Ultimately it boils down if the business operates 24-7, the price, and their turn around time. Parson's is quick and efficient. Small little hole in the wall business with not much breathing or sitting room. Don't let that deter you because you won't be waiting for long. No matter the time of day or night the cabs seem to be anywhere from one to ten minutes away. My ride was easy breezy and inexpensive. From Jamaica to Bayside it cost me $20 flat. No hidden fees or issues from the driver. I'm a happy camper.

I'll never call again. Would rather pay a little extra for an Uber that'll be to me in less than 5 minutes.

They handled our pickup from LGA to our Midtown hotel and later our return trip back to the airport, and both rides were flawless. This was truly 5-star service and one part of the trip I didn't have to worry about at all. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, communication was clear, and everything ran exactly on time. It was worth every penny compared to mass transit or other ride services. What really set them apart was their customer service. When we were dropped off at the airport, my son accidentally left his phone in the car. Half of them are not tlc licence and they ask you when u get to airport to say they are friends and they ask you to sit up front not to get pulled over..also double check the drivers other dispatchers drivers are picking up there customers. I stepped off the lirr a little after 5am on a Sunday am. As I hopped off the bottom step, I looked up and saw the bright yellow sign of QV car services shining! I decided we could just take a cab. I don't live far at all so it couldn't be that expensive. As we crossed the street, two cabs lined up. One guy honked. I checked his door for the qv logo and we gladly hopped in, relieved we wouldn't have to walk all the way home at that hour. He was pleasant. And it only cost us $6.25. He didn't complain about us chatting and he told us to have a blessed day (must have been the tip). I don't know why I never take a cab on my late nights from the lirr. This place is 24 hours meaning they are always right there.. waiting to chauffeur me to mi casa. This car service is definitely one I'm willing to use. I'll be crawling out of these cabs all winter thanks to my desire to shake my behind even in the coldest of colds.
