I used their service from Friday-Monday; which included our pickup and return from the train. Everything went so very well. The driver was professional, well dressed and ALWAYS, ALWAYS (most times early, NEVER LATE) on time. Jose (the owner) is very professional, accommodating and very responsive to all text/calls. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very accommodating to us when we needed to change/update our plans. The driver Mr. Wilton, can't say enough good things about him! He was just simply the BEST!! Polite, well dressed (even on our last early morning 15 minute drive to the train) helpful, patient and a great safe driver in New York :). I have saved Jose's number in my contact list as I would not dream of using any other service on my return trips to New York; we all had nothing but praise for Jose and his driver. Ultimate Black Car service was superb! They made sure that I had a pleasant and pressure free experience from the moment I booked to the moment I was picked up to go back to the airport. My flight was delayed and I had 2 different aiport transfers scheduled, I was worried about my family not finding their way to our hotel since they were visiting from out of the country. Mr. Jose was very prompt at answering all my messages and assured me they would not be left behind even if my flight was delayed! He was simply fantastic! At my arrival to LGA Enrique was waiting for me, despite my flight delay. He was gracious enough to not have me get my luggage out and wait for another driver for my 2nd transfer once I met with my family at JFK. He was very accommodating to my needs and went beyond to make our arrival to the "Big Apple" a very pleasurable experience. This was our first holiday as a cruise passenger into New York. So that my wife who is disabled and is unable to walk and I could take full advantage of this holiday of a lifetime and see all that NY could offer, we decided to use UBC to take us on a private 5 hour tour. I would not give UBC any stars for the following reasons! I waited outside the terminal at the agreed time and my wife remained inside to stay both warm and dry but no UBC turned up. I phoned UBC numerous times only to be connected to a answer machine each time. A number of officials including the NYPD & Boarder control and staff members located at the cruise terminal noticed my now upset wife and tried to reassure her by utilizing the CCTV to locate and also phoned the office for UBC but with the same result as our selves. The next day I received an email from UBC who claimed that the vehicle had been waiting for three hours for us and Josie had phoned myself. I own a iPhone that logs all phone calls in & out but like the mysterious UBC no record exists of any communication from UBC. The NY port authorities as promised forward onto myself a report confirming the above. As a retired Baptist minister I always try to see the good in all!!! but how a person can treat any customers in this way but also knowing by previous emails, our circumstances really do need to look at them selves in a mirror. read more

I had mini trip planned to NYC. I wanted a real car service, not one where they say car service , show you stock pictures of black executive cars and when they pull up you see Uber cars. THE ULTIMATE BLACK CAR IS A CAR SERVICE. They have black sedans, SUV etc. I read the reviews. The reviews were great. Compared to the other car services you get when you google car services in NYC, these reviews stood out. Reliable, Clean were words that was used, The driver met us in baggage claim @LGA with the sign . I was expecting a sedan and received a black sedan. Just like the pic. The drive was smooth, no complaints. Upon arrival at my destination, he took bags out was nice and polite. Wish us a safe journey . I TXT at office number to confirm that was not an issue. The morning of pickup headed back to airport, received a phone call to tell me who and what car to expect. No sedan went to SUV. CAR arrived on time. Trip back to LGA no problems bags out thank him for the pleasant ride and tipped him. The cars are real, The service and drivers are well worth the price. Outstanding is a better description. On our recent trip to NYC in late May to celebrate our granddaughter's graduation from NYU , we had a wonderful time celebrating with her. However, many unfortunate bad things happened. We had delayed and cancelled flights, a missed show, mischarged family dinners, and a couple of crazy Uber rides and then the sudden heat wave. HOWEVER, choosing Ultimate before leaving home and using them in and out of the city was absolutely the very best choice of all. Jose and his staff are outstanding. In spite of flight delays and cancellations coming and going, they were adaptable, there on time when we were ready, extremely helpful (in the insanity of LGA), beyond polite and provided safe, timely and comfortable transportation. Even my extremely frugal husband commented "I don't know what you paid for that service, but it was well worth it!" I requested an airport meet and greet for my family visiting from London, and a round trip drop off for 22 Dec and 1 Jan from JFK to West New York, NJ. The customer service was extremely prompt (all done on Yelp) and most admirably, any follow-up enquiries/requests after payment (via Yelp) was just as prompt. The drivers both times were always extremely punctual and easy to contact (and bear in mind the return service was requested for 4:30am on 1st Jan 2019!). Given such an exacting service, the price quoted for this round trip was more than 100% less than some other taxi services I had contacted for the same journey, yet the actual service delivered was not at any compromise and both times a pleasure (as reported by my family). I can not recommend this company and it's service enough. I will definitely be using them again in the near future. read more

I took my niece to NYC in early June 2019 and instead of trying to get a taxi or figure out public transport from LaGuardia to Midtown Manhattan, I opted for a car service for my first trip there. I was nervous going to such a big city and I had lots of questions. Jose was patient in dealing with all my questions and responded promptly to them via email. Raul was our driver and was so pleasant and a joy to talk to. He gave us a history lesson and pointed out places to us. We took one of his suggestions and headed to Grimaldi's pizza in Brooklyn. My nephew who was recently diagnosed with Sarcoma a rare cancer and his expectant wife flew from Cincinnati to LGA and needed transportation to a Mid-town Manhattan hospital. Ultimate Black Car was recommended to me by the car service ( Executive Transportation ) that I drive for in the Cincinnati area. I was very nervous about them getting to the hospital from LGA but Jose took care of them every inch of the way. With all the medical worries that they had getting to the hospital and back to the airport was totally relieved by Jose's direct attention and care. My friend and I were traveling to the city and wanted to ride in style - both to the hotel and back to the airport. We were not disappointed! We were picked up inside the airport upon our arrival and traveled in a spotless black Cadillac Escalade to the hotel. Upon our return to the airport, we were picked up right on time outside our hotel in another spotless black Cadillac SUV. Both drivers were excellent! Communication with Ultimate Black Car was very impressive. I checked several options; and Ultimate Black Car had the lowest prices - but I cannot imagine paying a higher price with another company would have provided any better service. I took my parents to NYC this weekend for two Yankee playoff games. They are huge fans and really wanted to make the trip from North Carolina. I had a wonderful experience with Ultimate Black Car. I ordered a pick up for my parents (both in their 80's) in Great Neck. The driver, Anthony, arrived on time, brought them into Manhattan to see a Broadway show, waited for the show to finish, and then drove them home. Anthony communicated with me the whole way, and was wonderful with my parents.
