I had problems with my ignition cylinder. It was a couple minutes before closing time at kalifornia keys. I decided to call anyways. I was greeted by Nader and he explained what he thought was wrong. He offered to come and do the job last minute. He saved me out of major stress since I needed my car the following day. He worked on it for a couple hours and it's running as good as new now. Price was fair and well worth him coming in short notice. There was no hidden fees and price was what he said over the phone. We stayed and talked about the ups and downs of being self employed and I left satisfied as well as he did too. Thanks again kalifornia keys for saving out of a jam. I had issues with my key fob and Couldent get my car to turn on or recognize the keys were inside I sat and called a few places and they all quickly recommended a replacement instead of checking for possible repair: When I called Nate at Kalifornia Keys his first response was that he would see if he could fix my existing remote and if need be he could make me a new one. I would definitely recommend Nader. He responded quickly and showed up on time. His pricing is reasonable. I am 100% happy with the works.

Never do business with this company!!! They quoted me $130 to do lock out service. They got here and charged me over $200 and said it was because it was a busy day. They literally quoted me $130 1.5 hours before they got here so how much busier did the day get? It literally took 3 minutes to do. Please never use this business. FYI the technician was awesome! He very clearly explained to me that it wasn't him that makes the pricing or the quotes. This was obviously a bait switch by the company (he did not say this). read more
