They handled our pickup from LGA to our Midtown hotel and later our return trip back to the airport, and both rides were flawless. This was truly 5-star service and one part of the trip I didn't have to worry about at all. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, communication was clear, and everything ran exactly on time. It was worth every penny compared to mass transit or other ride services. What really set them apart was their customer service. When we were dropped off at the airport, my son accidentally left his phone in the car. Umar went out of his way to drive all the way back around and personally return the phone to us--no hesitation, no attitude, just genuine care and professionalism. I can't recommend Precision NY Chauffeur Service enough. If you want reliable, stress-free transportation in NYC, this is the company to use.

I found this Imperial Limo service on Google search, after passing over a few pages of companies that wanted me to book on-line. I hate that. needed to speak to a human being. The person I dealt with on the phone answered on my first try, was very professional, the procedure (emailed confirmations and 15 minute early arrival at my house and a text when they arrive) was also very professional, and they remembered on both legs of the trip to use a large SUV that accommodated our snowboard bag + 3 suitcases. (We've had other services show up with the wrong car - when we had specified about needing a big car for the snowboard bag - and we have to make a flight!) Our return flight was re-directed to EWR from LGA and the time was changed. No small thing, but the driver was there at EWR when we arrived and he was wearing a suit! The car was clean and he knew where he was going. And he was a super-nice guy. So we will be using them from now on. Totally recommend.

The services was going to be for the evening. 6pm drop off and 11pm pick up. There was not a no call no show but he was saying he would use that to get paid if I try to dispute it. And when we got back from our trip, I guess it was great timing, I called, operator told us where to meet the shuttle and the shuttle was pulling up as we got to our meeting point. They drop you off and pickup right at your terminal. Unfortunately, this last experience was very disappointing. When I returned from my trip, I found my Jeep had a large scratch on the front bumper. They have video footage showing my vehicle was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. When I reported the damage, the front desk simply gave me an email address to file a claim. It took over 10 phone calls and several emails before I finally received a response. I was told they would take care of the damage, but after that, they stopped answering my calls. I've been unable to reach a manager or anyone in claims, as they are never available. Due to the lack of accountability and poor communication, I can no longer recommend parking here.
