These guys went above and beyond to make my birthday night completely memorable, easy and so fun! They added to the festivities with the cool lighting inside, a red carpet and a confetti cannon and they totally brought the vibes from minute one. They were all so easy to communicate with and were really helpful when I needed to change the pick up location at the last minute and waited to confirm number of guests because some people hadn't RSVP. On top of all the above, their prices were so competitive and reasonable and at the end of the night everyone said the best part was the party bus. Highly recommend! read more

I recently booked this luxury transportation service for my cousin's 30th birthday celebration, and the experience was absolutely exceptional! From start to finish. Everything provided just exceeded our expectations. The birthday package was reasonably priced and well worth it. The special touches were balloons (which were color of our choice) & confetti which made the celebration even more exciting and memorable. It truly set the perfect vibe for the night. The customer service was outstanding, and our driver was incredibly attentive and professional. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our travels around the city. Everything ran smoothly, and we were dropped off at our destination without any hassle. Thank you for helping make this birthday celebration such a vibe! We all recommend this service to everyone and look forward to using it again for our future events. read more

Thank you for the last minute save. Love the professionalism. Very Punctual. Would use them again

I paid for and was promised a 20 passenger party bus. I had 15 guests and we barely all make it in there. lt was a very tight squeeze. Thank goodness I had a few cancellations from my guests because the bus couldn't accommodate another person. What they sent was a 14 passenger. Also I was promised the complimentary red carpet and confetti experience. That never happened, all lies. I called and texted the person who I originally booked the party bus with and their response was not apologetic at all. Please beware you may not get the size bus you pay for. The driver was very nice! read more

What an amazing company. Calvin was so personable and helped me pick the right vehicle for my son's 16th birthday trip to Hershey park. I mean customer service was so perfect. I loved the communication and the special birthday touches he added like the confetti popper. My son was so surprise. Lets talk about our driver Kevin- I mean A1. He was on time, patient with us and he ensured everything was to our satisfaction. I felt so safe with his driving. My entire family is already asking how they can use this service for other events. Kevin I am requesting you every time. Thank you all for making this entire process easy. My son will never forge this! read more

We wanted to surprise our friend for her 40th birthday, and what better way to do it, than to book a party bus to take us into NYC! We decided to book a luxurious party bus from One Way Global Services and it did not disappoint. The driver arrived early to pick us up, provided us refreshments and helped us get our playlist to play on the ride in. He was extremely thoughtful and kind, helping us get in and out of the bus, getting us to the destination and back, safely. Ehhhh 50/50. Driver was cool but the first van AC didn't work. Which is crazy with that many ppl especially women who hair was sweating out. We had to open the door while we was driving so we could survive. With that being said the second van on the return trip was perfect. Ac worked looked nice has tables and everything. Should have picked us up in that van to begins with. But overall customer service was good. The complaints were met and fixed read more

I recommend Global Limos. They provided excellent customer service during the booking process. The staff asked all the right questions to understand the type of vehicle I needed. I ended up choosing a Sprinter, which comfortably accommodated 15 people. The interior was clean and well-maintained, and we even had a decent-sized TV to watch the football game on our way to our destination. Moreover, the driver was punctual and ensured our safe arrival without any incidents. It is worth considering for any future transportation needs. Earl Brown read more

The worst ride and most disrespectful service I've ever received. I advise you to save your time and just book elsewhere. The photo attached was the message before and after. They brought a 10 seater bus with no ac and repeatedly said average size people even though he knew it was 14 people. I don't know how 14 people average size would be to be able to fit and ride safely in a 10 seater bus. I'm pretty sure the service knew that and they still sent the driver with the bus and ruined our trip. read more

I wish I was able to give no stars. we recently used this company for an event in the city & it was a nightmare! We were told the bus sat 14 ppl. But once it arrived the driver said 14 "average size". Implying that we were Large. We made due & crammed into the sprinter but we nearly suffocated due to lack of air conditioning. Not only were we stuffed & hot, & some ppl had to actually stand the whole entire ride. It was about an hour and a half ride, so you could imagine how uncomfortable we were. We made it to our destination in one piece by the Grace of God! Never again! read more

Calvin, Maria and Steve our driver were all great and easy to work with. Highly recommend One Way for your next event.

I wasn't even going to write a review because I understand things happen, but when it's been brought to your attention as a business owner you should at least try to help the customer and rectify the situation. Instead we got yelled at nastily and called big bitches and all other types of names... UNPROFESSIONAL!!! We PAID for a 15 passenger bus and received a 10 passenger bus. Anyone who knows how to count can count seats and know how many people should be seated on a bus. When we asked if we received the wrong bus this "Disrespectful asshole" of an owner response was that it fits 15 "average people" ... size 0-5 is what it looked like. We paid the man and decided to make the best of it... how about the damn AC didn't work... not only are we crammed but burning up to the point midway to our destination we had to beg the driver to stop for air. Not once did we curse out the driver because at the end of the day he is not the owner. He played no parts in why we were bamboozled. It pays to have friends in high places because this is not where this is going to end. Instead of helping rectify the situation the owner decides to ridicule and call us names which I will post below with the number . We did not respond back. All this will be sent to the Better Business Bureau. People like that need to learn customer service. You turned something that was suppose to be memorable and fun into a nightmare. If I could leave zero reviews I would. SAVE YOUR COINS AND DONT BOOK THIS COMPANY! read more

One Way Global Limos - Company calling us names - Limos Near Me

I never leave reviews but I had such a horrid experience on Saturday! I wish I could give this business 0 stars! The owner is very unprofessional and lacks communication skills. He even had the audacity to call me and my friend "big bitches"!!!! We were provided a 10 passenger van to accommodate 14 passengers. Make it make sense! Some of us had to stand in order to fit into the van in a sweatbox because the ac wasn't working well enough. When the concert was over, they exchanged the previous van with a shuttle van and the driver was willing to leave our friends who were lost! NEVER AGAIN IS TOO SOON! Trust me when I say take your business elsewhere! read more

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Owner is very unprofessional. If you're unhappy with his services he gets really nasty. Sent a message calling my friends and I "BIG BITCHES" because we have collectively come together to express our frustrations with his services! We never even asked for refund. Just a simple apology because sir you clearly scammed us!! If u leave a negative review he has friends, family write a good review to over throw what u have posted!!!!! read more

If I could give this business zero stars I would. I was traumatized after this bus experience. As I entered the bus I was meant with extreme temperatures. The bus driver said its because the door was open which was fine at the time. I scanned the bus and noticed that they were only ten seats and ten seatbelts.....immediate concern. How can a bus hold up to fifteen passengers with only ten seats!? WHAT EXACTLY IS AVERAGE SIZE? what are your weight restrictions? What contract? Who signed a contract? When we voiced our concerns you said you could get us another bus but it would be a two hour wait. The event we were going to started at 7pm it was pass 5:30pm at the time, no way would we have been able to wait two hours. We didn't opt for the cheaper option. If you were advertising a bus that could fit up to 15 people and we had a PARTY OF 14, why would we opt for a bigger bus? We were packed like sardines on the party bus. OH the AC never worked bus driver stated the it was because we had to many people on the bus again bus can hold up to 15 passengers. We were never rude matter fact you were the rude one. You constantly hung up the phone. When we stated that we would be leaving reviews on yelp you stated that you didn't care. We were provided with a SHUTTLE VAN to get back home not even similar accommodations it felt like I was going to a conference. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Shame on you, we were treated horrible! read more

the worst bus experience ! we purchased a 15 passenger bus and a 10 passenger bus arrived. the driver said the bus holds 15 "average sized" people meaning that my family and i are not average sized!!!! we had no choice but to pile into the bus and head to our event. we begged the driver to turn up the air but nothing changed! we had to pull over mid way to our destination to get somr fresh air! after our event a larger bus arrived thank god!!! we were in the city and a few girls from our group were lost. we begged the driver to drive and meet them bc its past 12am and their phone were going to die soon. he said that we needed to head home and that were full of excuses!!! 3 young women walking around lost in the city and we're full of excuses?!!! we will never use this bus company again!!! read more
