I needed a duplicate key fob for my wife's Audi Q5. I reached out to several automotive locksmith companies all informed me "Unable to service, except Experess Auto Locksmith. It took a couple of weeks after my initial conversation with Lim before scheduling my appointment. Due to availability constraints. Lim was very accommodating and tried work with my schedule. He arrived at my residence on time, introduced himself, shook my hand and went to work... He was very careful with my wife's vehicle treating it like his own, at least that's the impression I got. I have 2005 Honda accord which has a transponder in the key. The key was also equipted with buttons to open the trunk and doors. I looked on Yelp and naturally I went with the company with 5 star 400 reviews. When I called the 400 review company they asked me if the key opened the trunk, I told him no. He told me he couldn't do it because the original key didn't open the door. I then called Express Auto LockSmith located in the Mills mall in Ontario. The only question Lim asked was for my address. So I forgot ask his name but the message from him says Lin, so that should be who it was. Wow, I needed a key made for my car. He was here maybe 12 minutes and was done. I watched him do his thing, but it was so fast i couldn't fully keep up. We talked some while he was working, he definitely knows his stuff and was friendly. He also corrected something I asked about that I had read online. Calling a mobile locksmith out is not something you ever want to do.
