Always on time, helpful and so professional. After difficult flights and busy airports it's so nice to see the team ready to go as soon as you exit the airport. Cars are always immaculate and stocked with water. Drivers are safe and do a great job rain, snow or sunshine! read more

Great service and communication. Very prompt response. Awesome service! Highly recommend and will use in future.

Worry free pickup and drop. Very convenient and courteous when traveling. I had many questions every person I dealt was helpful.

Rude over the phone picked up other passengers on my route to the train missed the train

They provided exceptional service from the start until the end. Their communication was great. Their drivers were polite, and the vehicles were very clean and comfortable. They provided car seats for our young children, and were also flexible when we needed to change our return date and time. I will definitely use them again. read more

Nice car, excellent driver, arrived @ 7:17 for a 7:30 pick-up and waited in the driveway- perfect!

I just wanted to respond to the comments made by the owner Muhammad W. First of all, I do appreciate his polite response. I just want to make sure that I'm clear about the failed "Lowest Price Guarantee". After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I hired a superior, licensed, insured and incredibly professional competitor. Price was certainly not the only deciding factor. I'm hopeful, that this could be a learning opportunity for you and you organization in regards to your " Lowest Price Guarantee". Thank you again. read more

Great pickup for my wife inside LaGuardia airport. I didn't want her to have to find an uber, also had a hard time with some of the apps required to book NY drivers and have them come inside. This company booked over the phone for me for next day travel and picked my wife up in a new Escalade with wonderful help and service! 5 STARS and my PERMANENT drivers in NY. Thank you. read more

We used Precision NY Chauffeur Service for our family vacation to NYC, and they were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They handled our pickup from LGA to our Midtown hotel and later our return trip back to the airport, and both rides were flawless. This was truly 5-star service and one part of the trip I didn't have to worry about at all. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, communication was clear, and everything ran exactly on time. It was worth every penny compared to mass transit or other ride services. What really set them apart was their customer service. When we were dropped off at the airport, my son accidentally left his phone in the car. Umar went out of his way to drive all the way back around and personally return the phone to us--no hesitation, no attitude, just genuine care and professionalism. I can't recommend Precision NY Chauffeur Service enough. If you want reliable, stress-free transportation in NYC, this is the company to use. read more

Excellent service this rainy weekend for transport from the hotel in Brooklyn to the wedding venue. Would recommend using them.

Very courteous drivers. Always 15 min early. Love the fact that you can order baby' and toddler car seats. Have been using them for over 2 years for airport transportation. Recommend them to all my friends. read more

Amazing experience! Driver, Umar, was waiting for us when we arrived at JFK, and even texted us when our plane was taxiing in. He was waiting at our specially requested location (departures instead of overcrowded arrivals). The car itself was super nice and clean, there were 3 bottles of water waiting for us, and Umar was very nice, informative and accommodating. read more

Precision was wonderful to work with. We had a couple of changes to our reservation due to weather interference, and the government shut down. Precision immediately modified our reservation, giving us peace of mind about our pick up and drop offs. They were very communicative, on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. Both vehicles used for our pick up and drop off were clean comfortable and as described. You hear horror stories about car service in NYC, not so with Precision. They are trusted and true. I highly recommend using them. read more

Found Precision on Yelp and glad I did. Online reservation process was convenient and quick. After a very reasonable quote was confirmed, communication from Precision was excellent. Both my drivers, Umair and Manik were prompt, personable and provided safe competent service. The vehicles were impeccable. I highly recommend Precision for anyone needing limo or car service in NYC. read more

Five Stars -- Beyond Impressive Service I've had four flight delays today and it's been a nightmare. I was sure my airport pickup plans were going to fall apart, but Precision NY Chauffeur and Airport Transportation Service was the one thing that didn't cause me stress. They were fantastic from start to finish. I called and emailed them multiple times throughout the day with every schedule change, and they were always quick to respond, patient, and completely on top of things. They kept adjusting my pickup time without hesitation and reconfirmed each change so I never felt lost in the chaos. In a day full of travel headaches, they were the one part that actually went right. I'd absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants reliable, professional service that actually cares about their customers. read more

Landing after 9:45PM at JFK...in the middle of a rainstorm is difficult enough, and so I planned ahead to have Precision NY Chauffeur meet my wife and me at baggage claim after our delayed flight arrived. We got our bags just after 10:30PM, and with a smile and energy, Jaspreet met us and took us straight to his car and to our hotel in Times Square. He was super patient. Took care of the LARGE bags that we had, and it was a safe and very comfortable ride. The SUV was in excellent condition, and worth every penny for the late night ride. Highly recommend, and will use this service again. read more

Process was simple and straightforward when making the reservation. The price was very reasonable even for a larger vehicle. Props! I needed to book a last minute, early morning airport transfer and after looking around at several places online I decided to call Precision NY. It was quite late at night when I called in from out of state to arrange the pickup and it was a long and stressful day of managing multiple travel delays, but they were terrific. Communication was clear and booking was fast. Price was as quoted and everything went well. I really appreciated the high level of professionalism and I would definitely book with them again. read more

I booked a one-way car service from JFK to our hotel in Roslyn, NY super last minute...a day before we arrived in New York. Precision replied very promptly and it was super easy to book via email. Their rates were very reasonable and I got a 10% discount for being a first time customer. Once we arrived at the airport, I had a text from the driver, Abdul, who was already waiting at the airport. He picked us up quickly and easily and his communication via text was excellent. The ride to Roslyn was stress-free thanks to Abdul. He was very, very pleasant and nice to talk to, plus he had a great sense of humor. We chuckled about the traffic enforcement at JFK and LAX and the craziness of holiday travel. I would 200% use Precision for all my future car service needs, as I know they're reliable, courteous, and prompt, very important things when you're arriving to the airport late at night, as we did. I would also ask for Abdul by name, as he was an excellent driver. Use them, you won't be sorry. read more

Used twice so far for my out of state son who goes to school in upstate NY and they have been great both times. I've used once for an airport transfer (2 hours) and a 1/2 day trip to buy sports equipment with wait time. Living many states away from my son is tough and the service I would say is not the least expensive but to me well worth it. Super professional, extremely great communication so far and I look forward to using them again in the future. A+++ read more

Excellent driver, vehicle and service. We (7 passengers plus luggage) were picked up on time (3:20 AM!) for going to JFK airport. When we returned to LGA, we communicated with our driver and met quickly at the curb for our ride home. Our chauffeur, Qasim, was very professional and helpful for both of our trips. His vehicle, a black Mercedes sprinter van was cool, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended! read more
