I'm disappointed that our hotel recommended this car service to take us to the airport. I called and requested a 230 pick up early at around 9am. At about noon I called to confirm my 230 pickup - I needed to leave by 230 because I had a flight to catch. They confirmed . 245 comes along and the driver said he's 2 minutes away. 250 comes along he said he was here. I told him I'm outside and he was nowhere to be found. 253 came along and he finally pulled up. I am beyond disappointed because they are charging $75 plus tip when I could have called an uber and uber app said there were drivers 3 mins away for only $50 Never again will I use this car service when I'm out on business. The driver was unprofessional and dispatch will tell you a time just to get your business and they did not follow through We got a regular Nissan sedan so don't know how this classified for luxury service / If you need a ride try the ride sharing apps you may be better off and at least those guys are on time. read more

Long Time customer and now no longer a customer after the second no show with a confirmed booking. The first time my flight was delayed, I advised them and gave them my new ETA. Had wifi in the plane and kept emailing to keep them in the loop. Arrived at LGA with a text saying .... " hey what time do you need us to get you ?"only to find it they hadn't even left yet . They made some excuse about thinking my flight was diverted (that was the previous days same flight) I ended up taking an uber . This morning at I had 415am confirmed booking to LGA And at 420am I called woke the guy up and had to explain three times I had a pickup. More excuses about something not uploading to his calendar. We used this business for round trip airport service. We were in a pathfinder on one trip. It smelled like cigarette smoke and the suspension was shot. On the return trip, we ended up in a van instead of the SUV that was ordered and paid for. It also smelled like cigarettes. On the bright side, the driver was on time. However, he fell asleep when waiting outside and had to be woken up and was struggling to remain awake for the duration of the drive. The driving was not very good either, as the driver was constantly taking calls and drifting out of the lane when on the phone or messing with the GPS. Things also seemed somewhat unorganized as the driver had to ask how we paid each time, though everything was paid in advance. The prices were fair, but I will not be a returning customer. Dispatch should not be calling and distracting drivers while they have a fair. read more

I used this service for a roundtrip to JFK Airport from Suffolk County. Both drivers were punctual and the cars were clean. I really appreciate Sal, the driver that picked me up. It was late at night, crowded and I was waiting for him in the wrong area so he couldn't find me. He didn't get frustrated with me and told me to stay put and he went out of his way to find me. He was friendly, courteous and helped me with my bags. I was able to pay with a credit card right in the car. I would definitely recommend this car service. Ask for Sal! read more

Wish I could put no stars for the lack of professionalism I encountered with the owner of this company. Apparently a "miscommunication" occurred with pick up time and a nice night that I planned for my parents ended up with them waiting out in the cold. Even though pick up time and location was specified to the driver and was acknowledged. When confronted about this "miscommunication", I was met with verbal confrontation from the owner in which he proceeded to yell and scream at me. I was very displeased with the way I was treated as a paying customer and out of principle would never use this service again. Should also be noted that this terrible experience is the sole reason I decided to create a yelp account for I have never had the desire to do so, but people should be aware of the lack of professionalism that occurred here and I urge any future customers of south shore car service to just be careful and be specific. read more
