I just wanna say thank you Zamain and Noir lux experience for making my 30th birthday a memorable one. I needed a ride to my 30th birthday party. I found noir lux experience on a facebook group a week before my party. I sent a message and Zamain helped me with my booking. He let me know that they were having a winter sale on their black trucks which was perfect because that's exactly what I wanted. Booking was smooth and easy. I got a text the day before my reservation letting me know they look forward to seeing me. The morning of my reservation they sent me another text telling me they would let me know when my driver is on location. My driver Antonio was at my location on time. The truck was clean. I loved having a big truck all to myself. Antonio made me feel safe.He drove me to domino park and I did a quick photoshoot. I used Noir Luxe Experience for my daughter's 13th birthday. I was nervous for several reasons. 1) I never heard of them. 2) I was being entrusted with a large amount of loud teenage girls and I really wanted everything to go smoothly and 3) they made everything so simple that it almost sounded too good to be true. Well, I have to say it was the best decision that I have ever made, and I am glad that I trusted my gut. Zamian and his driver (Faison) provided me with excellent service and their customer service skills are top notch. They delivered on everything that was promised. Also, anyone that can listen to 15 teenage girls sing Let it Go (Frozen) at the top of their lungs and get us home safely has to be an angel. Best experience I had with a car company! I love the fact they are black owned. Zamian worked with me and helped me out a lot with scheduling my car service from stop to stop. I was able to be personally driven by the owner of the vehicle. The driver even offered to take pictures and videos of my boyfriend and I within and around the car. Everything I asked for I received and I was promptly updated on everything. I had no issues with my pickups from stops as they are punctual with time. They are also very professional. I used Noir Lux Experience bus company to transport scholars to Fright Fest, and the company lived up to their name...Lux Experience. The service was top tier!!!! They communicated with us effectively and regularly with updates, our chauffeur was highly professional, patient and personable (he even gave us bottled water upon entry) and the van was spotless (inside and outside).
