Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. I called the company to complain that nothing was as it was agreed upon and the man who answered the phone was super dismissive and told us to email him instead as he doesn't have these kinds of conversations over the phone. We told him fine we'll email, but we expect you to make this right somehow. He then started going off telling us that his driver was offended by how the passengers were all drunk. Their "manager" Paul Nepp is unprofessional and I will go to lengths to see is a scam artist at best. here's the background story. We booked several buses for a large private group transfers. Nearly 200pax attendees with all different routings for each bus. On the day of the pick up the drivers refused to assist with loading luggage even though the depot manager said it was part of their service. One of the several chartered buses was missing. 30mins late from scheduled arrival nothing, no call no communication to our agency or to the customer. We called the assigned driver as we asked for each of the driver's cell #s. He said he already picked his people up and was rerouted by the depot. Called into the depot and they knew nothing and said to call back in 5. Called back the depot again 10mins later and they "claimed" the bus was in an accident. It wasn't, we suspect a they were covering up did not send the last bus by mistake. The depot manager Corey was nice but was frazzled as it seemed like they messed up. She apologized and said a bus would be their within an hour. She knew they messed up customer service wise as well as with forgetting about sending 1 more bus and to call back to speak with their manager. After several back and forth with the "manager" Paul never once did he apologize for the bad customer service or their mistake in not communicating the so called accident and a bus would be a few hours late. Offered no compensation to the customer as well. Horrible service. Unprofessional. Paul treats his staff like 3rd class citizens as well as his customers and business partners. After being picked up Newark Airport and driven home, a few hours later I received an email from the company saying they were charging my partner and me a $15 fee, when we asked why they said it was because our baggage was "large" and "heavy." There is nothing on their website that states an extra fee may apply, and no definition of what large or heavy mean. We each had one suitcase, normal size for checked baggage. In fact, we used their car service in the past with the same luggage and there were no issues or extra fees. When we had checked in before our flight both suitcases weighed about 40 lbs, well below the weight limit for checked luggage. Due to the lack of customer service and surprise fees based on no legitimate evidence, we won't be using this car service again.
