese, but was overall good. 7/10. The fries and sweet potato fries were both very good, well seasoned fries. I would come back - I would bring my parents here. I hope to sit outside at some point to see how nice that can be. There was a good amount of people here for a Wednesday, I know on the weekends it can be fairly packed, so a weekday was a good time to go.

All the classic dishes like the lavosh, the prime rib enchiladas, the voodoo, chicken, etc. are still on the menu. On the whole, our table enjoyed the meals we got. That said there were a couple little notes I have. I've said it before, but the way they plate salads is impractical here. They serve side salads on small glass plates. Of course I appreciate the effort to make it a nice sized salad and fill up the plate, but with no overhang and no depth because it's not a bowl, it makes it really difficult to stir around without making a big mess. They don't serve the salads tossed, so this continues to be an issue for me as a diner. The other thing I noticed is that the building itself definitely needs a little TLC. Everything just looks a bit worn... in particular the walls, the baseboards, places where there's wear and tear, and it just doesn't look as crisp or as modern or updated as it could.

I've been coming to this location for a few years now, and it actually holds a special place in my heart. We celebrated our engagement here back in 2021. My usual go-to is the Baby Back Ribs; they're fall-off-the-bone tender and truly the best in my opinion. This time, I switched it up and tried the Steak Kabobs. They were SO good and might just become another staple order for me. The veggies were delicious and the wild rice was the perfect pairing. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, keeping our drinks refilled and checking in just the right amount. I'll definitely be back!

ANYWAY, this location and the one downtown are standalone locations, and as I said, I totally prefer that. I like to have a server, sit down, and ask questions if I have them, etc. This location is always bustling, maybe a little too much, that it almost feels a little frenetic and anxiety inducing. The food is pretty basic bar food - burgers, salads, and a few others like fish and chips, and the like. The service has been good and the drinks are always nice and fresh and cold. That is where they shine, the beers and drinks. So I'd say if you visit any Blatt, definitely choose an in person one, and don't expect too much from the food, if you are not a fan of bar fare.

The menu isn't the deepest but what they do, they do well. I've been a long time fan of the chopped salad - simply because the dill ranch is literally thee best dressing. The chicken tenders are a fan favorite and I will not order the salad without them. It's not the fanciest, or the most original but you will not walk out of here unsatisfied. I would try anything off their menu without hesitation. They have a vast beer menu, a few cocktails to choose - but please add an espresso martini to that menu, folks!
