Wallstreet Limousines is just fantastic! We decided super last minute (literally, a few days before) that we needed a limousine for our wedding. After calling a few places, I finally landed on Wallstreet Limousines. I'm so glad I did because not only did we get the best price, we also received excellent customer service. Joe, our contact person, was super responsive and always kept me in the loop as to the status of my request. Additionally, after requesting a last minute limo, we decided practically the DAY BEFORE that we wanted a white limo (originally we'd booked a black limo). I know, super annoying, and I wouldn't have been surprised if Wallstreet told us it couldn't be done. But they made it happen and made sure everything was perfect for our special day! I can't recommend this company enough. Excellent service!

Merrick Taxi and Airport Service is a Five Star Taxi company all the way. I've been using this…read morecompany now for the last year every time my job needs me to travel from my house in South Merrick to JFK or LaGuardia. They even do pickups from the airport at the same price. My drivers all get me picked up right at the time that I booked for which is a rarity in the taxi business and even more of a rarity the fact that the cab is clean and the driver actually knows where they're going outside of their local town. I usually ask for Terry or Jeremy because they always show up in an SUV clean with bottled water and Sirius XM radio stations Tunes the little Steven's underground garage. Even if I book a taxi for 3 a.m. they show up on time at least 10 to 15 minutes early. Because I travel so much for business they give me all my personal trips either free or discounted making it a very convenient service to use all the way around

After hanging up I called several other local drivers and Silver Star was the best quote. I called back the next day and spoke to Jack to confirm the ride. He was helpful and cordial in taking my information and walking me through the payment process. All good, right? Nope... Once they had me locked in (the ride's departure time was only several hours away at this point), they called back and said they could not honor the amount we agreed upon and that I paid for. I can fully understand that a mistake on a quote was made and that a quote can be rectified in certain situations but once the price has been agreed upon and I have provided my payment information, that should be it, right? Who knows? Maybe this mistake is a one-off situation in otherwise stellar customer service but if they are willing to say "I don't have time to continue this conversation. There will be no car there at 9PM." (- Jack, Dispatcher) just 4 hours prior to the contracted arrival time to drive my pregnant wife, would you trust them? I know I wouldn't.
