I wish zero stars was an option. I booked a 4:15am car service to LaGuardia airport for myself and my two year old son. I paid almost $170. The car was late, so I called to ask if the driver was lost at 4:25am. I was told my reservation was incorrectly booked for an entirely different day. I'm now driving myself to LaGuardia airport and will have to pay for long term parking. Never mind what I'm going to have to do for a refund. I wish I could give 0 stars. We used the escalade to pick up my bridal party and the man who drove was asking for tip money from multiple people even when he was tipped ahead of time. Makes me think he was a scumbag or Dynasty was holding out on his 20% tip I made for in advance. Then we had the buses taking guests to and from the hotel to my wedding. They ensured me it was a 10 minute drive to and from. I made a schedule with 15 minute time frames. This was checked over and approved by Dynasty. When it came to the day of, the drive "wasn't allowed" on any major roads and only took back roads. This made the trips almost 35 minutes long. The second bus with guests almost missed my ceremony. After the wedding, the bus took over an hour to get back to me and my husband. We were calling begging him to hurry up. We missed half our after party!!! On top of all of that the bus was blasting heat on the hottest day in April. My guests were begging him to turn it off and turn on the AC. It was absolutely terrible. Please NEVER use them for your wedding services. It is my biggest regret for my wedding and still bothers me to this day. read more

I am not sure as to why this company has such poor reviews. We had a wonderful experience! We had planned a wine tasting tour with a bunch of friends and decided to rent from Dynasty. We has previously rented from them for a similar occasion last summer and because of such wonderful service we returned. We were not disappointed. From booking with Matt at their office to our driver Kaz it was a wonderful experience. The limo arrived roughly 20 min early and Kaz greeted us. He was beyond professional and accommodating from the beginning. He took the quickest routes to get out east and was ready to go to the next vineyard at a moments notice. This was worth every penny!! Always simple and easy with Dynasty. My family and I have used them for airport rides, weddings, vineyard days, etc. They are awesome. Always early and ready to help you in any way they can. One particular driver I've had more than once is Perry. He is the best! He drove my father into JFK where I met him to pick up our new puppy. He was great driving back and waited for us happily while we were in the airport. Just today he took a group of my girlfriends and I out to the vineyards in the beautiful Mercedes sprinter car. It is a shame that people who have had one silly mix-up give these poor reviews and the people who have had the great experiences don't bother to write anything! I was fortunate to deal with Charlie directly; they gave me exactly what I needed, on very short notice, at a great price, with an excellent and overly helpful driver!! He went above and beyond in service, and when a credit card was left @ a previous winery, he dropped us off and went back for it! He drove safely and carefully and was very nice, prompt, etc! The only tiny thing I would mention is that I wish he knew how to plug the iPhone in for music. The limo itself was amazing- beautiful, clean, spacious, fully stocked. The people @ the limo co, including the owner himself are all extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. This is actually the second time we used them- the first time the other limo company cancelled on us THE DAY BEFORE, and Dynasty seamlessly made sure our guests were taken care of. read more

It was a great experience dealing with the office UP UNTIL 6pm on prom night when the wrong limo was sent to my home. Yes era I spoke to two different people on purpose to ensure I was receiving the new limo. Both assured me that it was in the shop and would be 100% ready. Well today is prom and they sent a 2007 limo. I was the wrong person to send that too. When I called the office the person manning the phones had no clue how to help or what to say and was extremely rude. Once in a lifetime events I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company. Went in there to talk about my upcoming wedding. Everything seemed ok, until a very unhappy customer kept calling because his car didn't show. The two women working were screaming and cursing back and forth- kept putting the customer on hold. They couldn't find the driver, whom they hired from another company so they are outsourcing... We just had our son's wedding on 5/17/15. I contacted Dynasty to arrange pickup of my guests from the Hotel to the hall. Although they did have a small problem with the original bus' air conditioning, they swapped out the bus, and gave us the bigger one at no extra charge. They were still on time for pickup so we weren't even aware of any problem. Everything was seamless with them. The driver was extremely nice and professional and the ride was nice and smooth. I had to cancel my wedding 4 days before the date, and we have several cars and a bus reserved. I fully expected not to get any money refunded, but it never hurts to ask. I was sorry that I did! Not only did I get zero sympathy, but the response I received from the female manager was "No way. I mean, I'm sorry that you're not getting married and all, but that's not my fault. We're trying to run a business here." I didn't quite know to respond to that, so after a bit of a pause, she said "Okay? Bye." and hung up the phone. Needed almost last minute car service to the airport and randomly called Dynasty. I'll never use another place again! Matt walked me through the process, gave me my options, discussed price with me, and answered all of my nervous questions with confident ease. He was so great to talk to and made the whole thing so easy for me. Our driver arrived 10 minutes early, helped with all of our luggage, and got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight- just as Matt said would happen. My husband and I recently used Dynasty Limousine for our January wedding. After being a bit stressed overall with wedding planning, Dynasty did an AMAZING job the day of our wedding. They provided our party bus, as well as our hotel transportation. The party bus driver was such a huge help! He was prepared with umbrellas (as we were luckily blessed with snow the day of our wedding) and even helped tell our bridal party when to walk down the isle, since the church decided not to help us out with that. Our guests and parents were also very pleased with the drivers of the hotel transportation buses, they were professional and a pleasure to work with. I had a horrible experience with this company. On the day of my wedding we rented a bus and a town car. The driver of the car was great and a pleasure but the pick up driver of the bus was rude and uprofessional. When we got the the venue my friends were told by the driver it is OK to leave things on the bus because the same bus is returning at the end of the night to pick us all up. When the bus came back everything people left was missing!!! I ( the Groom) personally called the dispatcher who was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. He told me it was more important for his driver to sleep then to find out where our belongings went!!! I have worked in retail for over 8 years and know what it is like to deal with upset customers, but the way this company handles situations is insane!! My friends then that same night went down to the depot like the dispatcher said to see if anything was brought inside. What happened next I wouldn't believe unless the pick up driver told me it was possible. When my friends got to the depot the dispatcher had the doors lock and said and I quote "F**k off I'm eating come back tomorrow" To this day no one know what happened to our belongings. The contract may say not responsible for personal belongings, but then do not tell the customers its ok to leave things!! This company is a disgrace and I will be doing whatever I can to get the word out about this. I will be calling News stations and state department's. I just don't want anyone else's day to be ruined like ours was. read more

I hired and paid for a 20 person limousine to transport our wedding party back to a hotel after the affair. They DID NOT show up. No one answered the phone when I tried to call. Thank goodness someone had a car there. Multiple car trips needed for the 10 minute ride to the hotel. When I contacted them the next day I got "I'm sorry! I walked in the other day to see about wedding cars for my upcoming wedding. I cant say enough about the staff at Dynasty. They were all friendly and Matt was amazing. We sat with him for 40 minutes and he went over everything from start to finish on how the day would go. I have a large gap from church to reception and he suggested some places for photos to kill time. He wasn't your typical salesman, he was friendly, explained the differences between all the vehicles, and made the whole experience very easy. Booked a car with them a week in advance to pick us up from JFK. Was told driver would call and text me. Flight arrives hear from no one. I call apparently they Allegedly sent a driver in the morning even though they had my flight time and flight number and arrival. Was left stranded with nothing more than a sorry and that I had to talk to Sal who wasn't even there. Get a call back after I'm already in a taxi that they can get me a taxi. How nice.
