I needed to take my mother to a follow up medical appointment in Princeton, traveling down from Madison. I was having functional problem with my neck and back, so driving an hour + each way was not an option. I was concerned about using Uber, etc as we were traveling peak hour both ways. As well pricing would have been crazy . Finally, I could be sure of when the doctor's appointment would be done, so I couldn't set up return n advance Rob is a very kind, friendly, yet gives your privacy drive. His SUV was immaculate. Furthermore, he waited at the medical facility and was ready to return as soon as we were done. My mom was physically weak still, and it was important not to wait around for a ride. For our needs, he charged a flat hourly rate as we were unsure as to he length of time we required. It wad like the old days hiring a car service, he showed up at our home early, carried a tote bag for us, and was ready to go, pulling up at the exit right as we came out Overall, a wonderful experience, and I thought his fees were reasonable. I'd recommend him STRONGLY, Especially in situations when one has an appointment, or, trips for the airport. You can set them up in advance, and be assured he will arrive on time and ready to go! Thank you Rob! You eliminated some stress from a stressful day! Ann & Roseann in Madison NJ read more

Rob of Rob's Car Service is wonderful. I needed a ride from Sussex County NJ to Manhattan NYC at 8 pm that day. That morning, I called a couple of car services in Sussex county. Rob answered and was friendly and professional. He was able to give me a quote in 10 minutes and a confirmation once I paid with credit card. In addition, his rates are competitively priced. But the website is accurate when it says the service is second to none. Would recommend to others. read more

I've used Rob's service twice now. He's picked me up for early morning flights and arrived a few minutes early both times which put me at ease. This past holiday, my initial flight from Newark Airport got canceled. When I contacted him the day before to notify him, I also asked if he was able to take me to LaGuardia instead around the same time which he was able to accommodate. I really appreciated his flexibility, especially so last minute. He also wears as mask and his car is impeccably clean. Will definitely use his service again in the future! Highly recommend. read more

He also has been helping my grandmother and grandfather for any appointments that have in New York or even to take a nice trip down to Atlantic City . He is always on time and he can recommend great places to eat all over the map . The truck is always so very clean and it is always a pleasure using his services . I would recommend him to everyone and everybody . He is a first class guy and runs a first class service . He is also a real family man !He's the best at what he does !!! Robs service recently provided four separate transportation trips to and from the airport for family members over Thanksgiving. Rob provided confirmation texts in advance of the scheduled trip, was on time, and waited when a flight was delayed. His price was the same regardless of the time. (We had 5 am pickup and 9:00 pm flights) His vehicles were spotless, smelled great, had bottled water available and his service most professional. Rob's car service is a gem, reliable, professional and well priced. Highly recommended read more

We had an excellent experience with Rob's Car Service. He was on time, the car was immaculately clean, he helped my mom get in and out of the vehicle. He had water for us on a hot day and gum for the long ride. He got us to and from a cemetery all the way out on Long Island with ease and great conversation. My mom, who is quite picky was completely impressed. We wholeheartedly recommend Rob for any of your travels. We felt safe and in good hands the whole time. read more
