We arrived at 8:30 a.m. and were told at 10:15 a.m.--after nearly two hours of waiting--that there were no available vans to accommodate us. I would expect them to just take my ticket, punch a whole in it & walk towards the next person (basically, do their job) but I have to hear the extremely unprofessional woman tell me that I have to hold my ticket a certain way while handing it to her & that I shouldn't hand it to her like that again...her exact words "don't do that again". For the money I pay to be on this train ($10.25) for only 3 stops twice a day I deserve some damn respect. This train is disgusting and don't even get me started on how nasty there bathrooms are. You would think for all that money from all those passengers you could afford to clean it every now & then. DO NOT TAKE THIS TRAIN!
