EXCELLENT and CLEAN SERVICE! and great for families!!! Wow, the folks at Legends really know how to do it. We had another car service booked to and from JFK to Central Park but they couldn't get it right with the car seats. Legends saved the day both times with the cleanest and nicest drivers. They pulled it together for us last minute when we were left stranded by the other transfer company. Melvin and Salah - you both are wonderful people and the best drivers. We felt so safe and cared for. Thank you for taking care of us and our babies! Customer service is unmatched. We come to NY every year. We will certainly be back and recommend you to everyone!! Thank you!! read more

Fantastic experience with Legends Limousine in NYC! I have hired Legends a few times now for rides to/from the airport. Legends has consistently been excellent. The service and responsiveness is fantastic. I would especially like to send my best wishes to Yacine. He is an excellent driver and super professional. I hope he never leaves Legends. Overall, a great car company. read more

Great, friendly, courteous and reliable service as always! Highly recommend Legends to all.

We had such a great experience with Legends - 100% recommend them! They have changed management since older negative reviews; everyone we interacted with was truly awesome! They called before our trip to make sure we knew the details once we arrived at JFK. Both drivers to and from the airport were kind and safe. We had a situation with delayed bags and our driver was so patient and communicative while he waited. Cars were clean and comfortable. There was a miscommunication when we booked our ride about waiting time; I called to discuss and got some of the best customer service from their team. They really want to make sure you have a great experience. Just one FYI - when requesting a carseat, make sure to include details of baby's age/weight and type of car seat needed in the comments to help them get you the right one! read more

Legends always provides wonderful and reliable service. Last night we were picked up at LaGuardia airport by Melvin. He was there early and went beyond all our expectations by coming into the airport to help us find our way to the correct parking area. What a gentleman. Our ride home with him was delightful! You get what you pay for and Legends is worth the slight premium. Safe, properly installed car seats, very clean, reliable, and always on time. Professional, friendly, and experienced drivers who know how to navigate NY traffic. I trust Legends for all of our family airport transfers! read more

Yassar was great! We've driven with him twice and both times his work was exceptional. He's very polite, prompt and answers all your questions. We will gladly request this service again! read more

What wonderful service! Traveled for a quick weekend and did not want to bring two large car seats for our toddlers. So, I booked Legends Limousine to take us to and from the city. The cars were clean, on time, and had both car seats properly installed. Drivers were efficient but safe. Exactly what we needed and will definitely use again! read more

Always a pleasant experience, I have never regretted using this car service. Driver Amre Hassan was friendly and helpful. read more

This past weekend (Saturday, April 15th, 2023) was an exceptionally traffic-filled day in New York City, and in spite of those rougher conditions and muggy weather, Samir was able to drive me from Brooklyn to Lincoln Center smoothly - and in no time! I was actually at my drop off point earlier than expected, which meant I had extra time to relax and take in the sights before settling in to enjoy the performance I was there to see. Every consideration was given for a comfortable ride, including a supply of water on-hand as well as Samir turning on the AC at one point when needed. I didn't even have to mention anything about that - he just knew. If I could give more than 5-Stars to Legends Limousine Worldwide, I would do so without question. Their service is excellent, and anyone who books for any occasion with them can expect the pinnacle of courtesy and care from from their chauffeurs. I look forward to future rides with them! read more

The driver was so pleasant and greeted us upon arrival. We booked a trip to JFK and the driver carried our luggage to the car for us. We were extremely comfortable during the trip. Clean and relaxing ride. Will definitely book again. read more

Excellent Service!! Incredibly reliable. Always super helpful with luggage. Have the car seat installed and ready to go when traveling with a toddler. read more

This was an awesome experience. Up front, I will tell you that the fee on the phone is only the RIDE FEE. There's a lot more. Ask for an estimate on the TOTAL price. Sure, that's sort of sketch, but 5 stars anyways. We called Legend the day our newborn baby needed to come home from the hospital. It was Thanksgiving and our other car cancelled. For 100 dollars less than Empire quoted me (and that's after I tipped 50 dollars), we got a huge, beautiful safe Lincoln SUV with a rear facing car seat. Hosam drove so safely and smoothly. He was kind and warm with us and our new baby. Drove us all the way from the upper west side to Brooklyn. Would absolutely do it again. read more

Used the meet and greet service to pick up my parents (over 70s) who just flew in from overseas at JFK. I realize the sh*t show that is JFK when trying to navigate the airport to order an uber so wanted to make it as easy as possible. This service was great, they were waiting right outside customs on time (early!) with signs and picked them up, dropped them off no issues. Customer service was great and very responsive. Price was very reasonable and not that much different if i was going to order an uber. Would use them again! read more

Amre was great Driver in that he maintained a safe speed and never tailgated. Those are my standards and you met them well. Very courteous.

The driver was very friendly and helpful with our luggage. Courteous. Knowledgeable about NYC traffic, which is always good especially when you are going to the airport. read more

10 out of 10!! Legends was referred to us from a friend for airport transportation with a toddler. The driver arrived some 30 minutes early (at 4am!) with the car seat already installed. On our return trip, the driver waited patiently while we waited for our bags and was easy to locate at the airport (look for the LEGENDS license plate). Both trips we felt safe and welcomed in the car. We will most definitely use Legends again and would recommend to friends and family without a doubt! read more

Same rating, year after year. Never late, never missed a flight. Airport pickup as good as one can get considering the usual chaos.

Amazing with kids. Had a perfect ride, clean car, friendly and safe driver who was very kind to my son, and toddler car seat. Will 100% use again. read more

Since Arecibo is only so reliable, I occasionally have to branch out into unknown car services. Although the sample size is small (three uses), so far, Legends has been fantastic. Not only have the cars been clean, the drivers nice and reliably on time, but the dispatcher has surprised me at every turn: He speaks perfect English. He's (gasp) nice. And this one time he actually laughed, out loud, at a misunderstanding in the address I gave him and the subsequent joke I made. Like a human being might. Shocking. read more

I've been using Legends for nearly 20 years. They are super-reliable, friendly and offer modern/late-model cars. I was reminded how amazing they were this week when I accidently left a pair of glasses in my Legends ride. Driver Sunny (who I had not seen in years, but still remembered me) immediately relayed the info to the dispatcher who got in touch with me to let me know I had left something in the car. Later that day, Sunny drove back to my house to return the missing glasses. Over and above service from Sunny & Legends. One of many reasons to go with Legends over your 'standard' app-based ride services! THANK YOU, Legends! read more

Millie is the very best! Thank you so much for everything! Each limo was on time for our wedding and especially the main driver on Saturday morning (ceremony day) was especially magnificent!!!! We appreciate it so much and will be in touch with future events!!! read more

They do not accurately charge you for rides. When you try to resolve with them they are not responsive. Vehicle for the correct number of passengers was not sent. It had car seats and other items loaded in and did not allow for our luggage to be safely and properly stored. It was a very uncomfortable ride. Office staff very unpleasant and lacked customer service. They stop answering the phone during certain hours. read more

There service was amazing karim was so helpful I ordered vehicle and they came on time I would recommend this to everyone I know that are going to visit NY. The driver offered a mask right when I got in the vehicle very nice guy. I got picked up from the airport and they were there waiting in front of the baggage with my name on the iPad which was convenient and they didn't have me waiting for them, was really happy about that! read more

They abandoned me when they realized I had a small dog in a carrier. Horrible and rude. The driver clearly threw his hands up and drove away angry. There was no discussion about a replacement car. read more

This service is good getting to the airport and I have reliably used it for that purpose many times. DO NOT use the service getting home from the airport. The cars take forever to get there - to the point where I'm not sure they even stage drivers for scheduled pickups. This isn't a one time occurrence, pickup from the airport is unreliable and frustrating every time I've used it no matter how early I schedule it or when I call them to tell them I've landed. read more

Difficult to write a review for this service but I am compelled to. This morning I took my first car ride with another car company, which was strange as I am so accustomed to the same drivers our previous car service provider, Legends, offered. My company recently switched executive car service companies because of really one major screw up by Legends, hence the two stars. We had used Legends for quite some time as our preferred service provider for my company. Our holiday party, which included a very important appearance by our President, required Legends to send 3 large cars (van/suv) and a car. Long story short. : - We were 45 minutes late to our event which was 1/4 the time we had at the event. - We were threatened by the van driver who was late - One driver was blasting Indian music and was so disorganized, he was cleaning and planning the trip while waiting. Instead of conversing with my colleagues I had to help him the entire way. So now we use a different service company. I will say that I I'd didnt have any major qualms with the company until that day, but it was enough to say adios. read more

I was running late between the post office and report time for a video shoot at The Bell House. My hope was to hail a cab on 4th, but nothing was coming that wasn't taken or off duty. I passed Legends on foot and decided to get a car there. Sweet, sweet air conditioning. The driver's friendly enough. The cab was clean. We were at my destination in a few minutes. But seriously, $10 for a 3/4 mile trip? Really? I'll bet one of the Papa John's delivery boys would've let me sit on his handlebars for half that. read more

I would have to say this is the WORST service I have ever had. We travel a lot and it is unbelievable that this company came recommended. First off, we called to book a car from JFK with a car seat for our toddler. No problem, booking was very simple and email confirmations came promptly. The issue was when the driver arrived at JFK. Our flight from SFO was late so we were picked up around 12:20am with our toddler. The driver did not utter a word. Okay, strange since most drivers are super chatty...It was late so whatever. We start driving and goodness, the guy took the wrong exit when his loud GPS clearly stated which exit to proceed. Then the GPS states go right, he goes left. At this point, we are VERY lost in an isolated place. We tell him to turn off his GPS and we will guide him. He denies he is lost...What! We guide the driver to our destination after telling him he has no idea where he is and we would like to reach there efficiently. As he unloads the trunk, he forgets a bag under his stuff and then we pay and his electronic reader is not working. So he does the payment manually, he forgets to give me my credit card and receipt! What is wrong with this driver, it is now 2am! I call the company, and the person defends him that he got the job and directions late plus it is his first time driving with the company. And the topper, well, he got you to your destination, right? REALLY!!! I get this BS at 2.30am. We paid $150 for the worst service. If this company could not handle a last minute pick up why commit to it? I call the next day to talk to a manager, they were apologetic but are working on a refund! Well, it is NOW A WEEK later and I have not heard back from them. As a business owner, I would respond immediately and take care of this not wait for a bad review. SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY and use a PROFESSIONAL service. These people obviously, have no professionalism. The WORST car service to date and we travel all over the world. Good grief. read more

The driver who drove my family around showed up late, was rude, and paid more attention to playing around on his cell phone than he did to the road until I asked him, and then yelled at him, to stop. He was reckless, and it was scary. I rode with them this winter, and it took me a couple of months to cool off enough to post this with objective detachment. That's how bad the ride was. Call anyone else. read more

I was taking these guys twice a week to the airport until I just couldn't take it anymore. Once they just failed to arrive, three times last week failed to help me with luggage (and I am six months pregnant). One guy tried to argue with me that I didn't need help when I asked him for it. It's weird because the people who answer the phone are super cordial and friendly but the drivers totally suck. read more

As semi-pro athlete I travel at least 2-3 times a month to JFL and Newark Airports, it's like having my personal secretary, they check my flights coming in so that I'm never waiting at the airport for my ride home, and they always get me there on time for my flights. And if you ever get car # 44 he'll turn your day right around for you. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine that uses their service regularly also. I believe the Office Manager's name is Tamika, very pleasant and professional, she'll make sure your travel arrangements are met perfectly, whether you are going up the block or uptown they're the one's to use!! read more

We had another car service pick us up without a car seat (as we had requested). Legends Limo showed up within a half hour with a beautiful car and carseat ready to go. They are awesome and their customer service is through the roof. We will use them again. Thanks! read more

These guys have really solid, reliable service. I use it a lot and haven't ever had any complaints, with the possible exception that they're a little overpriced. But I figure that's the cost of good service, so I don't sweat it much. Until today. Normally I'd be giving a 5 star review, but last night I called and made a reservation, as I've done several times this week for me, my pregnant wife and some co-workers who are sort of stranded in Brooklyn. They quoted me the same fare I'm used to. A few hours later I called back and asked to add a stop in the same neighborhood before we headed into Manhattan. The operator didn't tell me there'd be any extra charge. When we get to our destination this morning, the driver tells me it's $10 extra. I said no, I'm paying what I was quoted. I paid the original fare and gave him a good tip on top of it. I called the service because they're usually pretty cool and figured they'd say yeah, it was a mistake, whatever. Instead they tell me the operator made a mistake by not reporting the extra charge, but I'm still responsible for it and that they're putting a hold on any reservations moving forward. A good business shouldn't treat a regular customer like that. Eat the $10 because you guys made a mistake and continue to get my business every day until the subways come back on. Instead, you're blacklisting me over an issue I didn't cause, and you're losing a good fare and good tips for your driver daily. I hope they make it right and if they do, I'll come right back here and amend this review and keep on using them like I always do. read more

I usually don't write reviews but being a native New Yorker and skeptical about everything and everybody I felt a little pat on the back was well deserved for this company. Last night I took my wife and 4 year old daughter to see the tree lighting @ Rockefeller Center, we decided to take car service there and back. Not wanting to have my family on the train this late my wife reserved a car to take us. I don't want to Butcher his name so we'll call him car 44, got us there and back safe and promptly. The young lady, Tamika, who took the reservation made sure we had a car seat for my daughter and that we got there in enough time to see the tree lighting for 6pm. For the ride home car # 44 was waiting for us at the designated location to take us back to Brooklyn. From this experience I highly recommend them. read more

I needed to book a white limo for a one way, 30 minute ride from Brooklyn to Manhattan. I was quoted $179. When I confirmed, I was told the price raised (in the 5 minute span of the phone call) to $272, gratuitity and tax included. By the time the limo came this morning, the total was $302. I was quoted $300 for another limo service which included a free mini bar and bottle of champagne. I chose not to use that company because we didn't need all of those extras for such a short ride. So instead I opted to go with Legends, and ended up paying the same price for no extra additions. This was very irritating!! That being said, the limo was very nice and the driver was great. Everything was on time and he was friendly. However, I would think twice about booking with this company ever again because of all of the hidden fees. Clearly, the price you're quoted is not the price you're going to get and who wants to argue with a company on a special occasion? I suggest you add an extra $50 to whatever price they quote you, and expect to pay that if ordering a limo. read more
