Booked a car service for the weekend - they came on the wrong day. Got 2 phone calls and nasty text messages saying I've been black listed. When I called back owner was extremely rude - told me it was my fault he booked the wrong day because I didn't check the email - and then proceeded to respond with "WHATEVER I DONT CARE ILL BE THERE ON SATURDAY ANSWER YOUR PHONE". Maybe if he wasn't talking in a pirate accent when I initially booked my reservation he would have gotten the day right. I also called once and gave me one price and called back and gave me a higher price even though he remembered speaking to me the day before. Unaware of how to run a client service business. Unprofessional and uncommunicative. The SUV that was booked online to go to a wedding turned out to be a minivan with a Thule ski rack on top. Apparently, the SUV "broke down", but no one thought to let us know. Will never use Aaron Limousines again, and will never use Yelp to request multiple quotes. Really disappointing. read more

Owner is super rude. I called and was speaking to the owner and the call dropped. I called back and got screamed at because I called back and didn't know he put me on hold and was told I had to wait. If this is how he treats you before he has your money I can only imagine how you would treated after he has your money. Also check out the non recommended reviews! Stay away. It's like the best of uber, without the inconsistency of uber. YOU KNOW that their is a protocol; you will have comfortable seating , a set rate (paid before the trip starts), water , wifi in all vehicles. I was pleasantly surprised by this taxi service ,as most cabs on long island are using broken down unclean vehicles with reckless drivers with ever changing rates. We used Aaron Limousines to pick us up at JFK after our Italy trip. After landing I texted Aaron and he immediately had his driver call me. We made arrangements about when and how to contact him after we left customs and the terminal. The driver kept speaking with me on the phone as we left the terminal and directed me to where he was waiting for us. The entire procedure worked like a charm and it was great to be picked up in a new, clean car with a very courteous driver. The ride home was smooth and stress free, exactly what we needed after flying for 9 hours! We will definitely use Aaron Limousines again any time we fly! read more

I used Aaron's Limousines for an airport run the day after Thanksgiving. Not having flown out from LGA in awhile and not knowing what to expect with the current construction, I requested a 4 am pickup for a 7 am flight. The driver on this leg Terry arrived at my house promptly on time. The car was very clean and comfortable. My return trip was the following Tuesday during the rain storm. My flight from Chicago kept getting delayed so I was in constant contact with Aaron. Even with all of the delays, Aaron himself came to pick me up and was just a few feet away when I exited the terminal. I am so impressed! We hired a limo to take us to the wineries for the day, and unfortunately, the limo broke down in our driveway. I called countless companies hoping that someone would happen to have a car to take us. I messaged Aaron on Yelp, and he was so responsive. He had a car come to us within an hour and a half. I use this service quite frequently for work and the drivers are reliable, friendly and professional. Always on time and great communication. My one negative is the unprofessional way the phone is answered by the office there is one person who thinks it funny or catchy to be a pirate ? It is a complete turnoff to a great experience and he should be told to stop! I have hung up several Times - and will only call back and book when other people are answering. read more

Always have your driver count the money you give him before you leave! After being dropped off to our home, I paid the driver the fair with a tip. Within 5 minutes after he left, I recieved a call from "The Boss" stating I did not pay the driver, only gave him the tip. He had the nerve to tell me his drivers are always right, and he trusted them over his customers. Knowing that we paid him, I went outside and looked around the car, but nothing. He insisted i pay the fare again, and I was fuming. That wasn't going to happen. This went on for about 10 minutes before the driver called us and told me he found the money. The owner did not even have the decency to call and apologize. It is shame because the service is great, but will never use them again. A simple I am sorry from the owner would have been nice! read more

On time and in fact early for pickups and both drivers were nice and professional. The second driver was great. We called the office to request a later pickup 10:30 instead of 10:00 since the wedding we attended was ending around 10:30 and we were having a great time. The driver tried calling us about 15 times since he arrived at 10:00 and was not notified by his office. He was very pleasant and understanding when we finally arrived. The first driver was OK but was using a gps to find Terrace in the Park and we got stuck in traffic by Citifield. The geniuses over there close off a lot of roads to direct Mets fans to the parking lot assuming that nobody else would drive into Flushing. Not the drivers fault and he was able to find an alternative route but it was a little uncomfortable since he almost missed exits. The last thing I want to do with car service is tell the driver how to get somewhere. Prices are probably higher than uber but less than other limo companies. Took an SUV to the airport and they provided car seats. Decent rate, nothing to blow your socks off. As an insurance issue, I had to install the car seats. In addition to the car seats looking they were from the late 1800s, they were not compatible with the car they brought. I had to "jimmy rig" them so my kids would be somewhat secure. I asked for a refund for the car seats only, which was not granted. I told the eccentric owner that I would be cancelling my trip home with them and be taking Uber. He replied, "Have fun in your disgusting uber terrorist mobile." Think that says it all. read more

I called him a half hour in advance, and as promised he kept in touch by text throughout the process. The other companies gave me ridiculous quotes. I spoke to Aaron personally and he was extremely friendly. He gave us an excellent price for the service much lower compared to the others and he was attentive and considerate. His driver was wonderful & overall we were very satisfied with this company. The best car service! Someone is always there 24hrs to help you in any way possible. I had a last minute emergency airline change in the middle of the night and they were extremely accommodating and made sure a driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. They have a great fleet and all their vehicles are well taken care of. I had the pleasure of meeting two different drivers and they were both outstanding, personable, professional and on time even though we shamefully were not. Their prices are affordable and very reasonable. I have severe flying anxiety, so the last thing I want is to have anxiety getting to the airport and you can rest assure you won't have it with this service. Everything you have read is true -- really nice people first 1st phone call. My event ran 2 hours later than expected and they were very understanding about it, although I felt terrible, they took it in stride and relieved the added stress I was dealing with.
