I needed to install a deadbolt on an outdoor gate in our backyard. After three visits over two weeks and multiple delays, the lock was finally installed, but only after I threatened to request a refund of my deposit. They ordered the wrong lock that did not fit the gate, even after multiple visits. They refused to make actual measurement of the dimensions of the gate, despite my wife's suggestion. And they have the audacity to charge me extra for their mistake and incompetence. The lack of communication was astounding. P.S.
