What a fun, comfortable, and totally professional experience! Our driver showed up at exactly when scheduled, and man oh man did he show up in style. We were greeted to a magnificent 38 passenger Party Bus that seemed more like someone's living room than a means of transportation. It had super plush leather seats on the sides of the bus, a kickass sound system, a bar with beers and White Claws, and a restroom! The driver was a very cool guy who we enjoyed chatting with. And when the clock struck midnight and it was time to head back to the hotel, he was right there, and we left as scheduled. If you are using this company for a wedding think again!!! The driver was scheduled for multiple pick ups from the hotel to venue. Driver only came once. Came into venue looking for a gratuity. Guests were waiting for the next pick up at scheduled time and the driver never showed. Our guests had to order Ubers to the venue. Because of this our ceremony had to delayed. This company never even showed up after confirming everything, and acted like it wasn't a big deal. There was no communication, no update, not even a basic courtesy call. We were left waiting with absolutely no explanation. When we reached out afterward, they gave every excuse possible instead of taking responsibility. I used All star for a work function a couple years ago and my brother used them for his wedding , both occasions All Star was great . Today I just booked a party bus for my wifes 50th . I dealt with Brandon and Chris , both men were extremely helpful and nice . They took me outside to see the bus and it was beautiful. Their whole fleet looked pristine. We hired this limo service for a New Year's Eve wedding to transport the bridal party and guests home, and what should have been a seamless, safe ride became a completely unacceptable experience. The vehicle had no working heat on a freezing winter night, and cold air blew throughout the bus for the entire trip. When we repeatedly asked the driver about the temperature, we were first told the heat would come on; he later admitted there was no heat and that the fan had to stay on to prevent the vehicle from overheating -- a troubling indication that the vehicle may not have been fit for passenger transport. To make matters worse, the driver took an unnecessarily long route, turning a typical trip from Babylon to Patchogue into over an hour and a half, leaving everyone extremely cold and uncomfortable. After the event, the company refused to take responsibility, stating the issue occurred during service, which is precisely when a transportation company is responsible for passenger safety and vehicle condition. We entrusted this company with transportation for a once-in-a-lifetime event, and the lack of preparedness, accountability, and basic customer care was deeply disappointing. At a minimum, we expected a properly maintained, heated vehicle and professional service. What an EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT! What a difference in service and vehicles since we got married a few years ago. We had an amazing experience at our wedding. My Father turned 70 and we elected have a limo pick us up and drop us off for dinner. After dinner limo will drive us home. Radio doesn't work via AUX cord as well as blue tooth. Had switched to this service after a long term Company had gone down hill....used them a few times and was very happy. Traveled in August 2020 and was happy with their COVID protocols... Flashed forward to May 2021 and was let down. Car came late, and although the driver was super nice, the Lincoln SUV was literally breaking down. Could not go more then 45 and was shaking and making horrible noise from the rear end. It was so bad we understood why the driver was late. We really doubted we would make JFK. After our trip I called twice and left VM for the owner as I was mad we paid top dollar for the sub par service. No one bothered to call me back. Our experience with All Star last weekend for our July 4th wedding was absolutely amazing! All Star was great to work with throughout our postponement and during our smaller wedding this year. We had a 1964 Rolls Royce to and from our church and Artie as our limo driver! He was so friendly and sweet! However, it automatically reserved a sedan for us because apparently they do not rent that car at night --- yet no one contacted us. we booked them for our wedding. We had two cars, one for the bride and one for the grooms location. The cars were very nice and clean and they showed up on time. The drivers although nice were too involved. They joined my husbands location, ate food, drank (assuming no alcohol) and hung out with the guys for the time they were there. The driver is in all of our pictures. I didn't expect him to hang out, it wasn't professional. He should have waited outside. My driver wasn't any better, he kept commenting on how nervous I must be when we were driving to the church. He then blocked my dad from getting me from the car so we both missed that moment. Rented the Mercedes Benz Luxury G12 Sprinter to travel fro LI to NJ, to pick up family for our Aunt's 85th birthday dinner, then back to LI for us. The limo driver was professional and courteous, drove safely, all you would expect of a chauffeur. The Sprinter was large and beautifully set up, roomy, bluetooth enabled entertainment center, mood lighting, etc. Everything you would want for a fancy ride for a day...until it started moving. The suspension on that vehicle made us feel like we were riding in the back of a pick up truck through the craters on the moon. My $50 '75 rusted out standard shift Datsun was a smoother ride, and that was before I knew how to drive standard. Again, I must stress, this was no fault of the chauffeur, he was not speeding or taking fast turns, it was 100% the vehicle itself. It was noisy and rough and bouncy, and most certainly not what we expected of what is deemed a luxury ride. We should have gone with a stretch. I give the chauffeur 5 stars, but the owners need to do something about that vehicle, it is awful. read more

I used their antique Packard limo, a 26 passenger party bus, & 2 stretch limos & Debbie threw in 2 free cars for pickup at the end of my night. My bridal party had a blast on the bus, my siblings lived it up in their stretch limo & i loved being seen in their beautiful antique Packard limo. I called All Star Limo to help my son-in-law reserve a car. The rep didn't seem to have much interest in helping me; she did not ask enough questions, ie... how many passengers, bags? Realizing she did not ask, I called back! Good thing!!! Then she said I needed to give my credit card to hold reservation, but would not be debited. Well not true they charged my account AND my son-in-law too! I called accounting thinking this would be a simple fix. Not! Rep said my account was only pending....not true...it was debited $130.71. He said it would be taken off within 5 buz dz...What??? They should not have debited the account at all!!! Acct rep also said it's not the company's fault, it's because I used a debit card! That is so lame! He also defended the rep that did not ask pertinent info. He said it defaults to one passenger...crazy! POOR customer service! I give 3 stars because they did arrive on time with the right car. Reps need some customer training... read more

So I just wanted to give you guys a heads up in case someone else was thinking about using this vendor. Last week I walked into all star limousine in lindenhurst. They wouldn't see me because I didn't have an appointment and didn't want to cut into the appointments of those they had scheduled. Totally understandable so I made an appointment for yesterday at 1pm. We get there and the guy I'm supposed to meet with (I think his name is jerry) was still with his previous apt. We were told to sit and wait a few mins. Fine no problem, we sat. 10 mins go by and he comes out to ask if were there for the 1pm apt. I say yes, and he says ok give me a couple minutes to wrap this up. That was the last time we saw or heard from him. By 130 we hadn't been seen. What was the point of making an apt? And for someone who didn't want to cut into his customers appointment last week, he sure had no respect for my time yesterday. We left without saying anything to him because it was so rude and just unprofessional. You shouldn't leave your potential customers waiting for 30 mins. (would have been more if we didn't get up and leave) This company is very unprofessional. There was another staff person there who could have at least shown us around while Jerry was busy. We had our wedding on July 1, 2017. All Star was the first limo company we went to, to decide on transportation for our wedding day. We were shown all of the vehicles and the entire process was extremely painless and easy. We ultimately decided on a party bus for ease of movement and for the size of the party we had. On the day of my wedding, our driver Donald W. was off the charts amazing!! He helped me every step of the way, from getting on the bus, getting off the bus, holding my 7 pound brooch bouquet, guiding me into the church, keeping me calm, making me laugh, etc. When the church ceremony was over, it was POURING outside. He ran to the bus to grab two oversized umbrellas to help the entire bridal party and parents back to the us. Everyone remained dry and couldn't get over the amazing quality of service, punctuality, expertise in maneuvering a vehicle that size, and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the bus.
