The train station is clean and the elevator appears to be in working condition and police presence seems stifling. In the winter standing on that platform in the dead of February is what I imagine the very top of Mt. Everest to feel like in the winter seasons. Hace frio. The cold wind is breath taking. There are no seats located inside the station on the upper level. The seats located outside are as cold as ice because they are made of stainless steel (who's bright idea was that?). I love NYC.

This place has a lot of stairs to walk up but an elevator for those with carriages, wheelchairs, etc... I really wish that when they renovated the place, they would have added an escalator. The only real complaint I would have is that on the east side platform, there is no ticket machine which means you need to go the the westbound platform for a ticket. That can be annoying if you are in a hurry to catch the train.

Especially when certain stairwells are closed and you have to dash to 67th street entrance. During the day there are some nice views of water on your trip.

We then waited way too long for the next train, but that's really the MTA's fault, not Beach 67's, and it had benches and nice painted glass and was generally a pleasant place to wait. Plus, you're getting on so early in the A's route that you're likely to get a seat for what, for riders to western Brooklyn or Manhattan, is a long, long trip. Try to stay awake for the first 10 minutes of the ride, at least: good views of JFK and Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge.

I would expect them to just take my ticket, punch a whole in it & walk towards the next person (basically, do their job) but I have to hear the extremely unprofessional woman tell me that I have to hold my ticket a certain way while handing it to her & that I shouldn't hand it to her like that again...her exact words "don't do that again". For the money I pay to be on this train ($10.25) for only 3 stops twice a day I deserve some damn respect. This train is disgusting and don't even get me started on how nasty there bathrooms are. You would think for all that money from all those passengers you could afford to clean it every now & then. DO NOT TAKE THIS TRAIN!

U can now see how much the airport has improved, new terminals, plenty of food options & much easier security. Delta & JetBlue terminals both have had great upgrades, love me the Delta lounge & quick trip through security, nice & easy. JetBlue is about the same except no airport lounge, at least not yet! With plenty of options to choose from for both food & shopping u are not likely to get bored, prices are a bit high but what isn't these days? & well w airports it has always been a bit much, doable all of course depends on your taste. JFK has greatly improved & it now a much nicer airport to travel to & from.

We picked up OurBus right across from the Javits Center, in the middle of the street…read more The storage bins were labeled, one for Baltimore, the other for DC. He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. Our driver was a great communicator. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus. He warned us that given current construction that we were sure to arrive later than what our tickets said, and gave us his best eta given the circumstances. Another passenger later commented that the bus bathroom was clean. We kind of ended up being dropped off on a brightly painted bridge in the middle of no where - perhaps on Maryland Ave?, by a bus stop. A short walk from Penn Station.

You get what you pay for. STAY AWAY…read more Two of the worst driver experiences ever. For the trip to the airport, Lawrence E. showed up early and was rushing us the whole time. When we got to the car, instead of saying hi or being professional, he rudely told us we were making him late because he had to go to Smithtown after us. Then, he drove us to the WRONG AIRPORT. For the trip back, I got a text from Damian Smith when we landed, telling us he was running late. I appreciated the heads-up. He said it would be about 35 minutes, which would have been only a short wait for us after getting our bags, but it ended up being over an hour and 40 minutes. We kept checking in with phone calls and texts and he always said he was very close and would be there soon. At one point he said he had stopped to get gas. Then he said he was very close and that we should come outside. So we waited another ten minutes in the cold with our newborn baby after a 2 hour flight and he still wasn't there. I called him and demanded to know where he was, explaining that my newborn was cold and hungry and he hung up on me. Not knowing what else to do, I called the company to complain and cancel the ride. Just as he was pulling up, the company hung up on me. Damian now wants to talk to me "man to man". He said the safety of his passengers is his number one priority and that he had to get his wheel fixed, as if I should have both known that was what was really going on, and that I should have been grateful that was the reason he was late, instead of doing the right thing and letting us and the company know so other arrangements could be made. He denied hanging up on me. And felt he had to explain that he was in the right because the wheel needed to be fixed. He also told us he had to drive to Canada the next day. When he got us home, he said "See? You're home safe." As if he was a hero. Worst experience ever.

Like they were trying to be funny or something, but it was just violently loud and obnoxious and scary. Why would I be alone in a car with someone for over an hour if they were associated with a manager that unstable? Why would someone at dispatch answer the phone by screaming loudly in someone's ear? I was so surprised that I instantly hung up without so much as uttering, "wtf....?" Scary. Going to schedule an Uber and a Lyft and hope for the best even though it's a 3 am pickup.
