We used Classic Coach after we received multiple estimates from other limo companies with outrageous prices and contingencies. John from Classic Coach made everything very simple and easy. The price he gave us was fair for what we had requested. He was very easy to work with - all our correspondence was done through email. John was able to accommodate any last minute changes to my schedule, which I appreciated when you're working on day of details. On the day of our wedding, he arrived early. The limo was exactly as requested - it was new and clean. He took his time to drive me to the venue. John was very relaxed, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend Classic Coach for any of your limo needs. read more

John was an amazing and critical part of our wedding day. He was easy to work with from the get go. We spoke mostly on phone and had emailed him details for the multiple venues and different pick ups. He was on time, my bridesmaids and I were NOT but he was very patient and got us to the ceremony on time. The limousine itself was new and clean. The size was perfect for our party. John was very friendly and clearly experienced with these types of celebrations and was an incredible help in calming nerves on such a big day! read more

Excellent professional service would highly recommend Having booked CCL from the UK for our NYC elopement in August 2017 it was a little daunting as you can never be certain that you have made the right choice - but the service we received on the day was outstanding and we couldn't have asked for better Our communication with John prior to the day was excellent and he was prompt in his responses to my numerous messages On the day itself John arrived early to collect us from the hotel and messaged to say he was there. The limo that we hired was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. John was friendly and very well presented and kindly helped me in and out of the limo each time we stopped. We needed to be dropped off and collected from different points at Central Park and this was done with ease. We would like to thank John for being part of our day and for his highly professional service. Would highly recommended CCL - competitive rates and a quality service. read more

I had contacted several other limousine services and Classic Coach was not only the most reasonable price I received back, but John was the most receptive to my inquires. He always got back to me in a timely, professional manner as well as working with me right up until the day of service. There is something to be said about a local small business that cares about the customer and their needs instead of just firing off an insane price in hopes that it sticks (Like the others were doing to me). I will be recommending John and Classic Coach Limousine to my friends and colleagues as well as counting on them for any future needs. read more

John is a total pro! Throughout the ride from NJ to Queens, it was comfortable without sacrificing safety. He picked us up ahead of time and arrived ahead of time. The occasion was my father-in-law's funeral and he made a very difficult day easier. Go with John and Rob. The price is right and the service is even better! Thank you, John! read more

Used Classic Coach Limousine for a ride to Newark Airport for my best friends bachelorette party! When they gave me a quote for a one way ride (which was only a 20 minute ride), I booked them immediately. Some places in the area quoted me as high as $350 and even higher because there were seven of us with luggage. Classic Coach Limo gave me a reasonable price. They were prompt and limo was clean!! Definitely will use them again. read more

Used Classic Coach Limo for my daughter's wedding. Their price by far was the most reasonable for a 6-8 person stretch for two hours. John was professional and friendly, didn't try to hard sell his services just gave me a great deal. He got back to me quickly with questions I had and arrived on time and waited patiently for our group. He was nothing but professional the day of the wedding and my daughter & husband enjoyed the champagne supplied by CCL and they returned to their reception on time. It was a perfect way to start their special day! Thank you!! read more

Great service, hired them for my son's senior prom highly recommend and will use them again. Thank you!

We booked classic coach limo recently to take our family to the theater in NYC. I had gotten a quote from another company and the vehicle they were going to send was a van. I then called CCL and they quoted me a lower price for a navigator limo which was much better and more comfortable. The grandkids thought it was great! Our driver Sam was excellent and personable, he couldn't have made our experience any better. We were picked up on time and arrived with time to spare. The whole experience from booking till our return was perfect. If the need ever arises we will definitely use them again. read more

Classic Coach Limousine was great. I had called maybe 15 limo companies throughout NYC and all of their prices were astronomical or they had terrible reviews. When I found Classic Coach, John was easy to work with, incredibly responsive, and very reasonably priced. He was happy to come into NYC and offered a better price than many NYC limo companies. Everything was super smooth on the actual day, and he even helped me coordinate a couple of extra bottles of champagne to already be in the limo to surprise my friend. Also, the limo itself was really nice. Would recommend them again to anyone! read more

I worked with John for two different events. Once for a wedding and the other for a party bus. He is very professional and communicates very well. He was able to assist with last minute requests and changes. The drivers were on time and patient. The vehicles were in good condition especially the party bus! Most important of all, the price was very fair. read more

We hired classic coach limo to take my entire family on a family home history tour on a snowy January morning to nearly 20 locations in several towns. We could not have been more pleased. John arrived on time and brought us to all of the sites and was extremely accommodating with a few last minute additions. So impressed with his driving abilities for such a long vehicle on many narrow (and some dead end) neighborhood streets. We would highly recommend!! read more
