The dispatcher was refreshingly polite and honest. I was even called (without requesting a call) when my driver got to me ON TIME. If he has no cars, he will let you know right away that he cannot get you at that moment. Other cabs services take the job then 30 mins later when you call back wondering where they are, they say that the cab is still on the way knowing that's a lie. I'm so sad to hear other people saying they have had such bad experiences. You guys must be speaking with dispatcher Sied. He sucks! Never the less, call with enough time for the cab to get you. Provide a phone number, they will give you an ETA, the price, then you'll get a call when the cab is outside...Simple. They can be a little pricey depending on what neck of the woods you're going to but at least they are a licensed TLC company.

I finally go outside and open the rear door to enter; the front passenger side has the seat reclined all the way back so I can barely get in, and the car REEKS of weed. They start screaming at me when I question why they are in an unmarked vehicle, and then the racial slurs start. Needless to say, I got out and called a different company. Where do I even begin with this nightmare. Unless you live near the Long Island railroad and you…read moreneed a ride home from there..... This taxi service Is a big DON'T!!!!!!! If you are using this service to get back-and-forth to something important like work. When you need to be somewhere on time I would choose Another business. If I didn't wake up an hour earlier and beg for them to dispatch my car in the morning I'd have to spend the entire morning looking at my phone to make sure car was dispatched and then they also dispatch from third world countries so they don't have to pay a dispatch fee And these people who are dispatching your cars don't know exact time frames or estimates of time frames it can say 17 minutes for an hour on your phone like it has for me many many many times. There have been so many nightmares with these people. I give them one star for the 1% of people like one of the operators who helped me or tried to help me get my cars on time or the few drivers that cared. I appreciated those people. But as a customer who had guaranteed at least 7 rides a week Steady money that they claim I was some kind of VIP because I used them so often they sure did not treat me like one. My rides were often very late on both ends of the spectrum And And sometimes And sometimes I was forgotten about. Or times when I didn't order a car and it showed up anyway and then I got yelled at by the operator and the drivers were angry with me. While they might have good service sitting outside the Long Island railroad looking for people to take home, I really would not recommend using this place for any type of Time restraint reason. Also I found it very unprofessional that the manager owner Told me it was my fault that he couldn't give me cars and get to me on time because I was limited to certain vehicles. I used their service because I was healing from A Foot and leg injury. Excuse me if I couldn't climb in to an SUV or a Van Because I did not want to reinjure myself which is one of the main reasons I used them in the first place. How extremely unprofessional to say that to me. I wonder how they deal with impaired customers. Just disgusting. I have so many other stories but I think it would take up the entire Yelp page. Beware of this company. I would never use them for anything that was important

That and the fact that I don't want to take these horrid feelings into 2016 with me. (Some of) The dispatchers are very very very very unprofessional. They can get very rude to the point of hanging up on you when you call to enquire about cabs you requested 56 mins ago. It's like they drive a horse and carriage while you wait, but turn into too fast too furious as you sit in their cabs ie reckless driving. If you suffer with motion sickness, you definitely need a sea-band to travel even one mile with them! The cabs are smelly with doors that are so hard to properly close, that even their drivers complain that they won't fix anything. The windows don't work any better making it very hot in the summer but freezing in the winter. How do they get their cabs to be as back to front as they are? Now I fully comprehend that during peak hours and holidays cabs may run later than usual but not here! They run late all the time! You never know how to schedule around them because they can be over an hour later after their promised 10/15 min wait. OR....too early and, as you may make your request for a cab and hang up the phone, you hear a honk outside your door. (InTheArea smh) NOW, I wouldn't mind them being early, BUT If they're earlier than promised and heaven forbid you take too long running down some stairs and getting your coat on, they leave your arse right there! Just drive off. Not even waiting a few seconds, you've got to be standing outside like I usually am. My thought is, if you're super busy, why not explain that to us when we call? Honesty is one of the highest forms of respect in my book and they apparently don't respect the business (with tips) I/ we bring them! It's always "cab will be with you 10/15 mins".....MORONS! I'm not working in your office and some days even I know because of the weather your cab may take more than 30 mins to get to me! My gorsh my gorsh! A few of the drivers are TOO forward and there are one or two rude ones. The old man that says absolutely nothing is my favourite. Many of them are very pleasant but most of the dispatchers.....the dispatchers! ...(are) just plain nasty! Elder Caribbean people have a proverb, "de fish does rotten from de head", no matter how nice your workers are, if the head men suck then YOUR CAB COMPANY SUCK! Your duchess sucks! What are you doing to my street cred people!? I cannot recommend you! I'm saddened when I have to depend on this company to get around. If you have a choice PLEASE don't use this company. Like I've said in the past, sometimes they can get it right but that's 1 out of 5 times, just like the rating they're getting from me. Again. One out of five! The End.
