(We've had other services show up with the wrong car - when we had specified about needing a big car for the snowboard bag - and we have to make a flight!) Our return flight was re-directed to EWR from LGA and the time was changed. No small thing, but the driver was there at EWR when we arrived and he was wearing a suit! They have video footage showing my vehicle was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. When I reported the damage, the front desk simply gave me an email address to file a claim. It took over 10 phone calls and several emails before I finally received a response. I was told they would take care of the damage, but after that, they stopped answering my calls. I've been unable to reach a manager or anyone in claims, as they are never available. Due to the lack of accountability and poor communication, I can no longer recommend parking here.

Well since I own a small business I know SQUARE only charges you 2.75%. So not only are they ripping you off but they don't disclose it beforehand so you are screwed. DO not USE this company.
