Since the experience the first time was ok I figured I would use them again and I figured it would be easier than driving into the city with an 1 , 5 and 6 year old and dealing w the added stress and high price to park the car. I got a call at 9:30 at night the night before I left. I didn't respond right away because I was hosting a fundraising event. I also got a text. I answered right when I saw it around 11 at night and said I never got a confirmation. No response to my text. The next day no one showed up for pick up. I called after waiting I texted and left a message. My husband called and left a message as well. I also then wrote an e mail, sent one or two more texts. No response. After waiting for 30 min we had to leave and we're forced to take our car into the city and we were stressing. When I landed I wrote another text and again no response. I was concerned that I would get charged for a service I never got a courtesy response no apology. I wrote another e mail and again no response . How would you feel if this was your mother or wife? This conformation clearly states a town car will be picking her up and your company sent a party bus. There was no communication of any other vehicle changes. The driver saw she was clearly has trouble getting around due to her age and recent surgery yet he still pushed that she gets in this high giant bus and her had to help her physically to do so. Then insisted she stepped on this child booster seat to get out which he didn't even hold in place so it slipped out from under her so fell out of this party bus into traffic at the airport. She was completely on the ground! There was no help called to tend to her in anyway. A passing bystander stopped to help her off the ground. She was completely flustered and upset. This entire thing is unacceptable!

The driver, arranged through the concierge at my building, was at my door on time and he got me to the airport in about an hour at rush hour. However: 1. It cost $70 and the guy refused to tell me the rate until we were several miles away. 2. He didn't take cards, only cash. 3. He listened to terrible music and SANG ALONG. 4. The 'free snacks' were Captain's Wafers, an apple and bubble gum. I passed on everything but a stick of gum. 5. He listened to baseball on the radio. 6. He talked on the phone a lot. 7. He acted like he had to take a toll road and I should pay him for it. I knew he didn't have to do so, so he eventually relented and paid the toll himself. The ride was plush, not bumpy or uncomfortable, and I got where I needed to be. I don't know that I'd bother with this service in particular again, though.
