THE OWNER, FADY ISAK, IS A CROOK!! Booked back in January for for my wedding this June, just found out today that they went out of business and that I'd get no refund and no limo. Phone number linked on their website (which is still up) goes to a new owner that doesn't operate any limo or party bus. I spoke to the manager we dealt with, Necole, and apparently she got scammed too by the owner. She's owed at least 10 weeks pay and the owner, FADY ISAK, screwed over all his employees. He allowed them to take reservations knowing that he couldn't fulfill them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS read more

Another smooth experience using Ultimate Class Limousine! (We have been using this company for a couple years.) Called the office and spoke with ARIELLE last week to book a car for a ride to JFK. It is always a pleasure when dealing with her because she is a PRO! She had all the information she needed from our past travels so booking the car with minimal notice was stress free. STEVE arrived before 630AM, ready to take me to the airport. He was a pleasure to talk to & safely delivered me to the airport on time. His positive outlook really helped set the tone for the day! Pricing is competitive. An uber from my home to JFK typically runs $100-$120 not including a tip & this ride was under $140 with gratuity included. First time I used this service and definitely not my last. This was the perfect ride both to and from the airport. The driver arrived early and happily took my luggage from me and packed the car. When I offered to help he reminded me that I am on vacation and should not have to work. He was courteous and extremely cordial during our ride. Once we got to the airport he told us that a car would be there when we came back and not to worry about a thing. The return ride was equally as good with an extremely courteous and helpful driver. I had books ultimate class for my upcoming wedding October 2023. I booked ultimate class august 2022. While going over the contact I wanted to update the church start time. After being unable to find the company on google. I called and another business owner (Zeus Transportation) answered the phone. This owner informed me that Ultimate Class had gone out of business. If it wasn't for me calling the other day I would have not had any transportation on my wedding day. My only saving grace is that I did not leave a deposit. Our driver Joe was almost 15 minutes late for our pickup for an event, dressed like he just came from the gym. When we initially booked the limo for 5 hours, we advised the company that we may need an extra hour. We were told this would be fine and was quoted the additional fee. After arrival to our event the driver waited for us about 3 hrs. After the event, we wanted to add another hour and the driver said he didn't want to do it. He only wanted to drive us back to the pickup location. We paid about $1000 and received a resistant, I-don't-want-to-do-any-work attitude. All the passengers (there were a lot of us) were very disappointed with the bad, lazy attitude. We have a lot of events the next 2 years. None of us would ever recommend this company or this driver. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I went to a wedding in August out in Suffolk County and used this company. The driver got us there safely and the ride was fine. On the way home, at 12 o'clock at night when we were supposed to be picked up I called our driver and he was completely degrading to me as a young woman. He told me "I'm 20 minutes away if you don't like it find another ride "after paying for our trips both there and home. The company offered to give my money back in order to keep me quiet about this situation And every time I have called to check in on this matter "the bookkeeper is not in ". Sadly after years of doing business with this company, I will NEVER use them again. Sometime in the recent past the company was sold. New ownership is horrible. Twice in the past 3 months I was charged for rides/trips I did NOT take. The first time, they refunded the money after several requests. Ultimate Class Limousine should be ashamed of themselves! I will NEVER use them again! If my husband didn't call them the late in the afternoon the day before the prom we would never have know their party bus broke down. They claim they were just about to call us, which I do not believe! All they offered these poor kids was a coach bus....what kid wants to go to the prom in a coach bus. We had to scramble and call more than 40 limo places before we were able to get a last minute replacement. Ultimate Class Limousine it's not cool to leave a client high and dry!! Matt Silver and his team were able to provide me with a cool looking shuttle bus and a Suburban to take fourteen 13 year olds and my family back to the 4 points Sheridan from the North Shore synagogue in Syosset. They agreed to this, we gave them all the addresses the night before. Then the morning of the party said they would not agree to make all the pick ups but would do it for double the price. TERRIBLE company!! I would give this ZERO stars if I was allowed. We had booked this company months in advance for a group of kids going to Prom. When the person who booked it called to confirm the day before the event they advised us that our party bus broke down and they could not help us. They did not call us nor did they help with an alternative ride to the prom for our children. We were screwed. We had to scramble to find another service, last minute!! UPDATE - Post-wedding Our limo arrived about half an hour behind schedule, due to a broken air conditioner. Thankfully we had some cushion on our itinerary for some extra time. If I could give these scammer 0 stars I would. I made a reservation with them for a 6 passenger limo for my wedding, which they labeled as a very small order - gave them credit card information and got it confirmed. They call me back later indicating that their "cancellation policy" has changed because of the size of the order. As I proceed to ask the manager questions about why it changed, he does not like the inquiry and threatens to not take my order. "We are a very busy establishment and I would rather not take the order" he says, and then hangs up. Everything up to the point of the school canceling because of COVID19 was great. Unfortunately never got to use the bus, but the owner was very understanding and gave up a full refund due to circumstances and we will be using him in the future to hopefully make up for this inconvenience to his company. read more
