Nice cars, good drivers, on time, reliable easy pickups. Pleasant to go to JFK and LGA with them

We have been using Nassau Cab service for quite a few years now. They are reliable, courteous and pleasant to deal with. All of their drivers are professional and the cars are clean and comfortable. We just came home from a trip and our driver Sam made sure to keep in contact with us from the moment we landed until he picked us up. We would recommend this car service to anyone who wants to take the hassle out of getting to and from the airport. read more

My family and I have been traveling back and forth to the airport for many years. No one has been more prompt and easy to deal with as Sam from Nassau cab. The car is clean and comfortable, and I always feel safe during the journey. Sam knows the best routes to avoid traffic and arrive on time, every time. I highly recommend Sam for any one looking for reliable and friendly transportation. read more

I had a great experience with Nassau Cab. Our driver Sam was a rockstar! He arrived early to pick us up at JFK and was extremely helpful with everything. Our family was hungry after flying all day and he even took us to Taco Bell on the way to our hotel. Overall a five star experience and we will definitely use them again. Thank you Sam and Nassau Cab. read more

It's always nerve wracking when you use a new car service I mean imagine if they never showed? Lol anyway not only was he on time but we got an amazing SUV! Best ride ever to the airport. Will for sure be our ride every time and I'll be recommending everyone to use them :) I was like if they are good as we sit in airport I'll write review lol. Couldn't be happier. read more

Nassau Cab - SUV yeahhhh - Airport Shuttles Near Me

We love using Nassau Cab car service to go to NYC airports. Our driver, Sam, is the best. He is professional and anticipates our every need. He keeps in contact with us through text. He arrives on time or early, takes care of our luggage, is considerate of my difficulties getting in and out of the vehicle, drives a vehicle that can accomodate 4 people's checked bags plus carry ons plus personal items. He is flexible and wants to help us in any way that he can. We look forward to traveling with him, and are thrilled that he has been our driver for all of our recent trips. Although we now deal directly with Sam, the people who answer the phone at Nassau Cab have been most helpful too. read more

Our driver Sam was great. Car was on time and trip was quick and comfortable.

We used Nassau Cab at the recommendation of a friend for the first time. Our trips to JFK and back were flawless. Sam is one of the best drivers you will ever meet! Will definitely be using them from now on. read more

I, along with three others, needed a ride to and from an event, and I was quite happy with this company from start to finish. Tom and Sam, the driver, responded to inquiries quickly and professionally. The ride was smooth and timely. I would definitely book with this company again! read more

Sam is absolutely wonderful!! Very communicative and gracious! We had a very early morning pickup for an international flight, and Sam kept in touch to let us know his ETA for picking us up!. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I had Nassau Cab pick me up from JFK and return me to JFK after my stay on Long Island. They were always right on time or a few minutes early. Super dependable! Driver was very safe, very professional, friendly and courteous. I have used them in the past also, and had the same experience. I will continue to use Nassau Cab every time I come to NY. Great experience! read more

Been meaning to rate this company for a few years now for airport runs. In short, i will never use another car service except Nassau cab. This car service is amazing. Always on time, clean cars and professional drivers. Sam was awesome! Im a nervous flyer and so having my car arrive on time and having a patient, polite driver is important to me. Trust me Ive used many other car places and always dreaded it until I found Nassau can. Love this company! read more

We used Nassau cab for our trips to and from JFK. We were very happy with our service. Our driver Sam was great and prompt and texted with us ahead of time to confirm and update us on his arrival time to pick us up. I really appreciate the detailed communication. He also did our return trip and we came in later than expected off an international flight and he was there right on time when we finally got out of the terminal because he kept in touch with us by text both before and after the flight. read more

Clean cars, polite drivers, punctual reliable service, fair rate. What else could you ask? Just don't use their website right now, seems to be out of order, you have to call read more

My family and I used Nassau Cab for airport service. Booking the trip was as easy as it could be, given I had called the day prior to the departure. The service for our departing flight was superb. The vehicle was clean and roomy enough for our family of 5, including a car seat. Our driver, Sam, was amazing. Amazing enough that we called Sam again for our return flight. The initial flight returning home was cancelled and Sam was on top of it. He was able to arrange pick-up for our new arrival into Newark, which was originally scheduled for LGA. I appreciate their accommodations and will definitely be using their services again. read more

I have used many services from LGA. This was by far the best experience. Easy efficient reservation process. Quote is all inclusive. Sam was accommodating thoughtful and kind He was awesome with my 84 year old Mom. (She loves to talk) I will use this service again next week and in the future. Note my pick up at LGA was seamless which is truly amazing! read more

Nassau Cab picked up on the first call, and the representative was courteous and professional. He gathered all info efficiently and gave me a reasonable quote. To avoid confusion, I was happy the quote included all expenses; tip, tolls, etc. I received an email confirmation within the hour. The driver texted 30 minutes before pickup time to confirm they were en route, then sent one more text to confirm their arrival, 10 minutes prior to pickup time. The driver was also very courteous, and fortunately both children's seats we required were already installed properly in the (clean) SUV. The ride to JFK was safe and efficient, EZ pass lanes were utilized, and our credit card was gladly accepted without hassle. We will use their service again! read more

I was searching for a car service for personal use as using my business car service has caused utter confusion without a voucher, and the rate was fairly high. I used Nassau Cab for the first time between my home on LI and LGA during the holiday season. I used their online reservation system to schedule my pickup for 5:30am to LGA. I was a bit nervous since this was my first time using them and the early departure, so I called, and was reassured by Johnny that all was in order. Like clockwork, my driver called me 5 min before my pickup time to tell me he was approaching the house. The driver was very courteous (and alert, which hasn't always been the case with other services), and the car was very clean. On top of all of this, the rate was very competitive. I was so pleased by the experience that I made another reservation for the return trip. Different driver, equally courteous, was on-time and waiting for me when I exited the terminal. Overall a great experience. These folks are very professional. I believe I've found my new car service for my personal needs. read more

I called them the previous night for a cab to JFK from Union City, NJ. They said they are very far off and can't take me from Union City. I asked him if he can help me. He took my details and called back in 5 minutes as promised and told that some other cab company would arrive in the morning. The cab arrived before time and waited for me. Exceptional service and courtesy from the driver - Vikas (Future Cabs). Very neat car, well maintained and good driving i must say. Overall nice sense to help from John I guess and he said that he was responsible that the cab would come the next morning, even if it was not his cab company. read more

Had to schedule a drop-off at JFK last minute after our pre-planned ride became unavailable. Scheduled 2 hours in advance, driver showed up on time (early), promptly called when he was there and was completely professional. Will use again. read more

Excellent Service! I needed to arrange a car to drive 5 of us to a graveside memorial service from Cedarhurst to New Montifiore cemetery in West Babylon. I live in California, so I had to pick a company based on the reviews here. I liked the email confirmation after I called to make the reservation, and the pricing was all up front, with the tip included. It was a snowy day, but our very professional driver got us there, helped us navigate the cemetery (where the areas aren't marked very clearly) and drove us back through the snow. The car was a nice new large SUV that was able to accommodate 5 large adults nicely. I would definitely use Nassau Cab again. They are extremely professional and courteous. read more

I needed a ride to the airport. The driver was friendly and made great conversation. The driver and his vehicle were very clean. The price was great and included tip. This made for a stress free payment. They even have credit card payment options if you open your wallet and say "uh-oh, no cash". I would use this car service again in a heart beat! read more

This car sevice is awesome! They are ON TIME, professional and friendly! I have used them a few times now and I have always been impressed. They send you a black car for taxi prices. I recommend them for anyone who travels a lot like me! read more

I did not think service like this was still in existence!!! Very long story short, booked Nassau Cab for 5 of us to and from the airport. Price was perfect. We were 2 stops, and we were both picked up a bit earlier than planned, which eased my nerves, knowing the Southern State and Belt Parkway. Did I mention this was July 4th, so everyone was going to their bbqs and parties. Anyway, when we got to the airport, we heard a "thud", thinking one of the suitcases fell over. At curbside check-in, I realized that thud was my phone falling out of my pocket. Of course I had the driver's number... on my phone!! We kept calling Tom, who I would recommend to everybody forever, and we were finally able to get through. He was able to get through to the driver, who then turned around and drove back 20 minutes to jfk to return my phone!! My airport sprint is a whole different story. Thankfully, the pickup was completely uneventful, but on time and courteous. That's all you really want and need. Kudos and accolades to Nassau Cab!!! read more

I was extremely impressed with my first experience with Nassau Cab. It is definitely worth the extra few dollars (and it really is only a few extra once you add tip to a normal taxi fare). My driver was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a text from him upon landing at LGA and was in contact with him up until he picked me up. I had two large suitcases so I was picked up in a very comfortable and nice Honda minivan. read more

After reading reviews here on yelp, I've now used Nassau Cab 3 times for airport transfers. They are professional and kind from the moment they answer the phone. All of the drivers were excellent With clean cars and good driving skills. But Marlene, who I booked last night, last minute as I was boarding my very delayed flight, was exceptionally delightful! She kept me informed and even avoided congestion at LGA by meeting me at departures. She is friendly, bright and courteous. What a pleasure after a long trip home! read more

We used Nassau cab twice and while both trips were excellent, our ride back from the airport with Sam was exceptional. Sam was kind, attentive and professional. He was on time and made my entire party feel comfortable. He even offered to bring us for food because of our long flight delay. He had multiple car seats to choose from for my son and over provided a pleasant experience. I will only use Nassau Cab from this point forward and will always be asking for Sam, he is the best! read more

I used Nassau Cab to pick us up for a very early flight since Ubers on Long Island have become very unreliable. From the booking process, to the drop off we were so pleased with our experience we will likely never use Ubers again! Sam was our driver and was nothing but professional and kind. He even arrived 20 mins early and kindly waited until we were ready, texting and calling to let us know he was on the way and when he arrived. Very affordable ride, comparable to Ubers without the hassle of them canceling your ride. They even send a confirmation email after booking and credit was accepted. The whole experience was great and I highly recommend Nassau cab. read more

George arrived early to pick up for Tonys awards night at radio city music hall in nyc. He was calm and pleasant. He also knew other routes when there was the sunday traffic. He got us there on time. It was a good experience. So we would use Nassau again. read more

We had an early start at 4:50 AM to catch a flight. Booked the afternoon before with Tom without a problem using a credit card. Email confirmation with all the details. Sam, our driver, texted the night before to introduce himself and that he would be there on time. Sam was early, very courteous and helpful and SUV was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Would definitely use again! read more

For the past 3 years we have used Nassau Cab for airport transportation. They are very courteous, safe and on time. We never have to worry when we return. They are always there waiting for us. Nothing like having to worry if your ride is going to be there when you return from your travels. Would recommend to everyone. read more

Everything positive you hear about car service, particularly SAM is most definitely true. This past week my family and I had the opportunity to use the service pre-arranged for airport pickup to home. Our fight was delayed 5 hours, and we were abit frazzled but being greeted by Sam was a breath of fresh air. He was courteous, friendly and extremely accommodating to all of us. He went out of his way to make us feel extremely comfortable. After this experience I have decided the only car service I will use is Nassau starring our driver Sam! read more

We recently used Nassau Cab Co for our trip to Cancun. I must say that Johnny runs a very tight ship. The cars we needed were ready and waiting for us on the way to the airport and they were waiting for us when we arrived back at JFK. The cars were neat, clean and late models (newer vs. older). Both of the drivers we had were very professional. The best part about Nassau Cab Co is Johnny Chimonitis, the owner. His level of service and communication is the greatest we've experienced with a car service. He really takes care of everything and makes sure you have confidence in your ride. He texts, emails and calls you, if necessary, to give you the latest updates and to confirm the service. We'll definitely use Nassau Cab Co again and recommend them to our friends. read more
