Miss A upon showing up at her location for the initial appointment to familiarize myself with the application process stipulated clearly her policy, well ahead of my engaging in a new field of study that I was totally clueless about. At least if there is an emergency of some sort, you must let her know and a no show without a valid excuse as in any legitimate business, is inexcusable. I did just that and she was understanding because she made things possible as long as she was made aware of it. I was being trained as if I was already on the job and that made it so much better for me when I got my first job subsequent to my training there. Her style of teaching, her understanding in any situation, not to mention her devotion to make sure that you understand what is learned in your ability to perform in your future work environment as a first timer, was just incredible! Where else should anyone go to learn and perform as expected in the bus service world?

She highly recommended him to me and my fiancé for our wedding which is a few months away. The owner showed us his NEW bus which had lights not working, and duct tape on the ceiling. Needless to say we did not book and told my cousin what his NEW bus was like. When she called him, she told him the situation and also reminded him about his word on the phone when she booked that she was getting what he told her. he said she is getting a different NEW bus. As well as bashing me and my fiancé to my cousin. He stated that my fiancé didn't like the black on black of that bus that's why. No sir we didn't like the lights not working and the duct tape on the inside of the bus that we are using for our wedding. She goes to see it. A month before her wedding and it's a 2009 bus which one of the guys said. Needless to say this is not a NEW bus. She said it was ok but had a bunch of stickers on it and looked warn. She booked her limo with the same company we booked with in Fairfield on 46 That same day. She said she would like a refund since he is not providing the services which he stated to her when she booked. He refused. she said she was going to dispute the charges with her credit card company and file complaints with the bbb and her wedding venue where they are a featured vendor. He said do what you have to but your not getting a refund. After a few minutes he calls her back and said he would issue the refund. However he wanted to keep $20 for his gas since he apparently has vehicles at a few different locations which are other limo companies in other towns. In conclusion, as a business owner myself. This "Company" should be avoided because there buses are not to par for an important event. There game playing, which no one what's to deal with for any service they are paying for. So Be warned!
