I found out about Nu Nu through another cab company that I've been recently using that is located 3.5 miles away. Nu-Nu is located a mile away from me. What a difference! Nu-Nu is 24 hour cab company that exudes professionalism. The dispatcher was friendly & funny. I was afraid it'll take forever for a cab to pick me up & drop me off to work. As of lately for some reason if I request a cab at the crack of dawn they don't have cabs readily available. I asked the dispatcher how long would the wait be she humored me by telling me that she'd find out as soon as we get off of the phone. That witty exchange put my heart at ease. I knew then I had nothing to worry about. I called at 5:55am to request a cab & at 6:03am the dispatcher called me back to let me know that my cab was outside. I was elated that the cab was timely, efficient & a smooth ride. The only issue with my cab driver was the loudness of the dispatching radio system. He, himself was also loud when he called his son to wake him up for school. Also the radio station was playing at an octave much louder than it should've been. I'm not a morning person whatsoever. My ears are super sensitive so any sound other than my alarm clock annoys me in the morning. Voices, people trying to initiate conversation & loud radio playing upsets me.

The dispatcher says "well if I can't contact you, I can't send the car". Needless to say, my phone didn't die and the old beat vehicle arrived to pick me up shortly after our phone call. P.S. the dispatcher DID NOT call me. So what he said was complete b******. He just wanted to be smart. Too bad Uber will be running you out of business within the next few years. Drivers also do not have EZ passes so you will be expected to pay every toll in cash, along with the fair and tip. They are slightly below mediocre. Once they arrive they will take you to your destination quickly, but getting them to come on time and making sure that you have made a trip to the bank can get annoying.
