JFK baggage terminal was pretty far from the gate, it was a bit of a trek, it's also the furthest airport from the NYNY I believe, getting there on Monday morning was a bit of a pain, but I guess it's to be expected. When we flew in on Wednesday is when we noticed how far the baggage terminal was. We ended up finally finding the way up to the next level and to the air train. I personally would just do the Uber ride share or regular Uber next time around, the other way from air train, to Long Island railway to MSG was a long time. I would fly out of JFK again, but would look to do LaGuardia first.

Our car also had some physical defects, the covers on the left side ceiling is falling off which could have been glued easily by anyone. He should've never been picking up passengers today in this heat. If somebody with compromised health got in that car it could've became a very serious incident and your company would have been held liable.
