Firstly, allow me to start off by explaining how AMAZING this limousine service is. From the start, Scott was EXTREMELY pleasant during the phone call while retrieving our quote. He was considerate, caring and amazingly helpful. I have contacted numerous companies prior to calling Legendary limousines, only to be disappointed by their customer service, let alone their absurd prices. This company was reasonable in cost and their fleet is amazing. Secondly, our driver was PUNCTUAL! When I tell you that Walter was on time, he was DEFINITELY on time! Our fear was that we may get to our destination a little late because of the time that we boarded but Walter got us there way earlier than expected. He was just so genuinely sweet and attentive to everyone on board. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better night all thanks to Scott and Walter! They made our night very memorable. I will be booking with this company moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend that you utilize their services, I assure you that you WILL NOT regret it. read more

I went through about 20 limo companies until I found this one! The journey to find a non-sketchy limo company within my budget was a struggle but Scott reached back out to me and helped me find an affordable price. He was kind and patient and answered all my questions with detail. I was a bit nervous when the company was a couple of minutes late to pickup but Scott assured me that this wouldnt affect my hour and money. Our chauffeur was super nice and drove with care! I had no problems at all. This company made my birthday memorable and a special time for me and my friends. Our limousine's air conditioning was not working for our August wedding. The men were roasting in their tuxes. We asked the driver to fix it, but he could not get it to work and heat started coming out of the vents. When I asked for some compensation, they told me it was our fault that we put the heaters on. They were not understanding in the least read more

Excellent service from start to finish! Scott answered all my emails in a timely manner and made the booking process simple and easy. Very professional, efficient, and accommodating. Of the various companies I contacted, he gave me the best quote. Not only that, he also gave me a free upgrade to a larger vehicle. Sweet! The driver Carl was also great. He was on-time, patient, understanding, and flexible with the schedule. Since it rained on the wedding day, my husband and I were unsure if we could still go to the park for the outdoor pictures after the church ceremony. We told Carl to please wait at the church, while we discussed with the photographer the rain location for the photos. Fortunately, he didn't have to wait too long, because the rain stopped and the sun came out. So we were able to head to the park for the pictures, but later than scheduled. Carl provided great service and care to everyone, and he helped make our wedding day special. I highly recommend Legendary Limousines for your transportation needs! read more

I rented a stretch Escalade for my daughter's sweet 16 party. The limo was clean and the driver was very easy to work with. He was on time and got to the destination on time despite heavy traffic. Also, he navigated a huge vehicle around Times Square on a busy Saturday night. Impressive! I was not in the limo myself but following behind. The driver kept in contact with me and always let me know where he was going to be. The business owner, also, was very easy to work with. He offered a competitive price and a couple of options for vehicles. I am super happy I chose this company and I would definitely use them again. I would describe this company as down to earth, reliable, no funny business, you get what is promised. read more

I had a great experience working with Legendary Limousines. It was very easy to book our limo with Scott, and he answered my questions very promptly. They gave me a much better quote than any other company I contacted. Our Cadillac Escalade limo was very clean and everything looked new. It had a really impressive sound system. Our driver Angel was awesome and arrived early. My friend forgot something at the hotel so we left a few minutes late, but Angel was able to make up for lost time and got us to our destination right on time. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience and would recommend Legendary to everyone. Thank you Scott and Angel read more

My husband surprised me for my 40th birthday party, and invited some friends and family (thirteen in total). The party bus picked us up in Bay Ridge in Brooklyn and drove us to the Meat Packing District in Manhattan. Bert, the driver, was prompt, very friendly and drove safely. He helped people on and off the bus, and helped my disabled mother on and off the bus, and up the stairs to her home. He also stopped traffic since there were no stop signs or lights outside of the parked bus. I thanked him at the end of the night and he stated that he was happy to be part of my day. He looked sincere. The bus was clean and there was an option of lights. We picked the flickering lights between red and blue. We also played one of my favorite movies (Wonder Woman) while going to and from our destination. There was ice available for our drinks and we started the party on the bus. Apparently, before the date, my husband was very picky, and met up with Scott, the owner, several times, and emailed and texted him several questions. He was very professional, understanding and accommodating. The price was also very affordable compared to other companies. read more

I booked Legendary Limos for my wedding in October 2020 but rescheduled for April 2021. Scott was incredibly understanding, reliable, helpful, and honest. I appreciated his kindness during a very stressful time. He wasn't after the money - which is very rare to see. He truly wanted us to get the best price for our day. The driver I had the day of my wedding was AMAZING. He literally organized my bridal party entrance and helped me fix my dress when we got into the church. I 100% recommend Legendary Limos read more

We booked Legendary Limo for our wedding day to shuffle us and our wedding party across 4 stops between Brooklyn and uptown Manhattan over the course of about 5 hours. From the start, Scott was incredibly responsive always answering our emails within hours and always available by phone. We met in person to check out the car, review the contract, the schedule and locations for our big day, and make the deposit. All of this happened seamlessly and pricing was so affordable, way below what we had budgeted for. On the day of, Bert was our driver. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. The limo was clean, stocked with bottled water, and fit the 10 of us comfortably with extra room for several large bags. Bert even helped us take photos with the limo throughout each stop. We never felt rushed between stops. Bert arrived on time and got us to all of our stops on time. I would highly recommend Legendary Limousines to anyone looking for limo for a wedding or any other special occasion. I'll be sure to call Scott again to if I ever need a limo again. read more

It was my parent's 50th anniversary and we wanted to take them to the parts of the city, the Bronx and Queens where they grew up, met, were married, lived etc. Because so much was riding on the transportation (no pun intended...) we did a lot of research but still held our breath right up until the moment when the car and our driver Matthew showed up. Everything from start to finish was flawless and made for an amazing day. From the very start Scott was responsive and transparent about the day and the car. When the car showed up it was beautiful and clean and our driver Matthew was courteous, professional and very helpful - taking photos of our family at spots, opening the door for my parents and doing his best to get us where we needed to go in the most efficient way possible. All said, in what is a very hit or miss industry Scott and driver Matthew were professional, responsive and made our special day great. I only write reviews when things have been either exceptional or horrific, and this was an exceptional service and a great, affordable company to work with. I don't have occasion to use a limo too often but I've found my go to for the next time I need one. Start your search for a limo with these guys. read more

My husband and I were meticulously looking for a good affordance limo service for our wedding. We came across Legendary Limo, and saw its great ratings compared to others on yelp. Of course, we were still cautious due to some bad ratings, and horrific experiences written on them. Nonetheless, we went with our gut feeling, and contacted Scott. Scott was very professional and informative. He gave us the options, packages, payment methods, and planning. He was always easily reached, and response to emails very promptly. Happy to say, our wedding day was perfect! And Legendary Limo's excellent service was part of that. We are absolutely happy with their service. I would like to mention that Rory (our limo driver) was incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating. We could not have asked for a better limo driver. He took care of the entire bridal party from start to finish. We really appreciated it. read more

Excellent service! Made the reservation a few months in advance for 10 people, however, a month before the event I had to add another person to the limo. As mother of the groom, one of my gifts to the couple was providing the limousine service for their big day. Legendary Limousine was an excellent choice on my part (smile) and I couldn't be happier with the service that was given beginning with Scott, who answered the phone day one and immediately put me at ease as I could tell he was knowledgeable as well as unflappable (hahaha...this nervous mama called many times with questions and changes right up to the day before the wedding). Scott, thank you for being so patient, professional and kind. Bert, our driver, was also over the top courteous and professional. I highly recommend Legendary Limousine and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to utilize their fine services again! read more

I rented a party bus from Legendary Limousines for a bachelorette party in July, and everyone was so pleased with their service. Our driver Rory was a blast, super accommodating, and made sure we were safe and having fun! He went above and beyond -- taking pictures of our group, showing us how to connect our phones to the bluetooth for music, and making sure we had plenty of ice. Scott was great at communicating, which came in handy when we had a location change the day of the event. And the party bus was in great condition, very clean, and comfortable for the ride. Legendary is properly named! My wife had me on the hook to find a limo for my twins 15th birthday to enjoy with their friends. Problem was it was Friday afternoon and I needed it in less than 24hrs. I called Scott and he totally chilled me out and found the perfect party bus for us. Bert showed up on the scene was courteous and patient and drove us to our destination while the kids had a heck of a time in back with their friends. These guys rock and I was so relieved. This is an amazing limo company! I recently rented a limo for my wedding in June. Reserving the limo was an extremely easy process and Scott made me feel very comfortable. I recieved a confirmation email and even called the morning of to confirm everything. He picked up my bride at the Hilton Downtown I gave pickup instructions, needing the driver on a particular street and they were exactly where i needed them. The driver was dressed in a nice suit and the Escalade stretch was a beaut. The limo was clean and the lights added a nice touch. The driver was so helpful, and even assisted the bride in getting in and out of the limo. We were taken from the church to Williamsburg, Brooklyn and we made great timing. We booked a 12 pax limo for a sweet 16 celebration last month and I could not have been more pleased with the service. Speaking with Scott put all my worries to ease. The limo comfortably held all 12 of us (with wiggle room) as he promised and the service was as extraordinary as he was sure it would be. Our driver George made it a night to remember by arriving early, laughing and joking with us and being extremely professional yet friendly! We felt like he was a part of the party! The iPod dock in the limo needs to be changed as it would only play if the phone was in a certain position but we managed to work it and other than that everything was spot on! A wonderful night we won't soon forget thanks to these guys! Will sure be booking another vehicle soon. read more

I called and emailed several limo companies before choosing legendary limousines. There rates were so much better compared to other limousine companies. I couldn't be more satisfied with Scott answering all my questions regarding safety, scheduling, fleets, and cost. Scott realized right away I was worried about my sisters bachelorette wine tour being ruined by any transportation issues. He explained to me a deposit would be needed and I could pay the remaining balance on a card but it would have to be no later than a week before the event. If not the balance would have to be paid in full day of and only CASH would be accepted. He knew exactly which driver would be best for my sisters event. I can't say enough good things about our driver Rory. He put us all at ease, accommodating all are request especially since we were such a large group (12). He took group pictures for us, he knew to ask us after every stop which location would be next since we changed our minds a lot. He was a very patient and responsible driver which I was happy about. I would definitely recommend anyone to choose legendary limousines for any event. I was truly happy with my experience and would definitely book them again. read more

I spent days gathering quotes for a specific limo, after getting a very fair quote from Scott I booked one of those limos, the Chrysler 300. Made my deposit over the phone with a credit card. I inquired about a larger limo if we exceeded our guest capacity, then I declined opting to keep our Chrysler 300. 20 minutes before my pick up time, I receive a text message from our driver that we had been "upgraded free of charge" to a Mercedes Party Bus. A vehicle I specifically was avoiding due to the appearance and distance/terrain of the trip, I knew it would be a very bouncy and wobbly ride (from personal experience). I was also never informed that in the fine print on my deposit form, the entire balance was to be paid in CASH upon pick-up, no card accepted. Luckily we happened to have the cash between us and were able to make our event on time. I also specifically left our ride open ended, and made it clear that we did not know what time our event would end. Yet I still received a text DURING the event at 11pm that they had a reservation after ours (that I was never made aware of) and that we needed to leave shortly, so we were forced to leave our event early. To top off the evening, our 15 passenger party bus with only 6 people in it was swaying and bouncing for the hour+ ride home, leaving me the great parting gift of motion sickness and vomiting upon being dropped off. While the rate was fair, and Scott was plenty fine to deal with leading up to my reservation. Not discussing the vehicle change with me, never specifically stating that I would be paying $600 cash upon pick up with no cards accepted, and rushing us out of our event was just poor business. I ONLY gave this 2 stars instead of 1 because our driver Bert was great and the party bus was clean, he had nothing to do with the issues we incurred. read more

The gold standard. Exceptional service with pristine limousines. I hired Legendary to take me and two co-workers to/from Manhattan to Atlantic City for a business conference.
