When coordinating, I had an unusual setup. 8 family members taking 3 different flights that were spread out in a 48 hour period. Thus, 3 separate airport pickups. All I needed was a company who could coordinate these airport transfers without giving me a massive headache. Enter: Ride In Style Limo. My hero in black leather seats. I needed a sedan for #1, a big SUV for #2, and then another sedan---for myself. After doom-scrolling Uber estimates of the $100-$125 per ride (plus the emotional cost of maybe getting a Toyota Corolla that smells like gym socks), I looked online and found Ride In Style. Preet responded fast, quoted me a fair price...honestly...it was only slightly more than what a rideshare would've cost. Worth. Every. Penny. The cars? Clean, spacious, and didn't smell like sadness or Febreze. The drivers? Total pros. They texted us ahead of time, met us at the curb like royalty (no dragging our bags across the airport to find some mystery JFK pickup zone), and were exactly where they said they'd be. Each ride was smooth and easy---literally 5-star service all around. But here's where they really shined: my red-eye flight got delayed by FOUR HOURS. These saints didn't flinch. They tracked the flight themselves and showed up right when I landed at JFK, like some beautiful punctual limo fairy godmother. No frantic texts. No "call us when you land." Just peace, comfort, and zero stress. Honestly, I want this company to handle all areas of my life. Airport pickups? Nailed it. Emotional support? Feels like they could do that too. I'll absolutely be using them again the next time I'm in New York. I'll also be recommending them to anyone who wants VIP-level airport service without selling a kidney. Huge thanks to Ride In Style Limo. You made my family's chaotic arrival feel like a breeze. Pro tip: If you're tired, cranky, or just allergic to rideshare roulette, this is the company to call. Bravo.

Their cars were immaculate and their drivers more than courteous. They loaded our luggage into the vehicle for us. When we arrived at the Delta terminal the driver called to alert us that he was at the offsite pickup area, awaiting our shuttle bus from the terminal. I highly recommend this service.

Despite my every effort to show him that I preferred silence. Sure. There's a certain amount of polite conversation between driver and customer that one expects (are you comfortable with the temp, hope you enjoyed your stay in NY, where is home?). Fine. But when the customer doesn't volunteer anything beyond a pleasant monosyllabic response the driver should take the hint. But not this guy. It was as if the guy was offended that I wanted to be left to my thoughts. "Do you like NY? What do you like about NY? Where do you live? What do you like about where you live? There's the baseball stadium over there. Do you like baseball? What DO you like then? Have you been to Central Park? Did you like it? What do you like about Central Park? Why not? I like fishing. Do you fish?" Really Dude? And one more thing, don't reach out and touch the customer with a good-by pat on the arm as she walks away with her luggage. Two stars because the driver arrived to the hotel on time and got me airport curbside in time for my flight. But a customer shouldn't have to engage with a driver if she doesn't want. Unprofessional driver.

Don't waste your money here. This company is incredibly unprofessional. They scammed my group out…read moreof money claiming "late fee". We booked a vineyard trip for my birthday being picked up in Queens and headed to vineyards on Long Island. At the beginning, the driver arrived late and proceeded to putter around in the back seat of the limo claiming that he was trying to set up the radio (which ended up not even working). When we finally got on the road, were told that we had a certain amount of time at each vineyard which we abided by. At the 2nd vineyard, we were told to meet the driver at 3:30PM in order to get back by the drop-off limit time, 5:30. The driver then stated that if we left "around" 3:30, that we would be fine and that if we were 15 minutes behind give or take, that this was fine too. The entire group was in the vehicle by 3:35 and we were on the road. When we arrived back at about 5:50PM, the driver stated that he would need to report that the drop-off time was after 5:30 to the company and that there may be a late fee. A few days later, I incurred a $100 fee on my credit card. I followed up with management to inquire and dealt with a very rude man named Mike on the phone. Mike proceeded to tell me that the driver had told him that my group was late, holding up the car causing us to arrive well after the drop off time. I told him that the driver had given us a time and that the group had abided by this time. The driver lied about us, blaming US for the lateness. Mike then proceeded to say that he would not void the ridiculous charge. I said that if we were to be back by 5:30 that the driver should have given us an earlier time, say 3PM so that we would ensure that we were back on time and avoid any unwanted fees. The driver assured us that the time given would be plenty of time but looking back, he knew that he'd get us back late all along. He purposely got us back late, so that we would be charged a late fee. GO WITH ANOTHER company. They lack respect, dignity and honesty.

Reposting the below again since these guys are trying to avoid the terrible reviews they are…read moregetting: WORST company I've ever dealt with. I wish I read these reviews before booking with these guys because the limo driver and the manager on the phone (he never gave me his name and hung up on me) were both complete ASSHOLES! They literally left me and my party at the first vineyard and told me "good luck finding a ride home!". If you do book for some reason (may god help you), stay away from the driver Michael in a white Lincoln limo (NY license plate #17424LV). Essentially, I booked these guys for a wine tour to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend and to enjoy the day with a group of our close family and friends. They promoted themselves on a website called winetoursoflongisland.com and after comparing the costs of their wine tasting/lunch package vs. doing everything piecemeal, I decided to just go with them since it was a little bit cheaper and convenient. Stupidest decision I've made this year... Julie Gee was the manager I booked the deal with over the phone. She was nice at the time I booked and said that all I had to do was sign the contracts and then pay the driver at the END of the day (this became an issue later with the driver)... After the trip was planned on the phone I thought it would have been smooth sailing. Unfortunately that was NOT the case... To start the day, the driver (Michael) threatened that he'll leave my group if people got too drunk as soon as he got to my house... this limo was book specifically for a wine tour! Not that we were all planning on blacking out, but this was already off to bad start. Michael then decides to tell us that a girl from the previous week peed on his carpet and a group of guys for the week before then ripped out one of the small TV screens. I'm not surprised now since I'm sure the driver was an asshole then too. Once we get to the very FIRST vineyard (Laurel Lakes), the driver asked for payment right away. After I explained that Julie (his boss) said we didn't have to pay until the end and that some of us may still need to get some money at an ATM, he agreed to just give him cash after the first vineyard since we were already there and we would just cover the costs of the wine tastings ourselves.... however, less than 2 minutes later, the driver changes his mind, walked into the middle of the vineyard and demanded payment in front of the entire place, intentionally causing a scene. He went as far as telling one of my friends that "if we want a problem, we can have a problem" and then went on a rant of how he doesn't need this "stress" and started to take our stuff out of his limo. After his inappropriate and unprofessional public display, my friends and I collected the amount he needed to cover the trip (not including tip), however, before giving him the money, I showed it to him so he knew we can pay and were serious but told him how disrespectful and inappropriate his attitude and approach was to the situation. Even with the money in his face, he decided that it wasn't good enough so he drove off, leaving with some of our stuff still in his car. Upon his departure, even the workers at the vineyard were shocked and disgusted by the drivers attitude and actions. The sad part is that the vineyard has been having frequent issues with Metro and may no longer with them again. After calling Metro's phone number to complain, the manager on duty wasn't any better... he never gave me his name and actually started yelling on the phone as if we were the ones that did something wrong. Luckily I found another company after spending the next hour calling around, but it totally ruined our morning and what was supposed to be a stress free day (I was there to celebrate my anniversary!). Sorry for the long write up but this was a nightmare and hope no one ever has to go through that experience again.
