Great Company definitely recommend them. Best price by far, Sajied came out and made me a key. Very professional and fast. Definitely 5 star service!

Ripped me off for $285 Cash Locksmith handed me non-working key after I gave him cash. I tested key and it did not work to unlock or start my vehicle. I gave Locksmith named Dan Sabreen back the key and had him call the owner. I spoke to owner and stated that I wanted a refund or a working key. The owner blamed the issue on my ignition and said he need to charge more to fix my ignition. There was nothing wrong with my ignition at all and I stated that to the owner with frustration and he hung up on me. The locksmith Dan then threw the key back at me and took off. I called the police and made a report. The owner left the police on hold for 20 minutes. They will not answer my calls and do not have a place of business. They deserve negative stars. I had another local locksmith come and he told me that Dan Sabreen at Woodcrest Locksmith had actually broke the lock in my 2019 Nissan and failed to fix it, or acknowledge the damage. The second locksmith I used was able to fix Woodcrest Locksmith Dan Sabreen's mistake and didn't even charge me for it because he felt so bad that companies like Woodcrest Locksmith and Dan Sabreen rip people off. The second locksmith only charged me $150 to give me a working OEM Nissan Key. Woodcrest only gave me cheap non working key for twice as much...and the $285 was actually a discounted price originally quoted at $325 but they gave me a $40 discount because they forgot about my appointment and were an hour late. The process was only supposed to take 20 minutes according to Dan Sabreen from Woodcrest Locksmith when he arrived. He kept making excuses blaming his reader and it took him 2 hours to throw a non working key at me, break my door lock, and rip me off for $285 cash. I have proof of the broken lock and a signed statement from another licensed locksmith that there is no issue with my ignition and he had no problem making me new key. I also have a police report in my favor so I will have to take them to small claims. All I asked for was a refund but they can't even do that.

Complaint regarding a key replacement and programming service for my 2008 BMW 328i…read more In September, I requested assistance from your home‑based service and was charged $450 USD. At the time, I was not clearly informed that the service did NOT include a mechanical key blade, which is a basic and standard part for BMW models. Today, when I opened the key package, I noticed that the mechanical key part was missing. When I reached out for clarification, I was told that getting this part done would require an additional $120 USD charge, again without apology or acknowledgment of the earlier lack of transparency. I am not fully aware of how other providers price this service, but for a 2008 BMW 328i, the technology and skill level required is not complex. The fair market range for this kind of service is generally around $200 USD. Although I was in a hurry at the time and did not question the cost, the final result has proven A LOT problematic. Since receiving the key from your service: 1. The auto‑locking feature of my car NO longer works. 2. The car only recognizes the key when it is physically inserted into the ignition. I cannot leave it in a bag or pocket for the vehicle to detect it, which it should be. 3. During the first two weeks, the car only detected the key from the center console. After two weeks, it must be inserted into the ignition to be recognized at all. By comparison, the key I previously duplicated for $200 USD was able to: * Be recognized inside the car without insertion into the ignition * Start the engine via proximity recognition * Support auto‑lock when the key is more than 1 meter away from the vehicle I believe the most unreasonable part of this experience is: * You forgot to provide the mechanical key blade, * You did not apologize, * And you continued to charge extra for completing a basic and non‑technical component. * weak technical skills to program the key. Charging another $120 USD for something that requires no meaningful technical difficulty--especially to fix an omission made during your original service--feels unfair. Additionally, the previous programming result itself has already been unsatisfactory. Why you be such greedy in charging?
