My daughter's wedding in East Hampton / Amagansett was 3 years ago & I still think about how magical the vintage Rolls Royce & the perfect for the part chauffeur was! Was not familiar w/the company - Ally was great, very thorough & on top of all. The chauffeur was handsome older gentleman dressed in old school formal attire- so kind, professional & happy vibes. Car was immaculate & beautiful. Drove us-Bride & parents to the church & the newly married couple to the reception. He brought & popped them champagne w/ delight & joy All seamless ease, top notch excellent beyond 5 stars service! Thank You All Star! read more

"Hey now, you're an all star Get your game on, go play" (Smashmouth) We had the pleasure of riding from our hotel in Melville to a wedding in Babylon and back thanks to the good folks at All Star Limousine. What a fun, comfortable, and totally professional experience! Our driver showed up at exactly when scheduled, and man oh man did he show up in style. We were greeted to a magnificent 38 passenger Party Bus that seemed more like someone's living room than a means of transportation. It had super plush leather seats on the sides of the bus, a kickass sound system, a bar with beers and White Claws, and a restroom! The driver was a very cool guy who we enjoyed chatting with. And when the clock struck midnight and it was time to head back to the hotel, he was right there, and we left as scheduled. He was an excellent driver and handled that huge piece of transportation on the crazy Long Island roads like the pro he was. A definite five-star All Star performance. read more

If you are using this company for a wedding think again!!! The driver was scheduled for multiple pick ups from the hotel to venue. Driver only came once. Came into venue looking for a gratuity. Guests were waiting for the next pick up at scheduled time and the driver never showed. Our guests had to order Ubers to the venue. Because of this our ceremony had to delayed. This was booked with Ally Eifert the company wedding coordinator. After trying to reach her several times after the weekend she kept putting my call to voicemail. Beware !! This company is very unprofessional. Now I know why they only take cash or check . read more

We had a great experience with All Star for our wedding day transportation. We booked a sprinter van for our bridal party and immediate family, plus a separate car for the bride. Everything was seamless. The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and clearly well taken care of. The team was easy to work with, on time, and incredibly helpful -- especially getting us to and from the car and venue on an extremely rainy day. A great experience and we would definitely recommend! read more

This company never even showed up after confirming everything, and acted like it wasn't a big deal. There was no communication, no update, not even a basic courtesy call. We were left waiting with absolutely no explanation. When we reached out afterward, they gave every excuse possible instead of taking responsibility. If you want to gamble with your event and risk your transportation just not showing up at all, then go ahead and book them. Otherwise, avoid this company completely. I'd rather warn people than let anyone else go through this mess. read more

I used All star for a work function a couple years ago and my brother used them for his wedding , both occasions All Star was great . Today I just booked a party bus for my wifes 50th . I dealt with Brandon and Chris , both men were extremely helpful and nice . They took me outside to see the bus and it was beautiful. Their whole fleet looked pristine. The service and professional was amazing, I highly recommend them for your limo/ party bus rentals. FYI theirs alot of garbage and scammers in this limo business , All Star is not one of them , go see for yourself. LE Friendly read more

What an EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT! What a difference in service and vehicles since we got married a few years ago. We had an amazing experience at our wedding. My Father turned 70 and we elected have a limo pick us up and drop us off for dinner. After dinner limo will drive us home. Radio doesn't work via AUX cord as well as blue tooth. Inside is cold which is fine, due to vents missing in the car we can't even turn them off. Better off taking an Uber or driving ourselves as this ride cost us around $800 read more

Amazing service! My brother hired them for his Memorial Day weekend wedding and the drivers couldn't have been nicer! My wife had both of our sons with her and Ashley and Troy were incredibly helpful drivers! 10/10 would recommend to everyone on Long Island read more

Had switched to this service after a long term Company had gone down hill....used them a few times and was very happy. Traveled in August 2020 and was happy with their COVID protocols... Flashed forward to May 2021 and was let down. Car came late, and although the driver was super nice, the Lincoln SUV was literally breaking down. Could not go more then 45 and was shaking and making horrible noise from the rear end. It was so bad we understood why the driver was late. We really doubted we would make JFK. After our trip I called twice and left VM for the owner as I was mad we paid top dollar for the sub par service. No one bothered to call me back. Will look elsewhere for a company that cares and appreciates our money. So disappointed on the poor service and their sub-par vehicles. read more

If I could choose "0" stars I would. Apparently they keep taking down my review. Order a 10 passenger limo. An 8 passenger limo showed up. When I called the limo service I was informed it was a 10 passenger limo. This was for my sons 30th bday. The limo smelled when it showed up. On the way home the limo nearly went on fire. Unprofessional - do not use them! read more

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Hired limo THREE months in advance. Got a call the DAY of pickup trying to say traffic was worse than they thought. Pickup was 5pm for a 7pm show in NYC from NJ. They used all of the excuses in the book, and showed up at 5:58! ONE HOUR LATE! ALL THEY DID WAS ARGUE WITH ME about how they didn't screw up and it was the traffic's fault! Do they know what a GPS is? Can they PLAN ANY WORSE!?!?! We finally cancelled and took 3 ubers into the city as their AIRPORT SHUTTLE showed up! Are you Fing kidding me? They were RUDE, UNACCOMMODATING, and LITERALLY fought with me! PAID $1000 and will take them to court if I don't get a full refund! What a horrible experience! They did not PLAN AHEAD whatsoever! Would NOT recommend to ANYONE, EVER!!!! And 10 people waited ONE HOUR to get a shuttle bus and we were LATE for the show? HFN. read more

I lived in NYC all my life spent the last ten years on Long Island. I moved to Florida four years ago and always like to keep and do business with the sane companies as before. All Star Limo has service me for airport picks and my son birthday. This time is was for my brother funeral. Worse 12 days of my life, but All Star Limo service, clean sprinter and ability to help me during the time where anyone in the van can think straight. The driver was amazing and courteous , once he was aware it was a funeral, he gave extra attention. We rented a Sprinter it was clean, spacious, it fit the family comfortably. Overall if I can give this company a 10 I would do so. I will highly recommend all start limos from the front desk to drivers to anyone. Mrs Jimenez read more

My wife and I booked All Star Limo for our wedding last week and were so happy that we did. We had a really large wedding party (13/12) and a few parents on board and there large 32 passenger party bus was great. It was clean, spacious, coolers throughout, good AC, great speakers and stereo system. What really made this company stand out was our driver Don. This guy is the best. If you can recommend him for your wedding, do it. He went above and beyond for EVERYONE and made sure everyone had a great experience. I promise you that he will be the best driver/experience you will ever have. Every member of our bridal party said "this guy is amazing" during the whole day. True Gentlemen read more

Our experience with All Star last weekend for our July 4th wedding was absolutely amazing! All Star was great to work with throughout our postponement and during our smaller wedding this year. We had a 1964 Rolls Royce to and from our church and Artie as our limo driver! He was so friendly and sweet! He arrived early and helped myself and my family by doing everything from making sure we had time to pose for photos to holding my bouquet during pictures to fixing the train of my dress. It was truly wonderful to work with All Star and I cant recommend them enough to anyone planning wedding/event transportation! read more

We used All Star Limousine service this past weekend for our wedding and we had a perfect experience. Everything went without a hitch. We used the MB sprinter van and it was clean and on-time (the two most important thing in my opinion). The driver was friendly and drove cautiously so everyone was comfortable - he was patient and friendly when my wife took longer than expected. Their pricing was the best and they made the reservation/booking process painless for me which was nice. Overall I would say that I highly recommend them to anyone having an event. read more

We cannot say enough about the service we received from All-Star Limousines for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding on 7/13/19. All vehicles arrived earlier than contracted for so they were ready to leave promptly, keeping the entire wedding day on schedule! The Rolls Royce arrived a half-hour early and was kept running to be sure the A/C was perfect for the bride's ride to church! The drivers were professional and courteous. Thank you to All-Star for patiently allowing us to change pick-up times up until a few days before the wedding, no questions asked! Jarred & Allison: Thank you both beyond belief for helping me thru this whole wedding process. From changing my date to me constantly changing cars and adding shuttles and what not. I can't thank you both enough for being so patient and helpful. From the second I walked in your building it was beautiful and very clean. We asked for a tour and jarred was more than happy to show us around and show us the cars we were thinking about for our special day. DON - You are hands down the best driver we've ever had. Our families, wedding party and guest said you were AMAZING. He was so Professional, and helpful. My husband said from the minute he pulled up to our house he was by far amazing. He fixed the guys boutonnieres since they did not look the way they should and then he lint rolled their tuxes. He made a pit stop to the liquor store for the boys. He was a very safe driver and handled the party bus like a boss. He helped me get on and off the bus while holding my dress for me . As well as helping my little nieces climb and down. He also did our shuttle for us and Boy was he a hit. Even helped us load everything from the venue to the bus. Thanks so so much for all you guys did. You have forever customers and we already recommended you guys to our friends. -Mrs. Christina Marino read more

Tried to rent a vintage car for the send off of our wedding. I booked online + was able to select the car we wanted via online process and were SO excited. However, it automatically reserved a sedan for us because apparently they do not rent that car at night --- yet no one contacted us. Trying to get a hold of them was difficult + our planner finally got through to find out our car was not reserved correctly a few days before our wedding. JERKS. read more

we booked them for our wedding. We had two cars, one for the bride and one for the grooms location. The cars were very nice and clean and they showed up on time. The drivers although nice were too involved. They joined my husbands location, ate food, drank (assuming no alcohol) and hung out with the guys for the time they were there. The driver is in all of our pictures. I didn't expect him to hang out, it wasn't professional. He should have waited outside. My driver wasn't any better, he kept commenting on how nervous I must be when we were driving to the church. He then blocked my dad from getting me from the car so we both missed that moment. I wish we used another company and wont use them again. read more

Thank you to All Star Limo. We used them for our wedding on 6.14.14 and they were amazing. We used them again two days later - we asked for a car to get us to the airport. I recently used All Star for an early morning ride to JFK. The driver was prompt and arrived at 3:45 for our 4 AM ride. The vehicle was comfortable and clean. The cost was reasonable and within the same ballpark as other car services in the area. I would definitely use them again. read more

Omg, from the minute I walked into this place Debbie took such good care of everything I was looking for & for an incredibly reasonable price. I used their antique Packard limo, a 26 passenger party bus, & 2 stretch limos & Debbie threw in 2 free cars for pickup at the end of my night. My bridal party had a blast on the bus, my siblings lived it up in their stretch limo & i loved being seen in their beautiful antique Packard limo. It was so different than having your typical rolls royce & that's exactly what I was looking for. Everyone including myself fell in love with this car. And all their cars are kept in tip top shape. I can't thank Debbie enough. She was awesome! And I highly recommend their Packard limo for anyone who's looking for something other than your typical rolls royce. This limo was so classy :) read more

Rented the Mercedes Benz Luxury G12 Sprinter to travel fro LI to NJ, to pick up family for our Aunt's 85th birthday dinner, then back to LI for us. The limo driver was professional and courteous, drove safely, all you would expect of a chauffeur. The Sprinter was large and beautifully set up, roomy, bluetooth enabled entertainment center, mood lighting, etc. Everything you would want for a fancy ride for a day...until it started moving. The suspension on that vehicle made us feel like we were riding in the back of a pick up truck through the craters on the moon. My $50 '75 rusted out standard shift Datsun was a smoother ride, and that was before I knew how to drive standard. Again, I must stress, this was no fault of the chauffeur, he was not speeding or taking fast turns, it was 100% the vehicle itself. It was noisy and rough and bouncy, and most certainly not what we expected of what is deemed a luxury ride. We should have gone with a stretch. I give the chauffeur 5 stars, but the owners need to do something about that vehicle, it is awful. read more

I needed a last minute pickup to EWR and he worked me in for a great price! Very nice car, professional driver, on time

Somehow, transportation for my son's wedding got overlooked. I called Debbie two days before the wedding and she could not have been more helpful or accommodating. She promised me the moon and she still exceeded our expectations. The driver, Larry, was wonderful to my son and daughter-in-law. He carried all kinds of things for them on an extremely warm day and was patient from beginning to end. I could not recommend All Star Limo more highly! read more

A company you can count on! We recently had to travel to an airport an hour away in a major snowstorm. It was very stressful worrying if we would get there on time.
