If you're looking for an affordable and efficient way to get in or out of the city while in NYC,…read morethese guys are the company for you! We used this service twice: when our friend was stuck at the airport in a long taxi/Uber line and also to get us out of the city and back to LGA and JFK. The price of the car was the same if not a tiny bit more than an Uber/taxi and also way better! The cars were very clean, the drivers professional and polite, and the drive was smooth and safe. We were very impressed and all said we'd use them any time we needed to get into the city again in the future. I know it's hard to find a reliable driver service when searching online and not knowing much about companys or their validity, so I wanted to make sure I left a review here for my Yelp fam!

The driver called us while we were still taxing[1] to let us know that he was at the cellphone parking lot, and to call him once we got all our luggage. Sometimes when you're booking a…read morecar service, the most frustrating part can be getting a quote and scheduling, so I appreciated the ability to do it 100% online! A BIG tip for Future Limo- they should send out a confirmation/reminder e-mail the day before your pickup verifying they will be there. When we arrived in NYC, I realized that I hadn't actually heard from them since I booked several months ago and had a moment of panic standing in the airport. What if they didn't show?? Luckily, I did end up receiving text messages stating they were there. But man, when you're busy planning and traveling, these small things slip your mind, and a verification the day before would really ease stress on the customer. Since I had booked so long ago, I wondered if they may have forgotten about me. Otherwise, our driver Carmelo was very nice and helpful and the SUV was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated his willingness to crank up the AC on a very hot day! One of us had an injury and he even helped us get out of the car. I would use them again!
