Great service. I called them at about 11:00am on a Saturday and their technician actually beat me to the location my car was parked not even 30 minutes later. There was a bit of an issue with programming my new key because I had lost the original, so the basic YouTube tutorial for a new key using the original wasn't possible. The technician had a couple different devices he had to cycle through to figure out how to program my replacement, again without the original, but was still able to get it done pretty quickly. Bonus points because my battery was completely dead and he had to hook up some jumper cables and let the battery charge up for about 15 minutes before anything really worked. The technician they sent was very polite and professional and while we were waiting let me know what other services they have available, which helped pass the time a little bit lol. 10/10, would definitely recommend based on my experience today. read more

I lost my Mercedes' keys and I had called several locksmith around the area and they were expensive. My friend referred the key man to me so I called him and he was able to make me a spare key. Mercedes' keys are expensive and they to need to be programmed to the car. He came to where my car was parked a night before and the day of. It was not an easy task but he was able to program the car and start it and I felt so relieved. The dealership has quoted me 1,200 for the key and other locksmith I had called were unable to take the risk because they could've have messed up the computer programming in the car. Overall I appreciate his time and hard work he put into my car. It was not an easy task and yet he had an great attitude through it all and really eased my mind. His pricing is reasonable and accommodating to the economy now. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. I wish I could give this business 10 stars.
