I called this morning and spoke to a very nice dispatch who took my flight info, credit card and promised a driver would be available. A couple hours later, I found out my flight was delayed by 30 minutes so I called dispatch to alert them. Gerald (not the dispatch operator who took my call in the morning) answered the phone and began to yell at me, he said they can't pick up that late, have no way to call the airlines to find out about flight delays and that he couldn't help me. I try to support local businesses and have given this company multiple chances. Service and car quality is very hit or miss, but this is the final straw.
