In those cases the driver was delayed mostly by traffic or previous passenger not ready for his/her pickup. Their website is quite user-friendly with immediate confirmation sent to email address. I didn't give 5 stars because some of the vehicles I've been in were a bit worse for wear. However, I must admit the taxis were comfortable regardless of their outward appearance. Dates of service for this year: May, July and August. Newark Liberty International was the destination for all those dates. One recommendation to Terry's Taxi: please put a sign in the window letting customers know the vehicle is part of Terry's fleet.
