I was having functional problem with my neck and back, so driving an hour + each way was not an option. I was concerned about using Uber, etc as we were traveling peak hour both ways. As well pricing would have been crazy . Finally, I could be sure of when the doctor's appointment would be done, so I couldn't set up return n advance Rob is a very kind, friendly, yet gives your privacy drive. His SUV was immaculate. Furthermore, he waited at the medical facility and was ready to return as soon as we were done. My mom was physically weak still, and it was important not to wait around for a ride. For our needs, he charged a flat hourly rate as we were unsure as to he length of time we required. It wad like the old days hiring a car service, he showed up at our home early, carried a tote bag for us, and was ready to go, pulling up at the exit right as we came out Overall, a wonderful experience, and I thought his fees were reasonable. I'd recommend him STRONGLY, Especially in situations when one has an appointment, or, trips for the airport. You can set them up in advance, and be assured he will arrive on time and ready to go! Thank you Rob! You eliminated some stress from a stressful day! Ann & Roseann in Madison NJ

A lot of other companies quoted higher prices (some with gratuity and tax included, others with just base prices). My Limo's pricing was very enticing and I was afraid there would be hidden fees when I got the bill, but it was exactly as promised. Their service is sooo good! As a person who hates chatting on the phone, My Limo would send confirmation emails the day before pick up. Plus, the drivers would text you when they arrived. A major win in my books! They also have an app where you can book your reservations. The cars are roomy and seem relatively new. The car service I've used in the past had their leather seats peeling away. That's not the case with My Limo. Finally, the drivers are super friendly. Luis was very friendly and made small talk with us. Donald was amazing and was so patient with us since there were so much delays with getting off the plane and waiting to get luggage, plus the traffic at Newark was insane when he came to pick us up. I would definitely recommend My Limo again and will definitely utilize their services.

I booked a private car through My Limo in East Hanover, NJ for a special night out in Manhattan --…read morea Michelin-star dinner that I had planned well in advance. Their website clearly advertises a limousine or Lincoln Town Car experience, so I expected something along those lines. Instead, a Tesla showed up at my door an hour and a half before our prepaid dinner reservation. While the driver was polite and professional and the ride itself was pleasant, the overall experience was not what I paid for. I was charged nearly $200 for what felt like a basic ride I could have booked on Uber for half the price. When I complained, the company told me this was "standard" because they outsource rides to third parties -- something I was never informed of beforehand. To make things worse, their idea of making it right was offering me 10% off the base rate -- a grand total of about nine dollars, which is less than what my latte costs me daily. That token gesture only underscored how little they value their customers' experience. For anyone expecting a true luxury or private car service, be aware that what's advertised may not be what you get. Transparency and honesty matter, especially at this price point. If you're looking for a reliable high-end experience, I've had much better service with EmpireCLS, who actually deliver what they promise.
