It's like the best of uber, without the inconsistency of uber. YOU KNOW that their is a protocol; you will have comfortable seating , a set rate (paid before the trip starts), water , wifi in all vehicles. I was pleasantly surprised by this taxi service ,as most cabs on long island are using broken down unclean vehicles with reckless drivers with ever changing rates. With the pricing being similar, I would consider Aaron's superior in every way. if they service your area, use them.you wont regret it. read more

Best car service in New York!! With my family living on Long Island and me living in Las Vegas ... there are a lot of trips from JFK to LAS! I have been a customer of Aaron's limousines for 4 years and I have been so pleased with this car service. From the moment I call, text or email Aaron from the West Coast, I am greeted with efficiency, kindness & confidence that my family will get to the airport in comfort, with safety & on time. Aaron,s fleet of cars are well serviced, clean & reliable! His prices are fair & competitive and the peace of mind that my family is in great hands is priceless! Thank you Aaron for your consistently great service & making my family's trip to the airport a smooth start to their vacation! read more

Booked a car service for the weekend - they came on the wrong day. Got 2 phone calls and nasty text messages saying I've been black listed. When I called back owner was extremely rude - told me it was my fault he booked the wrong day because I didn't check the email - and then proceeded to respond with "WHATEVER I DONT CARE ILL BE THERE ON SATURDAY ANSWER YOUR PHONE". Maybe if he wasn't talking in a pirate accent when I initially booked my reservation he would have gotten the day right. I also called once and gave me one price and called back and gave me a higher price even though he remembered speaking to me the day before. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - OWNER APPEARS TO BE UNSTABLE read more

Unaware of how to run a client service business. Unprofessional and uncommunicative. The SUV that was booked online to go to a wedding turned out to be a minivan with a Thule ski rack on top. Apparently, the SUV "broke down", but no one thought to let us know. Will never use Aaron Limousines again, and will never use Yelp to request multiple quotes. Really disappointing. read more

Owner is super rude. I called and was speaking to the owner and the call dropped. I called back and got screamed at because I called back and didn't know he put me on hold and was told I had to wait. If this is how he treats you before he has your money I can only imagine how you would treated after he has your money. Also check out the non recommended reviews! Stay away. There are plenty of companies out there who will treat you right. read more

Went back to JFK airport after visiting my parents. I usually take a shuttle but I wanted to give this service a try. Dont rememeber the drivers name but he was very professional and sweet. I will use this service again for sure ! read more

Requested a quote & received the following response. Very unprofessional and unnecessary response. Actually Uber & Lyft was much cheaper anyway. "Aaron G. Unable to service The price for Valley Stream NY to Bayonne NJ is over double that. I'm sorry in advance but for that fare you should try hitchhiking." read more

I've used this service over 100 times and have no complaints. The drivers are all excellent, the prices are fair and the business is well run. Just a consistently excellent experience. read more

I cannot find a single thing to say negatively about this limousine service. The driver is super courteous the car is very clean and fresh-smelling. He drove with such care that I could have put a cup of coffee on the dashboard and it would have got moved an inch. read more

Give you another chance???? This was strike 2,3,4,5,6!!! You only have to pick up ppl and drop them off. Doesn't take 10 tries to get it right. You suck!!! read more

Used Aaron's service as an impromptu pick up from a packed show at the Barclays at 1am. Another great ride! Love dealing with him via text during the show, so easy!! See you soon :) read more

We used Aaron Limousines to pick us up at JFK after our Italy trip. After landing I texted Aaron and he immediately had his driver call me. We made arrangements about when and how to contact him after we left customs and the terminal. The driver kept speaking with me on the phone as we left the terminal and directed me to where he was waiting for us. The entire procedure worked like a charm and it was great to be picked up in a new, clean car with a very courteous driver. The ride home was smooth and stress free, exactly what we needed after flying for 9 hours! We will definitely use Aaron Limousines again any time we fly! read more

I am so impressed! We hired a limo to take us to the wineries for the day, and unfortunately, the limo broke down in our driveway. I called countless companies hoping that someone would happen to have a car to take us. I messaged Aaron on Yelp, and he was so responsive. He had a car come to us within an hour and a half. I was so impressed. The driver, Eddie, was nice and courteous. We got a Lincoln and it was nice and clean. We were very happy, and will be using Aaron Limousines in the future! read more

I used Aaron's Limousines for an airport run the day after Thanksgiving. Not having flown out from LGA in awhile and not knowing what to expect with the current construction, I requested a 4 am pickup for a 7 am flight. The driver on this leg Terry arrived at my house promptly on time. The car was very clean and comfortable. My return trip was the following Tuesday during the rain storm. My flight from Chicago kept getting delayed so I was in constant contact with Aaron. Even with all of the delays, Aaron himself came to pick me up and was just a few feet away when I exited the terminal. What a great experience and definitely recommend Aaron's Limosines and will use them again! read more

Excellent communication, on time, what more can I say? Driver Terry excels as a driver, why? He picked me up at JFK during one of the most fierce, destructive storms in recent memory on Long Island and SAFELY delivered me to my destination. Whenever I revisit, I will try to get Driver Terry at Aaron Limousines! read more

I always use aarons limo for whenever my boss comes to town. They provide first class service always. Highly recommended!

I just heard Aaron struck out on his own. He is a great limo driver and I know his new service is a good as the old one or better. I can't wait to see the new fleet on my winery your this weekend with him! read more

I use this service quite frequently for work and the drivers are reliable, friendly and professional. Always on time and great communication. My one negative is the unprofessional way the phone is answered by the office there is one person who thinks it funny or catchy to be a pirate ? It is a complete turnoff to a great experience and he should be told to stop! I have hung up several Times - and will only call back and book when other people are answering. read more

Very accommodating! Had to switch flights & of course delays flying into LaGuardia. The driver was waiting & there were no additional fees.

Outstanding service ..... clean vehicle, friendly driver and they picked us up on time and got us all there safely. Will definitely use them again and refer to all my friends and colleagues. read more

Always have your driver count the money you give him before you leave! After being dropped off to our home, I paid the driver the fair with a tip. Within 5 minutes after he left, I recieved a call from "The Boss" stating I did not pay the driver, only gave him the tip. He had the nerve to tell me his drivers are always right, and he trusted them over his customers. Knowing that we paid him, I went outside and looked around the car, but nothing. He insisted i pay the fare again, and I was fuming. That wasn't going to happen. This went on for about 10 minutes before the driver called us and told me he found the money. The owner did not even have the decency to call and apologize. It is shame because the service is great, but will never use them again. A simple I am sorry from the owner would have been nice! read more

I actually didn't get to use their service yet but just from my first phone call and reading the reviews I felt comfortable using Aaron's Limo. He's hilarious, personable, and most importantly knowledgeable. I was trying to book from California for my cousin coming to NY for the first time and even with my family's crazy mix up in communication; he was so friendly, understanding, and helpful!! How a person handles a negative situation truly shows their level of professionalism and customer service so Kudos to you Aaron, I will definitely keep your number for any future need in NY. Definitely recommend this car service! read more

On time and in fact early for pickups and both drivers were nice and professional. The second driver was great. We called the office to request a later pickup 10:30 instead of 10:00 since the wedding we attended was ending around 10:30 and we were having a great time. The driver tried calling us about 15 times since he arrived at 10:00 and was not notified by his office. He was very pleasant and understanding when we finally arrived. The first driver was OK but was using a gps to find Terrace in the Park and we got stuck in traffic by Citifield. The geniuses over there close off a lot of roads to direct Mets fans to the parking lot assuming that nobody else would drive into Flushing. Not the drivers fault and he was able to find an alternative route but it was a little uncomfortable since he almost missed exits. The last thing I want to do with car service is tell the driver how to get somewhere. Prices are probably higher than uber but less than other limo companies. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again. read more

Aaron Limo was a winner, hands down! My son and I had the pleasure of being driven by the owner from the airport to our home. Traffic was INSANE but he was cool and collected and kept us entertained with many funny stories. Super professional ride that I totally appreciated. Nice to know that there are some really "good guys" in the cutthroat world of airport transportation! Book this company for a stress-free pleasurable experience!! read more

Been using Aaron Limo for our past four trips. Drivers very professional and courteous. Makes co tact with us before arriving for pickup to airport. Contacted us several hours before our scheduled trip home. Always on time. Thanks very much !!! read more

Took an SUV to the airport and they provided car seats. Decent rate, nothing to blow your socks off. As an insurance issue, I had to install the car seats. In addition to the car seats looking they were from the late 1800s, they were not compatible with the car they brought. I had to "jimmy rig" them so my kids would be somewhat secure. I asked for a refund for the car seats only, which was not granted. I told the eccentric owner that I would be cancelling my trip home with them and be taking Uber. He replied, "Have fun in your disgusting uber terrorist mobile." Think that says it all. read more

Just what you want from a car service company. Reliable, professional, clean cars. Definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure of having Aaron himself drive me from the train station to a wedding at a country club nearby. I called him a half hour in advance, and as promised he kept in touch by text throughout the process. I liked him so much I had him pick me up at the end of the evening and return me to the train station. As before, he was courteous, stayed in touch, and did just as he said he would do. I highly recommend Aaron and his car service! read more

I called Aaron Limousines for a quote from MetLife Stadium to Massapequa and their quote was very reasonable, therefore I booked them. The driver had texted me letting me know he was leaving long Island and heading to MetLife Stadium to pick me up. Once he arrived at MetLife Stadium, we were in constant communication with each other. My driver Joe was very professional. I highly recommend Aaron Limousines. read more

Aaron Limousines was by far the BEST service I have ever used. Being from out of town, I reached out to Aaron, explaining in detail what we were to need, and not only did he meet every request, he went above and beyond. He was delightful to do business with, he was reliable, friendly and professional. The care was clean and in great condition. In addition, everything he promised me, from texting prior to arrival, then at arrival and also after he dropped our daughter back in the city...a mother's request! He did it all with a smile and a wonderful attitude. Not only will I only use Aaron's Limousine service, but will be telling everyone I know...this is a must use service! Every time we are back....Aaron will be our man! read more

Just called -- phone rang and rang, no answer; I called back and a very rude man answered and told me he had no availability. Seems like maybe they closed and just take rides on the side--website is ridiculous too. I wouldn't trust them-seems shady, read more

Amazing customer service and priced very fair! I was frantic calling for a last minute car service for 7 people from LaGuardia Airport. I contacted 4 different companies, one was Aarons Limousines. The other companies gave me ridiculous quotes. I spoke to Aaron personally and he was extremely friendly. He gave us an excellent price for the service much lower compared to the others and he was attentive and considerate. His driver was wonderful & overall we were very satisfied with this company. I'll definitely be using them again! read more

AARON invented the gold standard of Long Island Transportation Service! I got picked up at 4am in a nice SUV to go to the Airport. The driver was early and the ride was smooth. I promptly booked the return and told my friends to do the same. This is now my car company I'll use for everything i need. No need fur uber or any other service as this more convenient read more

Aaron and his staff are extremely professional. They are always on time, friendly, and reliable. Their prices are reasonable for the services they provide. They are the the only car service we now use when going to and from the airport and around Long Island and Manhattan. I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way- look no further! read more

The best car service! Someone is always there 24hrs to help you in any way possible. I had a last minute emergency airline change in the middle of the night and they were extremely accommodating and made sure a driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. They have a great fleet and all their vehicles are well taken care of. I had the pleasure of meeting two different drivers and they were both outstanding, personable, professional and on time even though we shamefully were not. Their prices are affordable and very reasonable. I have severe flying anxiety, so the last thing I want is to have anxiety getting to the airport and you can rest assure you won't have it with this service. I highly recommend them to family and friends and plan to keep using them for all my transportation needs! read more

Everything you have read is true -- really nice people first 1st phone call. My event ran 2 hours later than expected and they were very understanding about it, although I felt terrible, they took it in stride and relieved the added stress I was dealing with. Really made the evening so much more relaxing not having to worry about catching a train or worrying about a schedule. read more

I booked car service too and from a wedding this weekend with Aaron. We had 7 adults so they sent us an SUV. The car was immaculate and big enough for our party. Aaron showed up 15 minutes early each way and was very friendly. He called to confirm the night before which I also appreciated. Lastly, the price was reasonable! Will definitely use again for future events. Thanks Aaron. read more
