After fixing their documents and sending them back, I still felt the need to check in twice before the wedding to make sure the schedule meant what I had communicated. On the day of the event, they went to the wrong hotel with one bus because they typed the wrong town into their system. But the most annoying part, was their refusal to take responsibility. Instead Alan seemed to need to convince himself that the blame was fully on us, despite none of our communications mentioning the incorrect location. However, they did credit us back half the cost of the bus that went to the incorrect location, and most of the team was very pleasant to work with.

Do not use this company if you are getting married, especially in the summer. All my guests were completely drenched and sick from the heat on the bus. It was hotter on the bus than outside and they did absolutely nothing to help fix the issue. When I called because of the exorbitant charge that appeared on my credit card I was told it was because the driver had to wait for me for three hours. What should have been a charge of about $125 was $237. My flight into MacArthur Airport was delayed several hours. I was in constant contact with the driver with updates but he decided, because his previous trip left him near the airport and he lived in Floral Park he would not go home but he would wait. I was charged his wait time, and then taxes and a gratuity on the wait time. After a very heated discussed they agreed to take off the charge for the wait time, taxes and gratuity but threatened not to pick me up that afternoon for my return to MacArthur. When I reminded them of the power of social media they agreed to pick me up and take me back to MacArthur. In all they years I have used Broward they have never been late, in fact they have always been early except for my last trip to the airport. They were supposed to pick me up at 2:45PM and at 3:00PM when I called I was told he was on his way. They said it had nothing to do with my conversation with them earlier in the day but it was just too much of a coincidence for me. At this point I told them to cancel the pick-up. Luckily I was able to get another ride and got their in plenty of time to make my flight.

Driver was supposed to pick up at 4:15 AM and arrived at 3:59 AM. I really like that they email and text you the driver information including their name and picture, as well as the driver's direct number. Our return trip was easy as well. I followed the directions they gave and met our driver, Jonas. Both drivers were friendly, professional and accommodating to any requests. I will not hesitate to use them again...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Car Service Tran-Star for a round trip to airport. All started well. On the get go- Called got it…read morescheduled, had tip included in price, used a credit card for payment, checked it off my list of things that needed to be done, and driver came on time. On the return however that turned out not to be the case. Now they had it scheduled and they sent a text via phone message. I had direct contact with the driver who was to pick us up. I texted and sent pix. After landing, getting luggage and then out to pick up area it took some time, this also included the delay in flight time which they were aware of. There was direct contact here, so when we got there we were told verbally and by text that the driver had car trouble and had to go home. I get it. Things happen, particularly when the driver needs to address his vehicle. Here's the BUT- He did not call the company to explain his delay or delma, nor did he contact us. A 30 second or less communication could have alerted both Tran-Star and us that he was delayed or unable to take the fare and another would have been scheduled and then met us, to then tell them when he'd be available again. I called Tran-Star, not pleased and they sent another driver of who as it turned out was the same gentleman who had taken us. It was an added wait and an upset that I did not need. This said the weather had held and it was nice out and overall we did safely get driven home and I am grateful for the important things. I find it especially interesting, while you wait on hold, and you hear their speal promoting themselves as the best and most efficient to get you where you are going! They did give me a % discount, (that I did not ask for) I did however ask to be sure that the driver who came should get the fee and included tip accordingly. Now the thing is: would I use them again? (no pix today)

Phone number linked on their website (which is still up) goes to a new owner that doesn't operate any limo or party bus. I spoke to the manager we dealt with, Necole, and apparently she got scammed too by the owner. She's owed at least 10 weeks pay and the owner, FADY ISAK, screwed over all his employees. He allowed them to take reservations knowing that he couldn't fulfill them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was about to give up, but s & g limo had cars available! The individual I spoke with suggested that we get dropped off and picked up by a van rather than chartering a limo for the entire evening - saving us nearly half the cost!
