Always helpful, always listens, guides us through the test drive, purchase, and teaching the systems on the car. Carl, the sales manager, is alway out front and accessible, not like other dealerships where you never see the mysterious "sales manager" the salesperson always has to clear things with. If the dealership wasn't great I would not have purchased five cars there. The entire process is low key and low pressure. The guy behind the counter was more than informative and did not try to give me a hard sell on any of the items. My total came out to $18 dollars (!)... this will run you $50 dollars if you have a mechanic order you the parts and have him do the five minute job for you (at least this is the quote I received from several Caldwell mechanics, which is why the work is done at home.)

I drive a brand new car, I brought it here for a presidential wash and they always do actually a pretty good job. The next time I used my driver side car door handle it was completely broken. The gentleman tried to sit there and fix it which was very nice and then proceeded to tell me to bring it to the dealer and complain when clearly this place broke my car handle on top of that since I need a new handle it needed to be fixed and it's going to cost me 900 dollars. They offered nothing in return. They offered absolutely nothing no sympathy no hey can we pay for this wash. This place knows nothing about customer service. I'd avoid coming here at all costs.
