Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. I was quoted a written price for pickup at JFK airport in the baggage claim area. The flight came in early, the services were rendered, and the next day they charged my credit card beyond what was quoted, including a "wait fee" - however, since the flight came in early, the driver did not wait. It is unfair business practice to charge someone more money, without consulting them, just because you have their credit card on file. I immediatly contacted the business and asked them to give me credit for that unfair charge - they said they would get back to me in 2 days, but I never heard back from anybody. Buyer beware! They'll rip you off and not even get back to you....take your business elsewhere.
