We used this service twice: when our friend was stuck at the airport in a long taxi/Uber line and also to get us out of the city and back to LGA and JFK. Last week was our summer vacation in NYC. The wife and the kids were excited about the trip until we arrived. As soon the plane landed I received a text from Donny that he was waiting for us outside. After getting all the luggage and walked outside to the curb, my wife and the kids looked at me like "how are we fitting in a taxi? Donny arrived and parked in front of us. The entire family got speechless when Donny told us "Welcome to NYC". The kids couldn't believe it. My wife and I took the 5 hour city tour with Charles this past Friday. We had an amazing time, and couldn't speak more highly of Charles as both a driver and tour guide. It felt like we drove around the city with a friend all day. Charles took us everywhere we wanted to go, and when we had a little more time left in the tour suggested a few cool spots that we hadn't thought of. Our vehicle was clean and super comfortable, and he navigated the city like a pro. If you are looking for a city tour of NYC, you should definitely consider NYC Perfect Transportation, and ask for Charles! We had only one small complaint. We booked our tour with Donny, and the communication when getting it booked was great. However, we were told that we could customize the tour, and a couple of weeks before our vacation, tried to get a hold of him, and it was very difficult. Poor communication! I reached out to "Donny" day prior to pick-up via phone (voicemail), text and email to ask about adding an additional terminal stop and what the fee would be if any during my airport charter drop-off. Never heard back from him. The day of pick up at my hotel I asked the driver what the fee is if I added a stop at an additional terminal. His reply was "No problem, I will take care of it". I clarified by asking what if any is the fee. He again said, it's fine, I will stop for you. He was a great guy, polite and professional so I tipped him well for his time. Two days later an add'l fee plus tip was charged to my card. I contacted Donny and he replied with sorry, gotta charge for this service. ‍ I asked why he didn't reply to any of my prior attempts to communicate with him prior to pick up? - no reply from him at all. Today (09/27/2018) we had a pick up at EWR Airport in a new black Cadillac Escalade by Rashid. He was a perfect chauffeur. He was dressed like a chauffeur and the beautiful car was clean and stocked with water and mints. It was the best airport ride I've ever had! Perfect driving habits and he knew where he was going! He texted us at the airport that he was waiting for us and as soon as we got our luggage I was instructed to text him back and he would be at passenger pick up and that is exactly what happened. I did all my reservations online with Donny and you pay ahead of time. Donny answered any questions timely by email. They send you an email with confirmation after you reserve and it was easy. We arranged transfers to and from JFK airport for our recent holiday. From start to finish everything was absolutely faultless with this company. Everyone we dealt with, either in person or via text or email, was professional, courteous, friendly and reliable. We were collected from JFK by Charles - who was completely charming - was waiting for us as we arrived and took us right to the door of our apartment. He was interested and interesting - pointing out things of interest as we drove along and recommending things to do and places to eat. The review has been changed see below why after reading the story. We had a pick up on October 12th from LaGuardia. It was an inside pick up because of the repairs to the airport we paid for inside pick up. The driver was good and told us that we would be refunded the difference. My husband contacted Donny several times but he has yet to refund anything. He finally did refund the inside pick up. Again from a ride to the airport I would use again. Also we took a Brooklyn tour he advertises in his site well it was not a tour just a drive though Brooklyn. We heard there was a driver that knew Brooklyn. We did not get him but someone he did not know it at all and tried to get us to stay in the a Manhattan area, which the driver did know well. Donnys answer to my husband that is why it wasn't as expensive. I thought about this and don't think that is an acceptable answer. By the way most of the information given to us was wrong as we had my nephew in the car. The driver was pleasant but not good as a tour guide we didn't hire a driver. I changed the review because I did contact Donny and he listened to my problem and he did give us a credit for the Brooklyn trip. Donny.
