He let me know that the fancy security door I had uses a particular type of cylinder that couldn't be changed out, but was able to re-key my other doors without scratching them up. Most excellent service I've ever experienced. I stopped at a gas station to get some gas and when I noticed my key broke off in my ignition I was absolutely distraught. I am a service and repair plumber and can't afford to lose time nor my vehicle. When I called this in I was told it would take 30 to 60 minutes five minutes later I received a call from TJ stating he would be on site in 15 minutes. I was in a bad situation where my purse got stolen and Dons lock & Key was amazing help. I didn't have my AAA card or any credit cards so they were willing to work with me by allowing my father to do things over the phone. They came to my car quickly and found out I needed a special ordered key. They kept in contact with me the entire time letting me know what was going on. Went here because it was one of the few existing locksmiths around and I can see why. Professionalism and customer service at its best. Met Tom and he cut me some keys and pointed out my new-to-me car had keys that were pretty worn down. Wasn't pushy, but suggested that if I intend to use the car for longer, to come back and they would cut new keys to factory specifications to avoid any key-to-lock mishap.
