I find their rates to be fair and they've always been prompt and professional. I especially like to use them when I want a scheduled ride for the airport or an appointment. If you are someone going between ferries/airports/trains, I highly recommend them. I use the ferries a lot at times, and I have found Uber is often not very timely; sometimes you might have to wait 20 minutes for Uber pick up at the ferry locations (I think it's because those spots are a little out of the way) which is a problem if you need to get somewhere promptly. Yes, many of the ferries provide a shuttle for minimum fee to the closest train station, but if you need to get to other stations/airports I recommend RK Car Service. If you need a pick up at a ferry and you need to be at an airport or train at a specific time, this is your service, schedule them and have peace of mind.

I was expecting a basic, clean limo, no more. We got a little less I'm afraid. One of the seats was broken and you couldn't sit on it properly. Unfortunately I was concerned my wedding dress was going to get dirty because the limo didn't feel particularly well cared for/clean. The driver was very nice and patient, but he didn't really seem to know his way around Manhattan very well. We had to give him lots of directions. Given this was a spur of the moment reservation, I guess it was OK, but I don't think any of this should have been given a second thought. The absolute worst part about this company is their billing and customer service. My father wanted to pay for the limo, but he had to go through a process in order to get his credit card pre-authorized. It was a hassle, and after all of it, they ended up charging my credit card which is what I asked them NOT to do. In addition to that, they overcharged my credit card for an additional hour we didn't use. I spoke to Sal, the manager, as soon as I received my email receipt and he said he would credit my card back and was very sorry for the error. I would have been satisfied except for the fact that it's over a month later and I still haven't gotten my credit back. I called two more times and emailed, and was told I would receive the email receipt showing the credit. I still have not received this email.... Bottom line, if you're looking for a clean, honest and hassle free experience, please use a different limo company. There are plenty of them in NYC!

Booking is a dream with confirmations sent out almost the instant you book them. Stephanie, RJ, Audra, Monica, Marcus and Chris are always there and supportive, communicative and knowledgeable regarding when someone should arrange a pick up, if airport construction is causing delays etc. Vincent's has had drivers in South America show up on time even with horrific traffic! They have mapped out alternate routes for a client to navigate around the NYC marathon when they had a medical situation. They regularly print out boarding passes for drivers to have on hand and give to people about to board flights. They know the gate you are departing from, monitor flights coming in and do so many more things that I can not express how excellent they are in words only that when I needed a car for my wedding day to shuttle family around we hired Vincent's! Literally, got my entire family in the van to go to photos and got us to the venue in time even when we left the photo shoot late with a van full of relatives. I can not recommend them highly enough. Different vehicles, one way, round trip etc. They went above and beyond to make it work for us as best as they could. Without any hard feelings, or pushing to try and make us use them. Nothing but helpful suggestions and hoping it would work. We ended up book the immaculate 15 passenger sprinter. Jerry was our driver, he was a gentleman to say the least. The sprinter was clean, smelled great, looked literally brand new. Absolutely perfect experience with them. Will definitely be using them again 100%.
