Delta airlines made a call to their dispatch for a car to pick us up and take us to their contracted hotel 2 miles away. The driver drove us for 30 min ending up in Queens before I questioned where he was going. He then pulled over and called another driver who showed up 25 min later to take us to the hotel. Needless to say, we took the hotel shuttle the next morning back rather than use the Delta provided voucher. read more

TRIED TO SCAM ME out of $50 after Delta gave me a voucher to cover my family of 4 (including 2 small kids)! Delta gave me a voucher to cover my transport to LGA. After I called to reserve the ride and confirmed the transport - I got a call back from a dispatcher from the company. He called to ask me if I had more than one voucher. I told him no and asked why? He replied "you need to have one more voucher if you have 4 people." I explained that Delta Air Lines made the arrangements and said the one voucher covered the entire group of 4 passengers to one car. The guy then became rude and pressed the matter. I told him it made no sense. He then said if I had only one voucher I'd have to pay a fee of $50 because it 1 voucher for every two people. Now as a native New Yorker this seemed like BS from the jump. Mainly because a standard yellow cab ride from JFK to LGA is on average $50, so how is it that he is essentially charging $100 for the same ride. The math didn't make sense... I challenged him (rightfully so) and he dropped the fee to $30, and made it seem like that was the only option other than getting a second voucher (now this may seem like no big deal, but keep in mind that the vouchers are given at the help desk behind security and when you call them for the ride you are outside security. The scam depends on this fact and relies on you not being willing or able to get back past security.) At that point i ended the call and spoke with Delta Management. They called the same company and got a totally different response. There was no demand for an extra voucher or a threat of an additional fee. The same information was provided - one group of 4 including 2 kids. The dispatcher simply acknowledged and sent a car (I DID NOT wait for that car and arranged for my own transport). I refuse to be scammed or haggled by some 3rd rate company that takes advantage of people who may be stranded or under the stresses of travel. BE VERY CAREFUL!!! This is common and can happen to anyone traveling. If it doesn't make sense challenge and stand your ground. read more

Delta airlines set up a ride for us after our flight was cancelled with Everywhere car service. I cannot believe an organization like Delta would use a car service like Everywhere. I called to request the ride and while Uber listed available cars in 5 minutes, Everywhere said it would arrive in 45 minutes. I waited and no car. I called the dispatcher and he said another 15 minutes. A half an hour later still no car. I called again and he said 15 more minutes. Still no car, I said they had one more chance before I cancelled. They said 6 minutes. After 6 minutes I called Uber. When I was in the Uber car driving away I received a phone call from Everywhere Car Service saying the driver was arriving to pick me up. An hour and 45 minutes past the original request. And to top it off, the dispatcher who I spoke with over 4 times gave me attitude because he said I was supposed to give them 3 hours for a cancellation. Are you kidding???!! DONT EVER USE THIS CAR SERVICE if you want to get anywhere in a normal amount of time. And don't believe the fake reviews that talk about their great service. Look at how many Yelp has tagged as suspect. I guess they got their name because they are everywhere but where they should be. Save yourself the headache. read more

He took us to a hotel was about 20 miles away from where we had to go and the reason why he took us there is because we had another fair goal now so we trying to make too fast with one delivery, which is totally wrong it should be one fair ride and said I had to go back to the airport to sleep in the airport because your driver took us to Hotel. read more

I wish I knew my drivers name, but he picked me and my daughter up from LGA and got us to EWR super quickly and safely, as our flight was already boarding once we arrived to the airport. This was all United fault, even though the cab arrived a bit later than expected. He made up for it with professionalism and got us to ewr super super quick on Christmas Eve. read more
